I had the worst check-in experience with front desk employee, who also stated that he is the hotel manager. Airport pick-up was an additional service my employer requested for me, driver was not available on-time so I took Airport-Taxi. upon arrival I informed the front desk employee about what happened but he insisted that hotel driver was there, still there and I'm the one who caused the problem because I didn't see him! then, he decided to change his mind and informed me that my plan arrived 30 minutes ahead of time and its not there problem! I asked him to stop arguing, check me in and close the subject but he continued non-stoppable. When I said this is the worst check-inn experience he answered, ((likewise !!!!!!!!!!)). I asked to see the hotel manager, he said I'm the hotel Manager!!!!!. I asked for hotel owner contact info, he said he is not available and wont call me back!!!!!. I don't usually give low rank while still staying in the hotel, but I couldn't let it go.

Everything was great except one thing, room lights were very dim I don’t know if all the rooms are like that or just the one I stayed at.

Clean calm good services. But to many rules not usually in hotels and not posted in there site or in a poster in the room

Its an OK hotel ... The rooms was not that clean ... And you can see the toilets are getting old and the corners are not that clean ... I didn't like the wall papera they placed in the room as it made the rooms look smaller and also the colour they selected will help to hide and stains ...

It's annoying, they don't have any respect to privacy, i took my guests there and they were shocked for the bad experience, room service enters the room without permission eventhough the DND was on. I won't recommend it to anyone, in addition, the front view rooms are so noisy because of the road that you won't be able to sleep

Clean rooms. Quiet hotel The staff are very friendly and polite Breakfast is delicious with too many options and kinds. Everything you need is there even new hair comb and toothbrush

Very clean and quiet hotel. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options. But, the rooms were very hot in winter, and we couldn't open the windows.

The hotel is located in the city center.The rooms are clean and well maintained,staff is friendly. The picture I added is from the restaurant. It has a panoramic view.I found the beakfast insufficient
