Bad service ..the room equipment is very poor .. it does not contain towels until we ask for it.. the bathroom is overflowing ..the television does not work .. ..if you need another key they will not give you one..not worth one star..in the first night i call the serves room 4 times

The whole building smells like oil. The bathroom is derty and has only one towel for a three guests room. The pool and the gym are the -1 level where it feels like you're in jail, gym equipment rusty, and they haven't been touched forever. Breakfast is a mess and empty trays that you have to ask them to add more.

One of the worest hotel experiences I have ever had in my whole life. Dirty rooms with very poor service. The bathroom is literally disgusting.

Reception and service are very good. The employees are kind and courteous. If you are looking for a peaceful hotel in Erbil, Luna Hotel is exactly the place you are looking for .. Thank you respectfully to Luna staff.

For a four stars hotel, its a great hotel. The service is great and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is great, the city center, and it's near to the historic citadel of Erbil and near to Enkawa city which is famous for it's Christians majority, mini public restaurants and the US consulate. Compared to other hotels, the prices of this one is much more acceptable. The breakfast meals are delicious. The amenities of the hotel and the sauna are amazing. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, nice open reception area with sofas and two TV's, a beautiful little bird singing away, complimentary tea and coffee and comfortable modern rooms. The restaurant and spa area are pretty ordinary.

Worst stay ever, no shower door, no towels and nothing works. better to sleep in your car our mistake for staying 1 night

very bad service, the night shift employees are very stupid! they gave me a really bad time to iron my shirt (never did), and you can see the bad view through the window.

it is really bad Hotel , literally there is nothing good, everything is broken poor cleaning and there is no food enough and nothing else the electricity is always off no one cares what u do and the spa is broken the rooms are not clean enough for living i stayed their 2 weeks and no one could help you in anything!!!
