This motel is on the service road of I20 on Jellison. Remember check in starts at I think 6 or 7 am not when you pay for your room, so if u check in at night you have to check out at 11 am. It is safe the staff is friendly. It's not the most scenic area..you face the freeway but you are minutes away from various shops and restaurants. If you check in at night get your needs then. It's hard to get towels and those necessities after dark. Rooms are around 80$

The room was made to appear clean, but it was far from it. The bedding had hair and stains. We had to request for new sheets. The towels appeared to have been used yet were put back like they were clean. The shower head was clogged and dusty. For sure wouldn’t recommend even if budgeting. You’re better off sleeping in your vehicle.

Nice clean place to stay , always good rates. Nice people at desk. Rooms recently remodelled, and plenty good food options nearby. Highly recommend over other options.

Overall decent experience. Three pillows on king sized bed in room that AC didn't work. Said was last room available when we made reservations. But clean, and comfortable bed. Refrigerator in room. Facility with laundry area & microwave. Pool area open, clean and litter free. Would've given more stars but AC was the main reason I didn't. Smells like smoke in the indoors hallway, but smoke free room didn't. Only staying one night, otherwise we'd have looked elsewhere.

Efficient and Affordable!! Room was nice and clean. We didn’t stay for vacation purposes. We just needed a place to sleep for an out of town Basketball tournament and it was well worth it!!!

One of the most dirty and bad smelling hotels ive been in, they told me no smoking wich i dont im allergic to the smoke, i got to my room and when i opened the door it smelled nothing but cigarettes, the rooms are bad and customer service is worst.

It was good. The rooms are clean. The guys in the office are extremely nice and accommodating for a big truck park unlike their sister motel six.

Phenomenal customer service the front office manager “Mike” and his team offer at this location. This is by far a welcoming stay, and I would choose no other place but Motel 6 in Duncanville. 5 stars is not enough to rate this location. This is the best place to stay “rate 10”… I thank Mike and his team for being great workers and providing the best service to me and my family.

Love this location me and my kids have been here for a few months and everything has been great Mike the manager and his staff are always on time with everything and making sure that we are good I would recommend this motel 6 location to anyone

Need a place late and they gave me very clean and neat room. Quick check in and out. Will be back.

This used to be my go-to spot when I came to town, but the last couple of times, I've had issues with bedbugs. They didn't offer another room. I had to tell them to give me another room or my money back. It took forever for them to even acknowledge my calls and comings to the office to complain even after showing pictures. Had the nerve to say management was sleeping. It's after midnight. I would like to be sleeping, but I can't so wake him do something. The next day, after moving rooms, I did see someone in there breaking the room down and removing the beds.

Sorry to say that this was my last time staying here. I stayed in the same Motel in August, and didn't have a problem but this last time I had a problem.

Man, don't sleep on Motel 6, they coming for ya. Room was spacious and immaculate. The front desk agents were A1. Go Motel 6, they'll leave the light on for ya.

Staff is friendly and very attentive. The room is huge and very clean. Bathroom also is huge and was very clean. The only down fall no microwave but nice size fridge. Will definitely stay again when in town.

When my family and I first came the bathroom had BLACK MOLD on the ceiling, the bathroom door doesn’t close completely and the toilet seat isn’t even connected to the toilet itself. The room itself was decent, if I decided to ignore the piece of weave we found behind one of the beds. There’s no microwave in the room and you have to walk to the vending machine area to use a single, communal microwave, where I’ve also seen roaches, the refrigerator was disgusting and so was the freezer. The front desk staff ALWAYS have an attitude and are quite rude. The only thing that made my stay bearable were the other staff who did their best to fix anything that needed to be done.

Friendly staff quite hotel maid service isnt overbearing or loud so rest comes easy

No stars. NO ROOM SERVICE. 6/6-6/9 Different manager each day said it would be done. At checkout, manager lied to me that he went to room. Room never touched. Just the facts.

I paid $91 to get bed bug bites on my entire body including my face! There were bugs all over and when I reported it to the front desk I was told to show him my bites there is no way they didn't know about the infestation horrible experience stay aw

This place is very peaceful. The rooms were clean and everything was in order. When I needed the staff they were always there.

The rooms are really homey and nice... The staff are cool... The only thing I have to complain about is the housekeeping could mop the floors alittle better

Room was not bad! Last resort hotel cause everything was sold put! Little pricey for that hotel but all the hotels were so we had no choice. Clean room and staff was nice though

This has to be The WORSE LOCATION IN TEXAS!! This Location is HORRIBLE!! The Clerk Stayed on his Phone the Whole Time I was Checking in. The Room was FLITHY AND Sheets had Stains on Them When I called The Front Desk he said he was on his was to see it HE NEVER CAME!! I went around asked why he didn’t come he Replied “On No One Came?!” YOU Said you was COMING!! Room was Supposed to be Non Smoking Yet it was FULL OF SMOKE!! Trash was All over the Place Floor. The Doors are in Broken So Don’t even Feel Safe SAD

Rude staff. Filthy room. Broken door on the bathroom which was only partially fixed. No coffee maker. Three pillows for two beds. Witness domestic violence in the parking lot while we were there. Terrible television selection. At least I didn't see any bedbugs, and I haven't started itching yet.
