Had a chance to go and had my lunch there. They offer their buffet lunch with 100+ items at BDT 800. The decoration and the atmosphere was good. Their service was good enough. But one thing disappoint me most that, unlike other buffet restaurants they don't provide any water bottle. And, now it's time for the FOOD REVIEW. 🤯 The food was not good. Below average actually. Most of the item was bad. But, I enjoyed the THAI SOUP, DESSERT, And the Chicken items. The refill time was quite faster. They refilled as soon as possible the bowl was empty.

One of the best mid budget buffets in Bangladesh. Beautiful interior, huge dining area (approximately 450 people can dine in at once). 120+ items. Food was decent. We finished in an hour and about to leave but employees urged us to take more time to enjoy meal. Since we were full then decided to take some pictures since they have beautiful interiors. We really enjoyed memorable quality time there.

Considering the food was decent compared to other buffet, I feel that there's an ample space of growth for the servers. Its because the service in general and how the staff reacts and greetings customers should be worked on. I've encountered situations where the staff were hesitant to provide beverages and I had remind one particular staff three time or more to being me an extra beverage. Lastly the deserts were okay.

The Aristocrat Lounge, situated near Sat mosjid road offered e varieties of food, more than 100 items. They have a massive sitting arrangement which is well decorated. We went there for a family outing. Experience was good but they need some upgrade to some of their items. Their dessert items need to be improved though their red velvet cake was mouthwatering. Within same budget many other restaurant offers Koral fish Bar B Que and shrimp item which was missing. I was fully satisfied with their management and the waiters hospitality. Overall it was a nice experience.

I recently revisited the Aristocrat Lounge in Dhanmondi after being a regular customer and moving to the USA. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing this time. This buffet used to be one of my favorites in Dhanmondi, but the quality has notably degraded. Despite an enticing menu promising dishes like mutton roganjosh, beef tehari, chicken sizzler, lemon prawn, chicken rezala, and rui fish dopeaza, none of these were available during my visit. Even the desserts mentioned on their Facebook page were not there. I couldn't help but feel like I had been misled, and this was quite disheartening. On the positive side, the mutton kacchi, the bhorta items, and the kunafa were still enjoyable. In summary, the Aristocrat Lounge no longer lives up to its past glory, with a menu that doesn't match the reality and a noticeable decline in food quality. It's a far cry from the buffet I used to love.

I have heard so many good reviews about them, but I have had a bad experience visiting them. First of all, they have a good dinner buffet which cannot be denied. But they showed very poor service at lunch. Most of the items were cold, kababs was not cooked enough, and most importantly, the variation of the menu was very poor. The difference between the quality of lunch and dinner is quite disappointing. The sitting area is quite large. But as the place is divided into two parts, many guests find it quite boring.

We went there maybe 2 years ago. In order to eat here you have to book reservation few days prior. Me and my 5 friends went there together. It situated in the food hub of Dhaka, The saatmajid road. So our time was supposed to start at 7:00 pm so we went to the buffet 15 minutes earlier. We didn't had wait much. We showed our reservation e-coupon they showed us our table. The first impression of the place is that place is well decorated and designed. The interior theme is gold coloured which was giving very fancy vibes. So our time limit was 3 hours. At first there was bit line on the food section since everyone started grabbing food at beginning. I was following the line and grab some soup, fried rice and salad. Then we tasted maybe around 80+ dishes. There were supposed to be 100+ items we didn't count it out but it was the case seems. All the foods tasted well not like super yummy or something just well enough. The fed was 700 when we visited the place and I did some research currently it's 800 at lunch (100 items) and 899 at dinner (110 items)

The decoration is good. Went before iftar. So much crowd.Service is very good. Food quality is better than other competitive buffets at this price range. Dessert items are good. Ice-cream delivery point was crowded. Delivered a very small amount of Ice-cream. All over they have managed the iftar crowd very smoothly. Felt better with their service.

Average Experience, Food Was average, Went there in Weekdays, Suddenly AC's water start droping in Our Table. But thanks to Managent They Change the Seate Immediately.

I don't want to say this is one of the the best buffet restaurant in Dhanmondi.Its just over hyped. Everyone taking about the interior but I didn’t find anything exceptional. Food quality is not up to the mark, but price is reasonable compared to items quantity. Staffs are not at all professional. They don’t allow to shoot photo in buffet area but their own staffs take photo when the dishes are full!!

I went there for a marriage ceremony. They arranged buffet system. Almost 30+ item was there . Most of them was yummy . Especially their salad . They made us custom salad . Their teheri , acahr and desert item was too good. But I have a complain about their arrangement system. We took half of their place , beside us there was another program but food section was one side. That's why everyone came to our place . Thats looked massy . Overall I liked their everything.

It would have been better if the distance between the two tables was a little more, otherwise it can be seen that if someone from the back table leaves, there is no room for movement after moving the chair. Car parking is your responsibility. Overall, service is good. 👍

The Aristocrat Lounge: Good taste, fresh food in a self-service buffet with maintained hygiene. Worth it, plus a bonus of unlimited ice cream.

Low level of experience. Totally disappointed of there behaviour. 1. Food taste very bad 2. Poor service 3. Bill take before finishing time. 4. Not enough delicious food items. 5. Not recommended. They dont allow photography or videography of food. It's easy to assume how much poor service they have. Extremely poor management. Refills of Beef/Mutton items were horrible. Most of the signature items were missing. One staff behaving like roadside hotels "চকচক করলেই সোনা হয় না" Low grade Food. Real and good taste missing. Only focus on quantity not quality. Not recommended. Please avoid Aristocrat. Cheap behavior. Serve the bill before time is finished.

8 of us went here for dinner that night. The reservation was made the previous day. Their interior design is very beautiful. I love their live salad and momo section. The appetizer section is pretty good too. The rest of the items tasted average. The dessert section was also not very good. There was a chef in live momo section who was serving and his behavior was very rude. Next time he didn't serve me, he was busy on his mobile, I took the momo on the plate myself, the chef of customize salad section was serving the salad with care. We all sat and chatted, had a great time.

A nice and spacious buffet restaurant with a large variety of the menu, tasty and delicious food with nice decoration, aristocratic environment, well behaved staff, reasonable cost, clean glasses, hygienic washrooms. That building has total 4 similar buffet restaurants, but "The aristocrat lounge" is the best of them. One spacial thing about them, that they even have separate smoking zone also.

A good place, sitting arrangement is highly appreciable. Food taste is slightly up average. Service is average (some staff were really helpful but others were not).

The behavior of the staff is really outstanding. They are always ready to welcome their guests as much as possible with a humble smile.Food quality is also good, especially fried rice and chicken sizzling. This restaurant maintains the quantity of food. The interior decoration is mind blowing.

High average quality food with affordable price. Buffet by 899 taka is very reasonable on today's market. Service is good and staffs are cordial. Atmosphere is little crowded. An ideal place for young people and anyone who loves cheaper food but more items.

We have heard very good reviews about this place. But sadly they couldn't match our expectations. The foods were average. No taste. It was truly unexpected from a restaurant like them. Even we had a foreign guest with us. He also didn't like anything. One thing we find really good was their services. All the server were well mannered and really knows what they are doing. The place is too much crowded. But if you take previous reservation you will not have any problems to get seat. Hope they will improve their food quality in the future.
