I joined a meeting and attended a buffet there. The food was exceptionally good. All the dishes were full of flavour and I enjoyed the time there. Wish to visit again and enjoy their food again.

Good place have a group meeting/conference. I attend a da long session here. Venue is comfortable and food is yammy and reasonable.

Good food, clean environment. Less crowded.

Average place. I have faced considerable delay during checkout formalities. The hotel doesn't provide you water more than 1L per day. Thereafter it is chargable. I feel that providing water is basic responsibility of a Hotel. Being a frequent traveler, this is a very rare case I have encountered in this hotel. Management should take care on their policies. Otherwise fine.

Beautiful 3 Star (not sure) Hotel with strict hygiene protocols. They offer a very good buffet launch and dinner at their ground floor restaurant. As it is in the city heart, idea for conducting meeting and seminars. The hall rooms are very good...specious and well decorated. But they have a lack of car parking.

Great place. Thought i did a review already. This is our go to when in Dhaka. Rooms have AC vents directly blowing on face area in rooms so be aware of falling asleep and getting sick. Wife says bathrooms could be updated, but it was ok to me. Room service is great and place is affordable. Cant wait to go back.

Overall I can say the hotel deserves a five star. But one thing that disappointed me was the receptionists attitude. Some of them had a bad attitude like they didn’t smile or greet when I walked in to the reception and one of them is Leezie (a girl). Other than the house keeping guys and room service guys were very nice and helpful.

Hotel location is good. But not enough space for car parking. Lobby was well decorated. There are four lifts but not very spacious. Room size and bed size was small but the washroom big. Air conditioning was poor. Staff behaviour was excellent.

As a 5 stars resort I am amazed of the lack of Respect and Forbes standards shown. First day, morning, I was having breakfast and sale executive, Sumaiya Hea, sat at my table ( WITH NO MASK) to inquire who and how our booking was taken but what I find the most disrespectful thing is that she corrected my fiancé about OUR relationship status humiliating her. SHAMEFUL. How you dare? As I worked myself in international resorts for many years I know as matter of fact that 1) you don’t bother guests about sells, especially in the morning of their first day 2) you don’t sit at their table, especially without mask while I am eating during covid times while all the waiters were wearing it 3) you don’t correct guests especially on private matters. She carefully left us a couple of her visit cards to make sure we would have contact her for future bookings. in many years working in resorts never saw such a bad behavior and she made sure we will never be back. 6 days in this resort, what I can say breakfast is very good but the food quality at room service is poor, every request at guest service is an immediate No, even for the most easy and silly thing. What a good training manager would recommend to his 5 stars staff is Never Say No to a guest, at least answer “ let me double check with my supervisor” if are not sure what to answer. Today, Last day, checking out at the reception, clearing the bills, I was basically ORDERED by guest service girl to leave a feedback. This was the conversation: - Do you know TripAdvisor? - Yes, I do - Well, Leave a feedback, is very important for us No “please”, no “May you/could you”, no “thanks”. You wanted a feedback? Here it is. If I was the GM I would hire a good training manager and double check my staff. Housekeeping and F&B great. Guest service awful and disrespectful, not 5 star worthy. There are a lot of sounds nearby with busy roads and street food . The location is not suitable for a 5 star hotel. Average quality is not bad . But food prices are very high in the lobby one coffee or tea is $5 and very expensive.

Very good hotel with standard quality. They have very good rooms with very good facility. Location is quite impressive as very near to the highway and center of Banani. There are several restaurants from you can choose your favourite dishes. Also have the buffet facility. You can have complementary breakfast along with swimming facility with the room booking. Lobby is also good but not that much lucrative. Smell was quite good in the lobby. Very popular for the foreigners with its convenient rate. Thank you

Very Conventional for reservations. They have master class chefs. Food quality is hygienic but quite expensive as the hotel is a 4 star quality. You'll find a great coffee shop here.

Went to the hotel to attend a seminar and had an opportunity to explore their food options. Sadly there wasn't too much to explore there. First off there weren't any apetizers. There were only a few items in the main course and they didn't taste good. The dessert section was disappointing as well as all I could find were some fruits, chocolate cake and pudding. The price is really not justified and in my opinion you can get much better deal in surrounding hotels.

if you would like to arrange any event for official meetings its not a good place. for 60 peoples they have only one washroom for man and one for woman. they arranged food in the meeting room so its noisy for a day long program.

Went to the Risotto restaurant inside the hotel for a Valentine dinner with my wife. They were offering a seven course dinner for 5000/- with a 10% on selected cards ehich was quite reasonable for two during a Valentine occasion. Besides interior was nicely decorated for the occasion and they also arranged salsa music which was nice. Each and every course of the menu was quite delicious. Overall we had a decent experience, recommended.

Location is Good. Entry and exit is little congested. Very old hotel, so room furniture needs maintenance. Power Socket is available only at the working desk. So you can charge only 1 device at a time. Buffet breakfast is excellent and all staffs are courteous. Pls note: They are not allowing you to take outside food to your room. If so, you have to sign a declaration form and it's very strange. Comparing it with the price point, I'm rating it as below average

Went there for a banquet dinner on the occasion of a friend's son's marriage reception. So it was mainly a dining experience. But the hotel doesn't have a parking lot of it's own. You have to park in a scattered manner and at your own risk, which is rather unusual. Looks like that building was later converted into a hotel!

I visited this place many times for meeting people, attending meetings and workshops. Like very much the attitude of the staff. Very cordial and very professional. Not sure about the rooms but overall decor 8s excellent. I heard food is also relatively very high quality.

Got to the hotel no was there to help with the luggage. Walked in, no sign of any kind for check in which was all the way to the back. Easy check in. Front security just said they will bring the bags. Got to the room and waited and waited. Then we just had to go get the bags. They are super short on staffs or no one has any clue what is going on. I walked into the shower and it was not cleaned. Dirty shower, restroom had stain. It is not something you expect from a hotel who claims to be 5 star hotel! Very very disappointed!
