I
had
the
worst
check-in
experience
with
front
desk
employee,
who
also
stated
that
he
is
the
hotel
manager.
Airport
pick-up
was
an
additional
service
my
employer
requested
for
me,
driver
was
not
available
on-time
so
I
took
Airport-Taxi.
upon
arrival
I
informed
the
front
desk
employee
about
what
happened
but
he
insisted
that
hotel
driver
was
there,
still
there
and
I'm
the
one
who
caused
the
problem
because
I
didn't
see
him!
then,
he
decided
to
change
his
mind
and
informed
me
that
my
plan
arrived
30
minutes
ahead
of
time
and
its
not
there
problem!
I
asked
him
to
stop
arguing,
check
me
in
and
close
the
subject
but
he
continued
non-stoppable.
When
I
said
this
is
the
worst
check-inn
experience
he
answered,
((likewise
!!!!!!!!!!)).
I
asked
to
see
the
hotel
manager,
he
said
I'm
the
hotel
Manager!!!!!.
I
asked
for
hotel
owner
contact
info,
he
said
he
is
not
available
and
wont
call
me
back!!!!!.
I
don't
usually
give
low
rank
while
still
staying
in
the
hotel,
but
I
couldn't
let
it
go.
