Good staff, nice open buffet breakfast, but one of the weirdest thing in this hotel is the swimming pool it's too small and they told you that you should buy new short and head cap then you can use the pool 🤔. Good prices , but not in season.

Horrible place Zero customer service my room was smelling like an ashtray power went off twice in the first hour the price for my room was $80 they charged me $95 what a joke

Humble hotel, high prices compared to its quality, service crew was kindly, rooms was clean and comfy, bathroom with no hot water and when we asked them they said (we have hot water 24 hour!!) generally they have to change their policy so guests can feel more comfortable to book again.

Nice hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff and a good location. Water, Coffee and tea are served for free for hotel residents. Prices may go up in couple of occasions during the year.

On my last visit , I didn’t like the night shift reception girl way in dealing with customers. Hotel management need to select better staff especially the ones that are in direct connection with customers.

Bathrooms are small, water closet not spaced well. Breakfast amazing

They have free coffee 24/7 so for a caffeine junkie it perfect for me But the beds are kinda tough and I don't trust that they are a 100 clean

a hotel that gives you the best hospitality experience. staff are nice, polite and helpful. rooms are clean and nice. prices are within the normal range for erbil hotel. food is nice and delicious with a wide variety of dishes from both western and eastern kitchens. more over the food and restaurant tools are clean. the place is calm, quite and relaxing whilst close to city center

Amazing hospitality throughout our stay. Staff was extremely accommodating. The rooms were clean and updated with central air conditioning. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you Simone and Ali for all you did for my father and I!

It's only 4 stars numbers but not service, not good furniture, lightning, bad path rooms, not good view, leaking from taps and AC of other rooms in your room path room, only cleaners are nice, but reception and other staff are not adequate. And prices high comparing to Services. Didn't like it.

One of the best hotels you can get for the value.. Clean, neat rooms, good wifi, large lobby with free drinks and hookah! Very well located.. recommended for this price range ( 60$ a night)
