They are very friendly and personally I found best treatment for my cat there. Nice behaviour. The bearded doctor was the best among all.

They do a very good job. But even if they come here for regular check-ups, if they are busy doing surgery on an animal inside, they keep everyone outside for hours. Put it on the clock. So what are their other staff doing? They should increase manpower or ask to schedule a visit in advance over the phone.
