In the past 5 weeks I have been through the drive through here three times. Each time something is either missing or poorly made. This time however I paid for a double big mac and got a normal one in a Double Big Mac Box.... where is quality control anymore.

Another disappointing visit! Tepid fries. Cold houllimi sticks. Damaged/eaten burger? (Opposite to my bite) in pics. Come on, you can do better.

Given the wrong (cheaper) item, burgers thrown together, the fries were soggy and the food was barely warm. I haven't been to McDonald's for a while but fancied something quick after a late day at work. Not worth the drive back to get the order replaced. I don't expect gourmet food but this was complete dross, I'm sure it used to be better. There is a Tesco Extra next door open until midnight and I'd have been better off cobbling a meal deal together from the leftover sandwiches. Shame.

Food cold. Lots of items did not arrive. (Marked with a X on attached photo) We ordered mcds delivery as a treat for my sons birthday and many items did not arrive. Same happened last time we ordered a few weeks ago, we hoped it was just a one-off, but it happened again today. Last time we did not receive any refund although they said missing items would be refunded back into our Just Eat account. Really bad service. Won’t be ordering from there again.

On cold days, you can drink hot drinks and read books and newspapers. Staff are friendly, service is good, and drink prices are quite affordable for a student. I can say that it is my favorite place to have a nice chat and spend time with a nice atmosphere of friends. Nice place overall. But it could have been a little bigger. Eastborune in England

Just bought couple of burgers and chips which coast me around £20(drive trough) . I found that McDonald's food quality has been lost as well as value for money. Burger was dry and tasteless. Look at that unpleasant lettuce. Never again.

I want to highlight the absolute amazing level of customer service provided by two employees. Joel and Adel… three days before Christmas and the place was packed. Yet Joel and Adel went about their work with a smile, wishing everyone they spoke to a merry Christmas. They cleared tables and swept the floor all the time showing absolute respect to customers. They even cleared away tables. I spoke to both of them and it was an absolute pleasure talking to them. However, tried to give positive verbal feedback to the manager about Joel and Adel. I was told he was too busy to talk to me. Appalling behaviour from a manager. S/he needs to understand his staff are his biggest assets. Without positive motives staff complaints roll in. Joel, Adel… you made my visit to McDonald’s an absolute joy. Keep up the excellent work guys.

Absolutely shambles, never order a delivery from here. Multiple times I’ve ordered and every single time there is an item or items missing it’s a joke.

Ordered food last night. Ticket no 95. No 97 and 96 were called out but not mine. When I decided to investigate my food was just left on thee counter. Got home it was cold. Had upset stomach tiday.

Collection notification on board, waited five minutes, food was cold and medium chips half full, no condiments. Never been disappointed at McDonald's before.

A nice surprise. All of the food was hot, tasty and well prepared. The staff were polite and engaging. The restaurant was clean and had a nice atmosphere. Well done.

How long does it take to make a latte? You put the cup on the tray and press a couple of buttons? So explain to me why it took nearly 15 minutes to make one? There was 4/5 people In store.. and barely anyone driving through. So what are the staff doing? And twice in a row the lattes had no cream or toffee on them. One morning it took just over 15 minutes to make a small breakfast mcmuffin! It's not good enough!! It's small petty things I know.. but when your in a hurry and its supposed to 'fast food'.. make it faster!! Move your hands and feet faster with what ever your paid to do! We have to in our jobs! So why cant you? Atmosphere was great though.. as it was nice and quite.. I could eat my food in peace. Management friendly enough, and crack the whip when they know staff are slacking because there special and dknt have to work..

Good when they get your order right, unfortunately, with drive-through and delivery, you only get everything you order 1 out of 5 times. The number of times we've gotten our food and found something missing is ridiculous! And if you do delivery apparently it's the delivery companies fault!? 😂

Went through the drive-through. Got served really quickly. Staff very polite. Food was hot. No complaints

I ordered a Big Mac meal, a hamburger and a cheeseburger in the early hours of 12th June 2023. A girl turns up with a huge, sealed macdonalds bag and gives it to me. It turns out it is not my order but another one containing a few hamburgers! I ring the Uber delivery driver but her phone keeps going to voicemail. I contact Uber but no reply from them. So I leave the food on the side and have a sandwich instead. I get hold of Uber in the morning who ask me to prove I got the wrong order (see attached the receipt) so I sent them through the evidence including an image of the food which I had taken at about 1.30am. I get messages back thanking me for letting them know but on this occasion they cannot refund me the money! UNBELIEVABLE! They blame Macdonalds! No chance of getting a replacement from Macdonalds as they blame Uber!!

Used to be great, but sometimes you can be waiting for ages at the drive thru. Staff are pretty friendly but like to chin wag with all their mates. Happy environment though

Food was good, was actually hot for once, forgot our bbq sauce though, Used the drive thru 9pm. When we were ordering, the staff member wasnt listening so we had to start again. He (leon) then said P*ss off ,just p*ss off! Whilst my husband was ordering speaking, (it was Towards another member of staff during our order with his Mic on.) It was the most bizarre and rude service we've ever experienced at mcds. He didnt tell us the price, or to drive on. Just radio silence after our order came on screen, Just seemed to disappear so we drove to the window confused, We asked the girl we paid "who just took our order?" and it was Leon and she apologised for him. I'd literally just come out of hospital and was starving and annoyed with the awful service, and asked who it was. Usually i probably would of just ignored it. Anyways food was just McDonald's food we all know its either hot or cold. Ours was hot this time, cold last time ,its always a gamble
