We had an amazing stay : very nice people, always want to help, the location is perfect, area is safe. Rooms are clean. I highly recommend to stay at this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay in Istanbul. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the receptionist Mohammed was very courteous and professional. He helped me with everything I needed and made me feel welcome. The hotel also offered good value for money, considering the quality of the service and the location. It was close to many attractions and public transport, making it easy to explore the city. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Istanbul.

My friend and I stayed at the Balpetek Hotel in September for one night, and wished we'd stayed here for longer. The check-in was seamless and the manager was extremely helpful. The room was clean, spacious, nice comfortable beds, and lovely bathroom and shower. The location is ideal for the Bazaar and surrounding attractions, literally 5 mins walk away, and even though it is centrally located there was no noise at all during the night. There is a supermarket 2 mins walk away which has everything you need. Lastly, when I was checking out I needed to get a taxi to the other side of the city but the traffic was delaying my driver, so the manager kindly offered to talk to the driver to give directions to a street nearby as I did not speak the language, and even walked me to the pick-up point and carried my bag. Its this extra service that really makes a difference. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul and would definitely return. Thank you!

The best place where you can stay. Near to the main famous buildings (Blue mosque, haghia Sofia, Grand Bazaar. The public transport is just 3 min walk and conect the main points (ferry, Galata Tower,..). The place is clean and have a great staff (Nice, polite,...)

Very nice and friendly people, good value hotel, easy to reach all the touristy places by foot. We received good tips from the staff on where to go / what to avoid. For cabs we used Uber and we booked trips ourselves .

Very nice! I like the location - all the sightseeing are close. Very quiet in my room - windows are not on the road. Hotel manager met me from taxi - we were stuck in a traffic jam. Everything is clean. Air-conditioning works. Nice and new interior.

Pros: Location and receptionists. Walking distance to both Sultanahmet Square and Grand Bazaar. Two receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Cons: Bit tricky facilities. Inward opening door made bathroom unhandy. Toilet bowl was too high for short person.

I booked for three days via whatsapp (recorded) and after I paid the price they asked for, they requested me to checkout at my second day claiming that I only paid for two days. However, everything is recorded on Whatsapp. Very bad experience and manipulators. Do not go there!
