Beautiful scenery, simple and fun walk to the water - good for small kids as well. Can swim in the summer when the water is not too cold.

This place has a beautiful waterfall. Please take into consideration due to the high rain in the winter there is no access to the waterfall itself only through swimming to it.

I will tell you a secret about this place, unknown to the great majority of the people who visited here. I discovered it completely by mistake when I visited here once early in the morning. The Ein Eyov Waterfall is located 50 meters from the Sea of Galilee, it creats a small pool that flow into the sea. Every night, when people leave the area, small fish from the sea swim against the stream into the the small pool to evade predators, and specifically, to escape the CAT FISH. The most interesting thing is that in the morning, the first people who arrive at the waterfall scare the fish back into the sea, where hundreds of catfish are awaiting for them with open jaws. Be the first ones there and you will witness this unique sight! The reason I gave this place three stars is because the access there is problematic - there is no parking, and the place is poorly sustained - there are always too many people and it is always very dirty.

Flow of water has reduced significantly in the last few years. The park is beautiful and the ties to King David makes it special.

Small waterfalls but the location is the beautiful part here in my opinion. There is a parking problem there, everyone parks on the sides of the road, or in the bus parking lot next to the church. You can park there between 12 and 14 when the church is closed and there are no buses parked. The eastern entrance to the church. There are stairs to the beach. There are several shady corners, which are not found in other places we have been to. The water is clear, less clean of garbage and rope. Vacationers arrive there on boats and jet skis. Playing loud music between police visits 😄.

I certainly not recommend to visit this place. Maybe in past it was clean and interesting for some sort of picnic or swimming. But now it's almost ruined by garbage. Some "frames of the better past" you can still find here like that waterfall, but only if you are living here. If you are a tourist and have limited time of visiting - find some more interesting places for swimming. P.S.: By the way, it is prohibited to swim here. And the poster warns you that you have to leave the place before it will be closed... but there is no any time written. Just wasted.

On the other side of the waterfall is a little observation point. It was said that at this place Jesus was talking to its friends andsharing his ideas. If you go up you can not hear him anymore, but you can enjoy an awesome scenary. The waterfall is small, but a great spot to cool down and refresh.

Cool place that we found by accident by following the music and laughs. Sadly there are glass and trash so wear water shoes

The place is not easy to get to, pay attention to where you park your car, then the way down is not that easy, nor structured enough to make the access to the water easy. You better go there with water shows to keep healthy and safety on the place.

Dear Lord, Yeshua, Blessed Virgin Mary of Immaculate Conception...EIN EYOV WATERFALL, Tabgha, Israel. February 9, 2023 Justin's 25th birthday Upon this site where Holiness Dwells is ever present...I am the first woman to stake a claim in victory in the Ein Eyov Waterfall. I claim this site, all of its positive energies for me and my son: Justin Anthony and Angela. We praise you (ever thankful) as our Sweet and Loving Lord. Lord, we ask that with all your might you bless Justin, Angela and me Blessed Virgin Mary of Immaculate Conception to ask for our blessings, gifts, graces, miracles there are to ask for, on this day, I ask for me and on behalf Justin and we claim our blessings, gifts, graces and miracles as energy. We ask on this sacred place of the Ein Eyov Waterfall: where miraculous events occured. I ask for all of my son’s and my special blessings, gifts, graces and miracles fertile in a treasure of abundance and we claim it as ours. (August 10, 2021) keep us safe and protected during these harsh and uncertain times in America. Divine health through this CoVid19 (and all variants) pandemic and divine health through all Earthly illnesses. We ask for continuous manifestations of financial and material prosperity and affluence. We ask the bounty of food on our table, a sacred shelter and a roof over our heads. We ask for divine and angelic protection from all evil entities, domains, influences and addictions. I and Justin ask for all angelic protection, on all levels, from anything not of God's love and his light from ever encountering in us and our lives. We rebuke Satan and all facets of his darkness upon our lives with faith. We break all generational curses. I ask that my family, my descendants, continuously dwell in the shelter of the Most High and find abundance in this claim forever more. We now rest in the shadow of the Almighty Lord. Lord, command your angels to guard us in all ways on every level. We boldly ask and claim what is rightfully ours as offered by you, to my son, Justin and me, his Mother. I ask this in faith: Lot #25 Tehema, as an example. We honor you and your Heaven with great respect, joy and love. Please bring my son back into the church so he spends Eternity with you in Heaven. And when the tribulation occurs please take all my family up every one of them. In the meantime, please see that we are worthy to be taken into in to Heaven on that day and not left behind. I ask you bring my son a lucrative career he finds fulfilling in his life. Hired by CBTS Fire Department supernaturally. You have brought my son his best friend, his soul mate in his intended wife: Angela. We ask that my son be given exceptional children that are healthy, intelligent, good in heart and mind, loving, happy, stable, wise and spiritual leaders with exceptional blessings, gifts, graced and miracles of Yeshua, Our Lord, Blessed Virgin Mary of Immaculate Conception and the Holy Spirit. I ask that his family be mightily blessed by you every single second, for the rest of their lives on this Earth. I ask, for myself, to meet a good Christian man: to be my best friend, my soul mate and my husband. Thank you for all you have done for me and my son, Heavenly Father. I ask you fill Justin and me with the Holy Spirit and great wisdom, happiness, joy, love. I appreciate all you do for me and my son with every fiber of my being and I say this with gratitude and praise. I ask that me and Justin are each day blessed by the Blessed Virgin Mary of Immaculate Conception, I ask that you bless all that come here in petition to you, as I have done here today. I ask you bless each of their prayers, also....Amen. Thank you, <3 Angela Gomez...Daughter of a King

Small, artificial waterfall which ends inside the lake. Worth seeing only if you’re already in the area. It’s cute, but for me as an Austrian it’s not really a waterfall :) Stairs lead you to the place. Depending on the water level, swimming might be required to see the waterfall. The place was quite busy, with many boats.

It's a beautiful place, but there is no parking, and it looks like there is no one responsible for the maintenance.

Nice quiet beach at the lake. Its better to visit on weekdays when its not packed. Keep the beach clean and collect your garbage.

You can't really see the waterfall, unless you're in the water. People there put loud music which won't make you feel relaxed.

Nice beach spot, with added bonus of a small (artificial) waterfall. No entrance fee, often no parking.

You've got to park on the side of the street and hike down. The place is littered unfortunately, please help clean up and then everyone can continue to enjoy this beautiful spot

Nice location. Free roadside parking nearby. The problem is that a lot of people come here even by boats and jet akies so the place has a lot of loud music

Went there on Saturday, a lot of people and a lot of boats with very load music, really ruined the nature vibes that should be there... Shame it's like this :(

  • 3/5 ilan k. 1 year ago on Google
The place is not maintained, filth in the area, despite signs of the Society for the Protection of Nature. Reckless people who usually come by sea with noisy boats with loud music. The waterfall itself is visible only from the water to the bathers. In other conditions this place is peaceful and pleasant for bathing.
