Absolutely brilliant and staff are very polite

Place was very quiet. But toilets. Utterly disgusting and shameful behaviour for McDonald's allowing this important facility to fall below even the most basic places manage this facilities better. Where's the manager when you need them. Left too scared to eat the food. This is not a staffing issue it's a manager that has lost the will.

We ate here. I ordered the double quarter pound cheeseburger menu with fries and coke. My hamburger was great, as were the fries. My party ate the double cheeseburger menu. The hamburger was cold and had been sitting for a while unfortunately. So for us it was a menu that was the top and one that was the bottom. The restaurant was messy and there was a lot of rubbish on the tables and a bit of dirty floor. Lots of people working there and they were nice but slow.

Awfull place to be ıf you want your dog🐕 to be fed, get here👎🏿. Bigmac has no sos ,bread is not fresh, cola has scary ice, fries are cold, slugsh, suplement onion rings are far expensive from Istanbul, Ankara, even so in September 2023, out of tourist season☻👎🏿, come here, june,,july, Agust, September 4 times at 2023, snd Aircondition never on through season, so hot airless, unclean. Looks like 3rd world hamburger shop.

Flys around food but only place to gave fly killers and carnt dudge them for trying.

Worst place in Altinkum. Waited ages for food. They had forgot about my order. No childrens cheese burger, no mayonnaise, no ketchup, definitely no customer service. Would not go there again

Better than uk McDonald's except one time i took a chicken filet burger back as wasn't cooked thoroughly.

This restaurant does not open at 10am as stated here. After sitting for 25min outside I gave up at at 10:15am. As did at least 6 or 7 other people. I have visited twice before and the restaurant was clean and the food good. But will not be walking up the hill again to sit and watch staff through closed doors.

Open untill 01:00 a.m. a great place to visit when you have midnight cravings.

You either love McDonald's or hate it , I love it , social distancing in operation ,disinfectant available at every corner , staff using masks the correct way , and I love just having a cup of filter coffee and watching the world go by and only costs 2tl

Only had coffee resonablely priced and up refills are free. Please note: McDonalds will ask you for your HES code before entering the premises.
