Visited Hotel Sylvia post lockdown. Hand Sanitizers were in place. The Executive rooms are very spacious. Hotel staff are polite. The room was very tidy, including the general surroundings. The shower was the highpoint for me, the right mix of hot/cold water. The hotel has a very large packing space, this will favor people who want to host events at the any of the event halls in the hotel. Overall, my stay was good but the food is very poor.

Nothing changed yet. The hotel has a good location but not to great as its look from outside. It should be one of the best hotels in Enugu if improved upon

The hotel is just off the Enugu - Portharcourt express way and is easy to locate using Google Maps. Has ample, well - organised parking space. The staff are courteous and very professional except for one bald - headed, quarrelsome, quick to anger man who I think is one of the managers. The rooms are very spacious, well furnished and clean. Towels and toiletries are replaced daily. I would have given them a 5 star rating but for the food. It was way below standard for the price. Very underwhelming. No gym or swimming pool on site too which was a bit of a let down. Update: I ordered for Noodles one evening and called back after more than hour after it didn't show up to find out the cause of the delay. Only to be told by the lady who took my order earlier that she "forgot" about it. This further reinforces my earlier impression of their kitchen/food department.

My rating is the location and the facility too, it's a nice place looking at it but I haven't reserved a room there yet.... Go check it out guys

From what I witnessed so far, it's good... Tidy, comfortable, value worth of your fees. Also it's well positioned, easily locatable and accessible. Won't give 5 ⭐ cos I didn't access all their services.

I only visited the reception. I didn't lodge because they didn't have a pool and my friend wanted a pool. I'm rating 4 stars for the ambience. Looked really cool, peaceful and nice.

It's situated in a quiet place. It has spacious rooms and large hall for events, and my favorite thing is their parking lot, it's really big. You won't have to worry about where to park your vehicle or the safety of your vehicle.
