Extremely friendly service but unbelievably busy on a Sunday. We pre booked which was fortunate. The carvery queue was long with many items running out. Service was great, amazing team, so friendly and swift in ordering and bringing out drinks. Managers were very courteous and efficient. I think the kitchen needs more support to help run the delivery orders as well as the in restaurant diners. The team were swamped but despite that they were always helpful and responsive. Best roast potatoes at any Toby's we've had.

Arived on time for our booking, the que to the carvery was so long we decided to order from the kitchen (thinking it would be quicker) an hour later with still no food, I decided go use the toilets... after squeezing past the massive que of people I find most of the toilets either blocked or so dirty I'd rather wee outside. We were there for an hour and 20 minutes total with no food. Feel sorry for the wait staff.

I booked for Christmas lunch and I have to say the whole experience was exceptional. Friendly polite, welcoming greeting from the off. The service was professional, prompt and polite throughout. The food was amazing with plenty to choose from, fresh, hot and tasty and the meat was juicy and very tasty. With the booking being Christmas Day I wasn't expecting much however, I can't fault any part of it and have been raving about it since - Well done to all involved👏 👍

Food was great / fresh and Huge portions. Great atmosphere and people friendly. Nice for family and friends, no problem with parking as many spaces. Also near all shops. Can do other shopping after or before Highly recommend to visit.

We had a lovely and very hot carvery! It was tasty and couldn't find 1 problem! They where short staffed but didn't take anything from our meal! Highly recommend this carvery!

I think our waitress was unobserved, maybe had many tables to serve! She was smiling and pleasant but we waited a long time for service at every stage except the bill! Tip time...sorry not on this occasion

Busy Friday but thay was not a problem as had booked a table. We had a voucher which I have to say was a good job as if I had to pay full amount I would have been even more disappointed. VERY little meat served and poor selection of vegetables a majority of which were bland and dry. Macaroni cheese!!! Seriously. Have been many times to the Toby but this has really out me off and not value for money.

Staff were really lovely today after my car had a flat battery and was stranded with my 8 month old, let me sit in there after on a quiet table to feed her whilst she napped and I awaited a friend to jump start my car. Roast we had previously was lovely. Can confirm the salt shakers work very well (noticed it was a moan from before on a review). Only moan is it smelt a bit like a post office but would assume that was down to the age of the clientele surrounding our table. 🤷🏻‍♀️
