Had a booking for 4 nights, what a disappointing experience!!! Only stayed for 2 nights, had to find another place to stay. I booked and paid for a self catering unit but there was no kitchen facilities. The unit I had needs a good clean up. One of the basins in the bath room was marked "out of order".

Oh what a lovely place to visit. The place is clean and the service is surpub. I really enjoyed myself with my lovely mothers. I would recommend it for family weekends away. Lovers at heart. Friends outing from all over the shore.

Beautiful place situated in lovely area called Selborne.Staff are wonderful and prices are the un beatable for the area.Rooms are best and large

I am very disappointed with the owner of this BnB. He was arrogant an not willing to resolve our accommodation problem. We were overbooked. He intended to transfer us to his other BnB which was inferior. The rooms had a strong unpleasant smell and rooms were filthy. We refused to stay at this other BnB. He then arranged us an alternative accommodation with another BnB with inferior services than the one offered at Cycad.

Its nice and cozy .but toilet not clean .sheets have stains .there was no microwave in the room .have to go to main kitchen to use microwave

It's ok. Breakfast is the same on a daily basis. Rooms inside are better than outside.
