One year update: since my review last year, I’m happy to say a lot has improved in terms of the Hotel’s interior feature, but first I’d like to reiterate what was already quite good: The Hotel’s location is ideal: most taxi fares from here are fairly cheap, and you’ve got BRZ (A well-stocked hyper market) and Family Mall just minutes away by foot. Parking is rarely an issue, due to the hotel being on the corner of a street, and internet is much faster than most establishments. However, this year, a lot of improvement has come, including the rooms- beds are much better and carpets have been changed in lots of rooms, and the cleaning crew are much more diligent- as well as the breakfast. Last year, it was one of the few departments the hotel lacked in, so it was a pleasant surprise to see the big improvements that were made. Most of the staff are very pleasant, especially the Night Managers, who were always smiley and very flexible. The Day Manager was less so, and even a little hostile towards the end of our stay. But overall, a much more pleasant stay than last year’s. Thank you, Lilac. Definitely coming back next time.

The receptions was rude and didn't listen carefully to the guest needs . The rooms is pricy and doesn't worth what they charged . The rooms looked very old and smelly . Not clean . Worst experience ever .

there was no towels even when i asked for it they told me all of the towels are in the laundry what kind of hotel is that ????

I would rather to sit in a cheap hotel than this , terrible air condition , dirty room , beds , there was no breakfast fast at 8am !!! And on the top of that the room is 60$ a night and you get nothing , the water is to powerful it can hurt you , the telephone isn't working , that is my experience in two days of this hotel and I'm not repeating it !

The hotel is clean and fancy ... But the services are unfortunately very bad ... No towels and no beverages in the refrigerator ... Water at least could be fine

Wounderful. Clean, quite and brilliant location. The people here are so polit and on the top of the subject. Next door is a huge hypermarket with everything you want. A giant mall with a lot of kids entertainments is 1km away. All that for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.
