How would you feel if you were having a meal with someone special and a staff member kept coming back and trying to check on your loved one? What if that person, along with another colleague, sits right next to your chair and starts playing dirty songs on TV? This location is far worse than any random local roadside restaurant. There are flies everywhere! We noticed they accept card payments and inquired before going for the meal, but when it came time to pay, they said only cash, sorry, no receipt! The food is terrible, with only 5 options despite the fact that they claimed 15 items would be served for the buffet. Please be cautious before visiting this shady restaurant.

Oddly positioned room, floor was a bit dusty and dirty. Felt icky to walk around without sandals, only 1 pair were given. The reservation was made the day before, yet they did not bother to clean the place up. Washroom had a very bad smell and it lingered. AC wasn't cooling fast enough, took 2-3 hours to moderately cool down. For an above 8 rating I expected more from the room and the hotel but was utterly disappointed. Only good thing was the bed, soft and comfortable.

Very bad place to stay. Their service is very bad. I asked them plate and spoon for lunch but they didn't provide. They said I have to order from the restaurant to get plate and spoon. Its very unprofessional. Also their room is very small and congested. Will never recommend this place.

Need some improvements. In which room we were staying, the door was problematic. Don't get off properly then. The room is small. And the restaurant of this hotel is expensive. I can rate it below 3 star hotel.

Their behaviour is so good that I am impressed. Their service is excellent, very clean and quiet environment in the couple room. I felt it was a five star hotel although I have been to many 3 star hotels but nothing as good as what I got at Royal Inn. Thank you ❤️

Their service, room and whole thing are good to be a 3star hotel. But nowadays their price is too much higher than others. This is so unexpected. Last year i first stayed in their hotel and on that time their price was 2200 per day now it is over 4000. So unexpected 🙂

Though the room was nice, there were too much noises from other rooms. The rooms should be more air tight. Their service is good and behavior was very professional. Overall it was a good experience.

3 star hotel, but the hotel has been launched in a new way! I spent one night, I like it. And the use of staff was very good. Room rent was within my means, of course I went on time during the offer.

They told me they start serving breakfast at 7am, But I got my breakfast at 8.30am

Room is clean but the space of the room is very little. All over Their service is good so far as i stayed there place few times.

Best place for spend quaility time with their emeneties,services and frinedly stuff. Everything and every second was fantastic in their hotel. Gym was do big in size.

This is a nice hotel to stay in at a cheap rate. Their service was very good, the environment was amazing. Safety and security are above my expectations. They have an excellent restaurant on the rooftop and the food was delicious. Each and every staff was very friendly and hunger to serve. We'll be back soon.
