The place is nice and environment is very soothing. Service of the employees are good. But sometimes they have problem with product availability. I went to purchase lipstick there, the color and type I was looking for was not available and they were unable to say when it will be available again.

Red flag! They offered me products with 50% discount, and cunningly recommended another product in the same conversation and never mentioned that I won’t get a discount for the product. After coming back to home, realising that I didn’t get the discount, went back to their store. But, they now said that I cannot return the product! Ridiculous!

Well decorated shop. Shop staffs are also professional. Wide variety of products. Stationary collection is praiseworthy.

First time I visited as my daughter recimmended. Good location and well laid out shop. Gives a feelings of any shop in Japan. Collection of items could be more and price might be revised. Price seems little high in comparison to similar items available in online shopping platfoms.

This store is probably one of their bigger ones, after the Bashundhara City one. There are a good variety of items on show however I would've liked to see a better collection for household utilities. The staff were helpful. They had some good discounts going on as well. They also helped with removing the price tags, as I was purchasing items to give as gifts, so that was helpful. They also offer gift cards, which is a nice gift-able item. Overall, this place has good items available if you're looking for gift type items, and some utility based items are also available here.

Nice place drop by for some quick shopping for cosmetics and household items. All gather items are imported from either Japan or China. Quality of these items are good. And they are also nicely decorated too. Whenever I enter this shop, I feel like I'm shopping from Japan or Korea. Very similar to the Mini stores located there

Small but very organised outlet. You won’t get all miniso products there but they have few uncommon collection that I've not seen in other outlets. As always miniso is so welcoming and cordial to their customers. Whenever I go there I feel so overwhelmed. They took my heart Everytime when they says "welcome to minisooo" 😍 Love to visit such shop again and again whether I buy anything or not just happy to checkout those cute things!

A huge range of variety products. The products are qualityful. But i find them a little bit costly. But the products are really really cute. Some of their products are in range.

As soon as you walk in, you can realize pandemic had hit this place good enough. I saw no other customer inside aside from myself. Usually there is always people walking around and looking at the products. But the colorful products you find here are very good for the price they offer. At the end of Road 11, this one offers 299/- BDT or more in this branch.

I've heard of Miniso everywhere so, I decided to see it for myself why was it so hyped about? I was looking for anything relevant to what I needed. I'd look for stationary or gadgets that I thought could be useful. And I found some things that I was interested in but they were a bit overpriced. However, they had a variety of skincare and hygienic products.
