My
flight
back
to
Spain
was
cancelled
and
I
found
myself
in
this
hotel
in
Erding,
not
far
from
Munich
airport.
The
lady
managing
(and
owner,
I
believe)
the
hotel
was
very
nice
and
helpful.
But
that
was
6
weeks
ago,
and
neither
the
hotel
nor
Booking
(which
was
used
for
the
reservation)
are
able
to
provide
me
with
an
invoice,
which
I
actually
need.
This
is
poor
service
and
spoiling
a
nice
stay.
PS:
by
the
way,
if
anyone
in
Erding
reads
this
review
and
is
kind
enough
to
go
to
the
Hotel/Trattoria
and
ask
them
to
answer
their
emails
and
issue
invoices
as
requested
by
their
guests,
that
would
be
very
much
appreciated.
