There are many good points about the hotel. The staff is wonderful, very respectful, responsive, and helpful. I called them for couple of stuff late night and they were just so responsive and helpful. The service was also great. The price was amazingly cheap. I gave 4 stars because there are things they shall amend, like hotel rooms are old and carpets are stinky. Also when I arrived there were no towels or necessities in room or bathroom other than that it was great.

Amazing pet friendly hotel and the best price in Erbil. We stayed with 3 dogs for 4 nights and the staff were wonderful, they tended to our every need and didn't blink at the idea of us having dogs stay with us. The breakfast was always satisfying and prepared us for our day ahead. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Erbil, thank you so much for your hospitality.

Compared to the price this hotel is a good choice. That location of the hotel is good it's close to the bus stop. it is very close to the water park of Erbil. The room and the bath were clean. You can take three and water in the cafe in the lobby up to a.m. The only negative point that I got personally was that the refrigerator was not fridging well.

The hotel location is very good but they need to improve the rooms cleanness and make some fixing and improvements to the bathrooms. The breakfast is some how poor. All in all, it's good for the price they take .

Great place for staying in . Highly recommended for several days in Erbil. The staff are very kind and the prices are so appropriate. Free breakfast everyday. Clean rooms that provide most wanted needs. I would come here again absoloutly!

My experience in Sinaia hotel was good, i stayed 1 night but i had a problem at the beggining and the staff resolved It, they were very polite and kind. The room was confortable, breakfast is. Included and there some local restaurants and shops in the street where you can eat local food. Honestly, the best point was the team of the hotel, Thanks!
