Daraz:
I
ordered
four
items.
Two
were
delivered
properly
as
âPackage
#2â
three
days
back.
In
âPackage
#1â,
one
item
was
delivered,
and
the
other
was
missing
(Thankfully,
an
inexpensive
item).
I
called
to
register
a
complaint,
and
hereâs
what
I
found
out
about
Daraz's
policy.
If
you
buy
anything
from
Daraz,
ESPECIALLY
if
you
buy
something
expensive
from
it,
you
may
want
to
read
along.
If
thereâs
a
problem
with
your
order
such
as
a
missing
item
in
a
âpackageâ,
THIS
is
Darazâs
policy,
as
communicated
to
me
by
a
very
polite
customer
care
rep
over
their
hotline.
1)
File
a
return
request
within
7
days
of
delivery.
It
doesn't
matter
that
one
of
the
items
was
delivered
properly
-
in
order
to
get
a
refund
for
the
missing
item,
you'd
have
to
return
the
one
that
you
did
receive.
2)
Within
48
HOURS
of
filing
a
return
request,
do
one
of
the
following:
a)
Physically
take
the
product
to
a
Collection
point
yourself,
in
the
middle
of
this
pandemic
b)
Call
the
Daraz
Hotline,
refer
to
the
return
request
number
that
you
filed,
and
demand
to
know
why
this
product
cannot
be
picked
up
from
your
delivery
address.
They
may
choose
to
come
pick
it
back
up?
3)After
Daraz
picks
the
item
back
up
(unsure
how
long
this
part
of
the
process
takes),
or
you
deliver
the
product
to
a
collection
point,
Darazâs
quality
assurance
guys
will
check
the
product
over
for
4-5
business
days.
4)Once
the
QA
team
finishes
their
review,
and
if
the
QA
team
decides
itâs
a
valid
request,
you
(the
customer)
will
have
to
option
to
get
your
money
back
as
money
voucher
(i.e.
credits
to
spend
on
the
Daraz
website)
within
a
day.
Or,
you
can
opt
to
get
it
back
via
a
bank
account
or
BKash,
which
will
take
4-5
business
days.
This
is
the
process
Iâve
been
asked
to
go
through
to
resolve
the
issue
of
a
single
missing
item
that
costs
~500
BDT.
Itâs
my
fault
for
not
opening
your
parcels
at
my
front
gate
and
ensuring
I
received
everything
properly
during
a
PANDEMIC,
and
trying
to
minimize
exposure
to
myself
and
to
your
delivery
personnel
during
Covid-19.
The
delivery
man
was
wearing
a
mask
around
his
neck.
I
shouldn't
have
hurried.
Thanks

If
you
guys
opt
to
buy
things
from
Daraz,
my
advice
to
you
is
one
of
the
following
options:
Option
A:
DONâT
BUY
ANYTHING
FROM
DARAZ
(Iâll
personally
take
this
route
from
now
on)
Option
B:
DONâT
BUY
ANYTHING
EXPENSIVE
FROM
DARAZ
-
Iâm
very
thankful
that
I
was
only
robbed
off
a
relatively
small
amount.
Option
C:
Only
use
cash
payment,
open
and
check
every
item
in
front
of
the
delivery
man
before
you
pay
him
a
dime,
check
their
app
to
ensure
youâve
indeed
received
all
the
items
you
paid
for,
and
then
pay
the
guy
and
have
him
leave.
Process
should
take
~5-10
minutes.
Not
recommended
during
a
pandemic,
but
if
youâre
a
fan
of
"Daz",
this
is
probably
the
way
to
go.
