I
attend
St
Vincent's
alot
due
to
medical
reasons,and
usually
it
is
ok,but
yesterday
I
brought
my
mother
in
law
in
for
an
appointment
in
suite
3,
she
was
to
go
to
phlebotomy
first
thing,when
we
got
there
as
per
her
letter,
the
clinic
never
sent
her
blood
requisition
form,
so
I
had
to
go
to
clinic
and
get
it,this
was
in
contrast
to
what
her
letter
stated,so
that
put
us
behind,
we
got
that
sorted,
and
went
to
the
reception
in
the
forementioned
suite,this
is
when
it
got
worse,
the
male
receptionist
whom
I
have
had
a
negative
experience
with
before
was
rude
with
no
people
skills,my
mother
in
law
has
a
bad
back
from
a
fall
and
has
broken
ribs,she
as
you
would
not
blame
her
was
getting
restless
and
wanted
to
go
home
as
she
was
in
pain,
I
asked
the
female
receptionist
would
the
appointment
be
much
longer
if
looks
could
kill,as
we
were
there
before
2pm
and
as
stated
got
delayed
once
already
because
they
never
sent
the
blood
requisition
to
phlebotomy,
they
also
could
not
find
my
mother
inlaw
on
their
list
,this
was
another
issue,they
had
a
sticker
at
the
bottom
of
a
page,which
was
not
with
the
names
of
the
other
people
attending
the
clinic,the
receptionist
called
Emily
went
off
and
came
back
and
sat
down
not
saying
a
word
on
weither
she
spoke
to
the
doctor
or
not
about
her,more
people
were
called
who
came
after
us
I
said
to
my
mother
inlaw,that
either
she
would
be
called
soon
or
they
would
leave
her
longer
,as
we
asked
how
long
more
we
had
to
wait,it
was
4:15,
as
stated
people
that
arrived
after
her
were
called
my
mother
in
law
was
getting
more
annoyed
and
more
restless
and
was
ready
to
leave
this
is
when
Emily,the
receptionist
in
an
abrupt
and
confrontational
manner/tone
said
I
spoke
to
the
doctor,
they
will
see
her
soon,nearly
4:30
we
got
called
in,I
thanked
her,and
she
mumbled
an
unaudible
response,which
is
so
unprofessional,
then
the
doctor
we
got
was
also
very
rude
and
asking
my
mother
inlaw
questions
she
could
not
answeryou
could
not
script
it
,the
faces
she
was
pulling
,my
mother
inlaw
said
to
me
after
she
was
examined
that'
she
was
not
nice",she
went
off
to
speak
to
the
consultant,
but
was
out
in
the
corridor
for
another
half
an
hour,at
this
stage
you
can
imagine
my
mother
inlaw
was
becoming
agitated
and
was
ready
to
leave
again,the
clinical
nurse
specialist
came
in
thankfully
and
was
nice
as
well
as
the
consultant,who
explained
everything
in
layman's
terms
we
got
out
after
5pm
,
over
three
hours
later
,apologies
for
the
length
of
this
review,just
there
was
so
much
,they
should
have
some
empathy,as
this
clinic
is
for
serious
lung
conditions
and
oncology/cancer,people
like
my
mother
inlaw
are
up
the
walls
with
worry
and
fear,as
is,due
to
not
knowing
how
serious
their
illness
is,then
you
come
across
staff
like
I
mentioned,
who
have
lost
touch,please
let
me
know
if
anyone
else
experienced
anything
like
this.thankyou.
