I joined in a official program held at the Ball Room which is big, spacious and well decorated. The food serving area and food was delicious. The bathroom facilities was good and well cleaned. I loved the are in the prayer room. Very well managed and they keep everything there. Parking management is also good and well organised.

We have had very good experience in the buffet dinner, it was a special Moroccan night with wide variety of choices, not only Morrocan but also various almost all types ... Good place ...

Awesome place and it is 5★ quality hotel. So you can comfortably live here. Their service is very good and the behaviour of stuffs is satisfactory. As it is 5★ hotel, you need to pay huge money for taking service from this hotel. Here you can enjoy restaurant facilities, pools, gym and many more. Happy travelling.... ☺️

A lovely hotel, amenities and all present from an outsider perspective as well as indoors. Although the TV needs to be maintained, smarttv should be there in deluxe and large rooms not just super deluxe rooms. Food was decent but didn't blow my mind but I can understand the recipe choice as most people have salt issues. I attended the who's who award, Service was top notch to say the least. Food was great.

I was too much disappointed to see the menu and food taste during my Ifteri cum Dinner program. They charges very very high and compare to money I don’t think it worth of money at all. Only Halim was good and nothing tasted good as per my and my matés opinion. It cost almost 6k per person and I feel total waste of money. Will not recommend any other.

Decorations were eye soothing. Elevator facility was excellent. Food was some how excellent during breakfast but during lunch, sometimes refilling process was willingly slow. Tea/coffee was the worst part of whole time.

It’s true that this is a top rated hotel in this country. It's situated at a posh area. So they have rich behaviour to their guest. When I went here I was faced some technical problem.One of the biggest problem was their lift didn’t work. So I had to use stair. Actually still I haven’t enough idea about this hotel. So I Don't say anything more.

A newly launched five star hotel in the with lots of facilities and amenities. The front side of the hotel is really attractive and gorgeous. Hopefully the hotel will run and arise abruptly with all the latest features and facilities. Only drawback is the hotel building is shared with an old market which looks odd from the back side.

One of the finest luxurious hotel in bangladesh 🇧🇩 located at the heart heart of Dhaka city, Banani Area. Though it's expensive but you will get that type of facility there. Service quality is good. They are friendly to person. Food quality is also great. No bar available here but you will get enough space for car parking.

Accomodations are yet to be started. But, restaurants are excellent for dining in for any purpose. A number of meeting rooms, in different sizes, and a grand banquet hall allow to hold meetings of 20 to 500 people. Service seems fine.

One of the best hotels in Dhaka. However I have found that there rooms are not that can be available. It is one of the part of Marriott International. The whole building is very beautiful in look and premium view in the hub of Dhaka Banani. As it is a five star hotel so price remains of that grade. They are lounge, lobby restaurant and other superb.

Nothing to mention about Sheraton. It already got its reputation and popularity. Went there for an interview. A message for interviewers - With all due respect, you might be as busy as Bill Gates but the person who's waiting to interviewed might have work too. His time is valuable too! I might be more or less qualified, you might or might not hire me but my time is important too! If the value of your time is 2k$ per minute, mine cost 0.5 $ and that 0.5$ is important to me!

Attended a buffet dinner here. Couldn't check out the rooms and associated services. So, my rating is on the buffet arrangement only. The food was okay. But it all depends on how much they are charging for being ⭐ rated hotel.

Excellent 5 star experience . Food is awesome. The hall rooms are well equipped and nice decoration. The location is in busy place but they design parking quite well. You won't feel any trouble at all there are 3 car lifts. Well organised people. The parking floor is like very plain, which causes sound like skating from your car tyer at parking . So don't get worry at all. The parking is huge.

This is my first visit to Dhaka and this place is a must to go! Atmosphere is chill and cool and the staff are really friendly (specially Abdel rahman). They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouth. The buffet is extensive and seasonal to a particularly high standard. Definitely fine dining. I recommend to everyone! Can’t wait to come back to Dhaka to visit this place again 😋

Visited Tostina, Garden Kitchen and Yumi. The former had 4 Turkish chefs that day. Food at the buffet at the garden kitchen was delicious. Had a tour of the ball room and the meeting venues. The prayer room was well organized. Didn't rent any rooms there, so no comment or rating on that. The view from the rooftop pool is nice. Staffs were very courteous and helpful.

It was good. The food menu was diversified with some fantastic oriental dishes. The service was nice. Some may find it expensive. But the quality of the food deserves this.

The dinner buffet at The Garden Kitchen was excellent. Most of the food were sumptuous, the ambiance was excellent and the service was up to the mark. Overall we enjoyed our dinner very much. Hope to visit again soon.

The place is really incredible. When I visited this place it was noon. My colleagues ware with me. It's a cool place. Big Auditorium. The place is very organized. The staff are well behaved. The lighting was also good. The place has a mosque also.

Very nice and clean. Just visited tonight for attending a dinner party on the eve of 31st night. The restaurent is huge. Food is also very tasty.. There is a big parking place on level 7. My overall experience is quite satisfactory, this is surely one of the best hotels in Bangladesh.

Not fully operational except dinning, meeting and few others. Living is yet to functional because of unknown reasons for quite sometime. Honestly difficult to rate only basing on few. Ala carte menu is very limited. It is new as well service staffs. I would say service and courtesy is of above average but with passage of time will learn soon.

Located on the main road it's an excellent property. Food was good and services offered had excellent standards. Cost wise a bit on the higher side probably till a few other big ones open in Dhaka
