Having stayed in there Dublin castle property I knew I was going to have a great stay with fantastic service and Tivoli one of their newest properties in Dublin did not disappoint . Five to ten minutes away from all the action of the city centre but situated in a spot that was quite to the hustle and bustle of the city. The room is spacious with lovely view of a local church . The shower was strong and stayed hot the hole time with no flooding of the floor which can happen in other hotels . The bed was a dream and the black out. Blinds means you can sleep as long as you want or need .I would suggest getting the breakfasts which has variety of food on offer that is regularly replenished , so is both hot and fresh . The staff are very helpful and accommodating .

Our room was furnished beautifully, and all of the staff were very helpful and kind. The entire place is lovely, and feels luxurious in comparison with other staycity locations. The only reason why it's 4 stars instead of 5, is that there were a few hiccups that can only be associated with the recent opening. A few days after opening, they're still figuring things out a bit. That's totally understandable! For example, the power went out in our room twice because an electrician was working on a room on the same corridor. Or check in was a bit slow. But these were really small issues, and all the staff were really helpful in solving them. I think in a few weeks, everything will be running smoothly.

Great location- quiet, safe in between some of the more touristy areas and Guinness storehouse. Rooms were clean and the staff were incredibly helpful and very service oriented. They have a gym and laundry on site and the breakfast is decent. Of my stays throughout Ireland, this was one of the better ones. I appreciated their level of service. I stayed for four nights and it was great.

Really nice hotel. Modern, well furnished, very clean, comfortable beds, well-equipped rooms, and excellent staff. Breakfast pretty good, but they need to be better at clearing tables when guests have left them - when I was looking for a table to sit at, most tables were unoccupied and every one was covered with the debris from previous occupants. Only real negative is that when a large tour group is checking in or out they take up pretty much all of the rather strangely-laid-out lobby space. This is a particular problem at breakfast time - if a large group and their suitcases are filling the lobby (as they were the morning I was there) you have to pretty much climb over or around them to get from the breakfast buffet to the seating area.

My husband and I stayed here this past week for 3 nights. The accommodation couldn’t have been any better. The location was perfect, the staff were friendly and the rooms were incredibly clean! Loved having space to be able to make tea and coffee in the morning. The kitchen if wanted to be used would be more than sufficient as very well equipped! Great stay, highly recommend!

They made great use of the space in the hotel rooms. Great design. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice. The staff was very professional and made sure that we we’re satisfied. They even let us borrow the three prong adapter when we realized that the two prong we brought with us was useless. They also held on to our souvenirs when we accidentally left them at the front desk during checkout. We returned a couple of hours later to retrieve them. The laundry room on site was a great convenience. They gave us a couple of detergent packets to use. Check in and check out was simple. The building was quiet and the lobby was comfortable. Right in the heart of the city, the hotel is on the bus line with so much close by to view on foot. I would definitely recommend this location and would stay again if I return.

The room was great and well equipped. It had everything that we needed including a mini kitchen! It was very clean, quite and convenient. The staff were very helpful and professional. They also offered us luggage storage for free which was great because our flight was later in the day. The location is great in a walking distance to city center( temple bar) and very close to the river. Highly recommended!!!

I loved this place. It’s clean, modern and very quiet. It’s also in a great location. The only downside was that we got no room service. Which isn’t so bad for the few days we were staying but it can be quite annoying when you run out of things like coffee or toilet paper. I expected a bit more for this price. Other than that it was perfect!

Just recently stayed here for a couple nights and my family loved it! The staff made the whole experience 10x better. Molly at the front desk was so sweet, helpful and courteous! Not only was she amazing, the rest of the staff was too! The rooms were clean and had air conditioning which was amazing during the heat wave ,they experienced when we were staying there! I could keep going forever with the positive things. Overall, great hotel and great staff!

Location is great. About a 10 minute walk to Temple Bar and a 20 minute walk maximum to other cool locations/sights. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff are so helpful and friendly, and really made our time there enjoyable. Thank you so much to the staff for going above and beyond. Would definitely recommend:)

Stayed here recently as I won a competition for a nights stay. Would definitely recommend, and will stay again. i didn't use any of the facilities such as the gym, or get breakfast there so cannot comment on that. The mini kitchen unit in the room is very handy - hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher etc. The rooms are very cozy, hot powerful showers, and the bed was comfy - great nights sleep!

I like the modern chic interior. The kitchenette is superb complete with utensil such as pan, pot, chopping board, knife, fork and spoon and many more. Comfort bed and this hotel is very neat and clean. Pros: The location is convenient. The building and furnishings are new and in good condition. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast buffet for 11eurus was good. Cons: The room did not have bedside tables, a vanity counter in the bath, a suitcase rack or a closet. It was a very uncomfortable room. We stayed for a week and the room was never cleaned. I would not stay in this hotel again.

The hotel was super nice. The rooms have everything you'll need. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. There is a microwave and dishwasher too. The service is amazing, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The location was everything. πŸ’― Close to all the places that we wanted to visit, to the city center as well. And the street was quiet which was very good too.

Stayed here for 3 nights over the NYE period and was absolutely fantastic. Staff are all super friendly and helpful. Gave us some great recommendations. Allowed us to check in early and check out late free of charge which was super helpful due to our flight times. Room was immaculate and very spacious. Fantastic location too. Would definitely recommend staying here and will be visiting again.

I stayed here at the end of October 2022. I am a teacher, and I was travelling with two colleagues and a group of students from Italy. All the room's facilities, including the kitchenette and bathroom, were modern and impeccably clean, and the staff at reception were always professional and very helpful. A special mention must go to Monica, a native Italian speaker, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable and pleasant as possible. The students really loved her! The breakfasts in particular were outstanding, with a wide variety of foods available, and the location was excellent for access to St Patrick's and Christchurch in particular.

Fantastic hotel in a fantastic location. Stayed with family of 4 in 1bed apt. Ideal set up and location for a family trip to take in all the sights of Dublin. Pull out bed was exceptionally comfortable option for the children. Staff were so kind and friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. Definitely 5star option for a family break! πŸ˜ƒ

We were so pleasantly surprised with our apartment, we were expecting really basic stuff but the apartment was bright and spotlessly clean, with a full kitchen. Even the sofa bed was really comfortable! There's a nice bar and menu downstairs too, we sat down in the lobby when we came back from the concert we were at, it was v relaxed. Staff were all lovely, especially front desk!

After a long day of airport delays, we finally arrived to Staycity at midnight on 08/12. The two gentlemen working the front desk were spectacular! They were super kind and quickly got us checked in to our rooms. Great location and lovely amenities! Will definitely stay here on my next trip to Dublin!

We stayed here before and after our bus trip of Ireland. Trafalgar tours start just down the street. Wonderfully air conditioned with refrigerators, microwaves, dishwasher, and stoves in the rooms. Great staff which were very helpful in navigating the city. Major bus station just to the north gets you into the main museums easily, though you can walk to the cathedral and many of the museums with little effort from here. There is a small market just across the street. Laundry with dryers worked great.

That's a really good place to stay in Dublin City. The location is close to the buses, some pubs, groceries and stores. The staff is really helpful and organized. The service is enough. The room is equipped with a useful tiny kitchen and the king size bed is very comfy! You just can take care with the couch aside, which turns bed. That's a 'parallel universe' where some objects like wallets and cellphones use to go into and disappear. If you miss something, you should search there first. :o)

I was in Dublin visiting family, and Staycity proved to be one of my best hotel experiences in the city yet. The lovely hotel rooms were loaded with amenities, the staff was polite and helpful, and the location served as the perfect launching point for exploring Dublin. The building seemed brand new, and was immaculately clean and fresh. As someone with severe allergies this is very important to me, and I am glad to report that during my stay I experienced no allergies. I couldn't recommend Staycity enough, and I look forward to visiting for years to come!

A great place to stay! Walking distance to many attractions and the staff are unbeatable. Every staff member we interacted with was exceptionally helpful, kind, and accommodating! The room was spacious and comfortable, they provided us with extras like a playpen for our daughter. Clean and bright space. We also left our diaper bag in a taxi and when it was returned to the front desk they brought it right up to us immediately because they knew i was worried. I cant recommend the location and the staff enough!

Stayed here recently for a short trip to Dublin and definitely got the best hotel experience! The location is central but the room is pleasantly quite. It is located near the bus stop, groceries and restaurants. Some of the city attractions is also available walking distance. The price is very fair and the room is spacious. The entry way is wide, so I can store my buggy and still have some space to move around. I didn't check the facilities beforehand, so I was surprised that there's a mini kitchen inside the room - this would be very great for a longer stay! The bed is comfy and the bathroom is also very clean. The experience from the check in and throughout the stay was very pleasant. Overall satisfied and would love to stay here again next time!

We had great time at Staycity Tivoli Appartements. It's a new modern hotel near the city center. The staff very friendly and helpful.

Very nice staff. The 24 hour pizza was delicious and super affordable compared to takeaway options in the area. Perfect location for seeing all the tourist spots in Dublin. Would definitely stay again.

Seemingly very nice with modern furniture and appliances but clearly the management and service department have no idea what they're doing and some of them had really bad attitude. We specifically paid extra for 3 people stay. The bedding for the extra bed we got was completely dirty - even had a nail filer in there and didn't come with any comforter covers or mattress cover. One of the towels was moist. The headboard had hair all over it. The heating towel rack didn't work. We alerted them with these issues but different people told us different things. They said they were going to send someone to fix the towel rack but no one did. Then we followed up only to hear "many of them had been broken for a while" from another person. We requested new towels but we didn't get them either. All they offered for giving us a dirty room was complimentary breakfast which was 9 euros per person Lastly the shower was only luke warm certainly not hot by any standards.
