Very good and high quality buffet. Presentation of the food is good and staff is also good. Interior of the restaurant is also good. Taste of the food is a bit above average but quality is good. Sitting arrangements are regular like other buffet houses in the same building, also if you go with your car and without a driver park at your own risk. Their display of desserts were great.

This place is well known for buffet meal. Location is very good. There are a lot of restaurants situated in that building. Food was fresh and hot. Taste was up to the mark. Enough items. Specially personally I liked their live kebab. There's also a fish station. All kind of meat items were hot and tasty. I liked their mutton items. There is a different place reserved only for drinks. Desserts item's taste and quality was up to the mark. I think this buffet restaurant is great value for money

As I live in Dhanmondin area,as a result I had a chance to taste various buffet restaurants. The Pan Pacific Lounge is extremely good comparing to prices rather than others restaurants. The food was delicious except some desert item.The juice section is on the opposite side which should be changed.In one word I would recommend to visit this restaurant to ever food lover.

Visited for the first time. They must improve quality of their food and service! Quantity doesnt matter. Reduce quantity and increase quality! And don't try their mocktails. They are simply horrible!

I really enjoyed the food. Mostly desserts. Dishes like prawn, crab chowmein, BBQ lamb, BBQ fish is recommended. I love some of the desserts. The orange flavored desserts are very delicious and unique that one may not always find in local pastry shops. Overall it was great for me.

Went there to taste their food. I would recommend you to reserve your table and start immediately after they are ready so that you have enough time to taste most of the items. The Portuguese fish fry, beef lasania, pasta and the fruit salads were really delicious.

Pan Pacific lounge is a luxury buffet restaurant well known as dessert king...The interior decoration and environment was awesome...Lunch items were well organised...Starters and main dishes were also tasty enough...Specially the dessert items were as expected...Had a good time here...

Their food taste was good. But the problem is main course item wast not so much available. I didn't find anything to eat with fried rice. Normally each buffet had beef chilli or beef sizzling or szechuan beef, Chilli Chicken, sweet & sour prawn or Garlic prawn. But they had nothing.. Even they said theh had cheese cake but there was no cheese cake.. Many dessert was missing.. What they serve that's price should be maximum 1000tk.. For this type of food 1500tk for dinner is overpriced surely... Their momo, Crab and king prawn was good. Their dessert was like only cream and sweetness on it... 😑😑😑😑.. Another bad thing is they don't accept card payments... Peoples don't want to carry cash now a days. But the just want to take cash and bkash.

Went to this buffet on last Friday. The ambiance was pretty good but because of extreme rush we couldn’t enjoy it as expected. However the food was delightful and eventually cheered us up. The quality of the food is top notch, a straight 9/10 good. Although some of the items like cheese kunafa, few juices, waffle etc should be improved. Their service wasn’t so likable. The asking for tips and not attending the customers is quite unprofessional. There were mistakes with shifting tables as well, since they first made us sit somewhere and told us to move back after we started our dining. That was seemingly a turn off. Didn’t like such kind of managerial service to be honest. Overall, food was praiseworthy except few items, and service wasn’t as good as it should be! Based on this experience my only recommendation would be improving the service!!

This was my 2nd visit to The pan pacific lounge. The atmosphere was top notch. It's gives a vibes of 5star atmosphere. The decoration the interior all are very morden. The have huge area for dining. Their are separet live salad area, live station, live pizza, life waffle, mocktail bar, desert area, bread area, starter and main course area. The food quality was good. Some item taated very delicious and some are okeish. The thai soup, roll, pizza, prwan, chicken kebab, mac n cheese, momo was show toper. And their are unlimited soft drinks. The price was little bit high if the food tasted little bit better thn the price would be value for money. But although it was a nice experience. The staff was so polite. But they asked tips were collecting the bill. I'm very disappointed with this. This isn't a good practice. They can add service charges or some tips box but ask customer for tips was so unprofessional

I went there for lunch. The basic food items like chicken, soup, prawn, mutton were great. But the japanese section was not so good. The pasta was one of the worst I have ever tried. Drinks options were satisfactory. Now talk about value for money! Well, as they priced there buffet higher than other buffet loinges in the same building (Gawsia Tower), I expect them to provide a peaceful ambience, where I can eat in peace. But no, it was like rest of the others. There were bunch of ladies who were making a lot of noise(to the level it was unbearable). But they didn't say a thing about it. The foods were great, but overall, the Buffet at Lunch was not worthy at that price at all. Last but not the least, they don't have any policy for food wastage (like 20% fine for wasting too much food). That's why I have seen a lot of people waste plates worth of food, just because they felt like taking it. They are the worst kind of human being in my opinion. N.B: The behavior of the stuffs and manager was very professional.

While The Pan Pacific Lounge is relatively new restaurant, their foods are really delicious. You can visit the restaurant with friends and family. It has nice ambiance. The waiters are well mannered. Main dishes are delicious and you should try all of these. Live BBQ station and Live Salad station is also great. Lots of delicious tasty deserts are available. The mocktail bar is also open for all guests. People usually spent 2+ hours here.

I must say that this is an amazing place to visit & eat. The atmosphere & the service from the staff was outstanding. They had a wide range of buffet menus starting from soup, kebab, biryani, Chinese, deshi menus, salad, beverages & desert. Their refilling pattern is worth of revisiting. And the chefs of live stations were too friendly. They should work on their main course taste as it's of average standard. Anyway they are charging enough so they should be more responsible with their taste.

It’s a huge buffet restaurant. Their interior is worth mentioning. I wish I could say the same about their service. They had a large number of items with different corners for grills, salads, main courses, deserts, juices and drinks. But the number of main course items is bit limited. The mutton and beef pieces are tiny and the quality is not as per their standard. Their deserts are good but they heavily rely on cake based items. Overall experience is not bad, but comparatively the price is bit high. PS: The start dinner at 7.30 pm which is quite unusual.

Didn't feel or tasted any different than any other other similar buffet place, even within the same building, to warrant the additional price than its competitors. Just a regular buffet, I guess they are probably marginally more well decorated than its competition. Food is tad bit bland and taste not as it should. Guess their focus is on number of items on the display rather than quality and how it tastes. mutton leg roast was dry, Thai soup was very spicy, sushi is beyond reproach, wondering if it can be called sushi?! I could go on explaining individual items about their lack of taste and quality, but then it would be a very boring and a long list! I gave it 3 star, because of the ambiance it provides, if you wanna fancy that, then give it a try.

I think this was the largest buffet (item wise) that I have ever been to. They literally have everything. From sushi, live fish grill station, ramen, sandwiches, beef lasgana(!) to every kind of deserts in the world. Some of the mentionable items were actual cheesecake (which is actually prettyy good), 7 different types of cakes, fruit tarts, donuts, waffle stafion. Overall, reall enjoyed trying all these stuff. As good as buffet can get. But I don't have much idea about the main courses, as I was too occupied with starters and desserts the time I went.

The ambience was amazing and so was the service! But the food lacked taste which was dissapointing. Like the lasagna there was horrible for instance, along with a lot of items. Their seafood items were good tho and the mocktais were pretty interesting too also aaaaaaaaaaaa- excuse me, ahem. Anyways yeah it was too pricey as the food wasn't upto the mark. So I'll give this place an 8/10 (purely because of the ambience and service)

Though their price is a bit high compared to other buffets but food quality is awesome. Refills quickly and there's also a wide range of food collections. Recommending to book via phone call before you go , because they become so crowdy somedays.

Food is very good with this price range. Service was also satisfactory. Unlike other places, drinks and beverages are included in the buffet items. Great collection of food. I would really like to go there once again.

The best buffet I've tried in Dhaka city . Tried a lot of desserts and dishes which I never had tasted or heard of before . Good quantity was served and the refill rate was very fast as well. Definitely would like to visit there again ! But I think the staff needs to be a bit more co-operative as they didn't respond at times during rush hours , other then that , everything else was very nice 👍.

It's a nice place to enjoy food. Best suitable for small groups. Alternative power supply is not up to the mark. Experienced huge suffocation during power failure.

They intentionally turned off the AC at 2 hour & 20 minutes later from the onset and didn't turn on even after complaining. There was no live section which they promised at that specific day. Food was above average.

There is a lots of desert items that's is good but all cake taste is almost similar. But the BBQ live section which is mainly mutton leg, fish, shrimp that is worst not up to the mark or average... This is below average. But salad section is good. The main items are ok... If the price is under 1200 that will be good option.... But there is no item must tried..... Average buffet...

Nice atmosphere, clean and well decorated. Great service, well organized buffet layout. Drinks , ice cream and other refreshment is included in the final price. Food quality is very good and fresh. Desert items are tasty and variety of these are available. Overall buffet experience is great. Highly Recommend .

The dinner package was 1999৳... There was special arrangement going on for new year which included beef steak,octopus,big prawn,whole turky,koel,lamb leg,mutton leg,sushi etc.... But among all of there items mutton rogan jos,mejbani beef,ilish polau were the best though i could not taste all of there 200 items....

It may be the best buffet within a budget of 1500. They have a lot of items and variations in the menu. Their service is really good.

The Pan Pacific Lounge in Dhanmondi, Dhaka, offered a memorable evening. I appreciate their service and atmosphere. I had attended the evening buffet, and the food was delicious so far. Before dining in, I inspected the items, specifically new arrivals, on their Facebook page, but a few of them were missing. I would suggest them to enhance their mains portion; it was adequate, but some of them tasted scorched. I expected the cream of mushroom/cream soup to be great, but it was not and tasted burnt. The dessert section was fantastic, as was the salad & cocktail bar. I hope they take my suggestions into account and improve the overall experience. I would recommend the restaurant to people who want to experience a variety of dishes.

Quantity and option of food is quite high. Food test is very average. They ask the permission to process the bill while having food. Its not good gesture. Need to focus on quality / test of food rather giving more option

Located in Dhanmondi, Dhaka this is one of the luxury restaurant with a good ambience. The buffet dinner price is Tk. 1500 taka only which is compared to food quality, quantity and variation is cheap. More than 100 items served in dinner. The staffs are very cordial. They receive only cash or Bkash, no cards!
