It's a medical college hospital. Range of the medical services is mainly targeting the middle class though there are some exclusive cabins. Behave of the doctors' are good. Overall the environment is very calm & quiet.

I was staying for a week due to hospitalization of my son. The behavior of the doctors, the caring response of the nurses was quite good. And there is no alternative to Mansoor Ali Medical College Hospital to get the best quality treatment at the lowest cost in Uttara. The environment inside the hospital is quite beautiful, the whole hospital is decorated with aesthetic design. All in all it was good.

There is a very nice system the hospital authority adopted. Doctors are very caring also. Not so much rush.

One of the worst but highly charged ccu service.... Here is example: Canula charge 500tk but canula cost only 20tk Dr visit 2000tk but same doctor outside charge is only 500tk

Shaheed Mansur Ali Medical College and Hospital is specious and having well ventilated words. Every thing is Ok Nice. But need more room and service providing windows. Over all it looks nice with large under ground parking lot.

Its a OK hospital which provides very cheap healthcare to all. Its still expanding so in future the service may be better. There are lots of open spaces also which helps heal your mind too I guess.

Recently I admitted my brother for a fever the situation was critical by that time. He was immune within 3 days alhamdulillah but the doctor visited one or 2 times is was shocking for us. Previously, i asked some near patients they told me they did the same thing to them.

doctors should be more decorated. they should obey decorum. without apron and casual tshirt jeans, what type of decorum is this i dont know

The services that I receive from this hospital is excellent. Dr. and the staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. I would have no qualms in recommending them to friendly and friends. Emergency Dr. did a great job with my health check up and She explained everything to me in a very clear manner. She was also kind and friendly. All of the staff was great – they were helpful, patient and helped with me. On the other hand its located centre of the uttara and very near from zam zam tower. Its the 2nd largest hospital in uttara well known medical college in Bangladesh. Great experience as a patient and they barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr. were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Nishi really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor’s demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this clinic.

Hospital environment is okay comparatively & doctors are good & treats with care but WORST Emergency ever, went few times not only the nurse behavior is awful ( especially some guy name Tawhid or Touhid or whatever) doesn't even know how to properly administer a vaccine dose , behavior is disgusting & pathetic barely knows how to speak to a patient & medical officer is useless as well can't even provide a info properly. They charge extra compare to their service . People shouldn't come here at night or emergency purpose.
