Zero star. Absolutely disgusting hotel. Do not stay here. Building is falling apart, vandalism everywhere, obvious drug use. First room had dog hair everywhere in the bed, air conditioner falling out of the wall. Went and complained at the front desk, they assigned me a second room which was even worse! Blood and other bodily fluids stained all throughout the sheets. The furniture is disgusting. Second room reeked of cigarette smoke even though it's a smoke free hotel. Smoke detector was covered with plastic bag. This place is the definition of unsafe.

Disgusting hotel crack head vibes . Pictures are not how rooms look, furniture is filthy. Pillows are yellow. Underneath the bed was filthy behind the bed. No refund which sucked because we paid for 3 nights & had to stay in the disgusting room because they didn’t want to switch us . Very disappointed

I don’t recommend this place! Yes it’s cheap, but i realized why it’s so cheap, the reason this place is so cheap is because theirs poor maintenance and management! The rooms are filthy! Theirs roaches as well. They claim they have cameras but couldn’t playback the cameras when my car was vandalized! Mind you, my vehicle was parked in the front of the building next to the white van & decoy vehicle that says Security! That security car isn’t even in use, they just have it parked in front as a front! This place is horrible and ran down! They just need to tear it down because their services are useless and careless!

Staff was friendly no sure what everyone else complaining about. Room were priced to fill. Not the greatest condition but if your looking for great you need to spend big. Smoke alarms are very sensitive and are connected to fire department. It is full of people who are not of high class but what cheap hotel isn't. Enjoyed my stay had great conversations and met some interesting people. For the price I would stay again. But if I can effort better I will go else where. All cable channels worked, decent bed, pool plenty of parking. Night time security.

I'll give the good news of the stay first. 1) The pricing isn't horrible 2)The Front desk Mexican guy and female aren't so bad 3) They are making improvements and fixings in the hotel for how disgusting and garbage it was. 4) The room I stayed in has a working a/c and heater, so that made the stay pleasing and cozy. Now, here's the bad news: 1)No refunds, That's the worse... Because we should be able to have what we paid for.. a clean, comfortable and decent stay. And if it isn't what we expected we should be able to get our money back, period. 2) The rooms don't have a refrigerator. 3) The beds don't come with a blanket unless you ask front desk for a blanket.

Wow....See pictures to understand!! I was not expecting alot for a $60 room but not this. 1. No elevators so you have carry your luggage up the stairs. 2 .Super dark hallways with wierd purple lighting. 3. Room was filthy, no top covers and no trashcans. 4. No shower curtains in the batroom room and hairs in the tub. I can go on and on but I slept on top of the sheet for 3 hours so that I could get enough sleep to drive home.

NOT a single bedbug. It has a family-friendly atmosphere. Not a smoker, but you can use the back lot. The pool is closed for the winter and has lovely trees in the yard. But excellent location for weekly or nightly stay. With no doubt, I will come back and stay again.

No. No bed covers, no pillow cases, no garbage cans, no towels, door not secure, dirty hallways, outside doors not secure, the room reeked of cigarrette smoke from previous occupant, found a dying cockroach in the bathroom, and FELT UNSAFE. Worst sleep at a hotel. I arrived late so no time to leave.They only accepted cash and no refunds. I felt vulnerable and unsafe in unfamiliar surroundings. Previous reviews management's states they're working on resolving these outstanding issues from 3 yrs ago BUT my experience says it ALL. NO.

Not the best hotel. The pictures shown when booking the room are totally opposite. There was no refrigerator, microwave, or coffee pot.The phones didn't work in the room. There was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. We had no blankets. It smelled of cigarette smoke when it was supposed to be non smoking. Most of the staff was friendly except the lady who is the manager. She is very rude and starts cussing at you because you tell her that the pictures on the website are misleading. She told us if we didn't like it then we could leave and no refunds are given. She said this is why she doesn't like people because they question her!! Well don't be putting misleading information or pictures on the website and then no one will question you. I will not go back!!!

I’ve been here for a while and honestly it’s the best as far as service and accommodations in the area. I really appreciate how nice and considerate the staff is too!

My room was lovely, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower had amazing water pressure. They had hot cocoa in addition to coffee and tea, and I really enjoyed the lobby's atmosphere. And the plus point is that it is nearby Bahama Beach Wtaerpark. Upon checking out, I accidentally left my stuff in the room. When I returned to retrieve them, staff were waiting for me at reception. Great Hotel!

Employees were wonderful. Hotel was out of blankets, so only had sheets on the bed. Had to pay cash, didn't see that when booking through app, so idk if that was on me for not seeing that, or if it was a policy not listed online. Close to everything I needed to get too, so only had a 5mon drive to and from. Decent for what I paid.

The service here is horrible the rooms are dirty and filthy smells of wet dogs and mildew there are no blankets no working phone no microwave or any of the amenities it say it should have only line . They are completely over priced and they are basically financially abusing those in need of stable housing for them and there children or love one it's a complete ripe off and I have reported them to better business bureau and code compliance the are very negligent when it comes to questions or concerns about there hotel and your well being I don't suggest no one rent here ever my children where crying to leave.
