My stay here was wonderful. They pride themselves on luxury bed and bath and did not disappoint- it was luxurious and so much more. Lovely park nearby for a morning stroll. Peaceful and calm, just fantastic.

Nice, clean and comfortable room. The building and the rooms are furnished with taste and class. Quiet, tree-lined and residential area. The city center is easy to reach. You enter with access code independently. There is no real reception but the owners are well organised. A place I recommend.

Our stay was short but sweet. We really appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms, the location, efficiency of the self check-in, and the overall decor and vibe. Slept well, the room was always restocked and cleaned by the time we came back from daily outings, and we loved the homely feel of the hotel. We definitely would recommend for those visiting Dublin!

Superbly convenient location. Absolutely spotless accommodation and very well run by Ian and Hilary who are very experienced in property. There was a large group of us in different rooms and we all had the same experience which was excellent. We couldn't fault anything. Each day the rooms (which are impeccable anyhow) were freshened up which was a delight to come back to. It will be our default accommodation especially for the rugby at the Aviva or Leinster. Its very closer to the Bridge which is Sean O Briens pub too.

I had the most wonderful experience in this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, very accommodating and pleasant people. The room was immaculately clean and comfortable, the bed was the comfiest I have ever stayed in and to be honest I really did not want to leave. Everything you would need in a hotel room was provided. There was air conditioning in the room so I was kept very warm and cosy the entire time. I would definitely recommend staying here, I have never felt more comfortable and relaxed before. I will most definitely be returning, hopefully soon. 10/10 for sure.
