As a frequent traveler, I have stayed in numerous hotels, but this one truly stood out in terms of its exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and overall hospitality. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff, who made the check-in process smooth and efficient. They were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. The lobby was beautifully designed and had a cozy ambiance, setting the tone for a delightful stay. The room I stayed in was spotless, well-appointed, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing me with a restful night's sleep after a long day of travel. This is a very well-maintained and clean hotel. The check-in and checkout process were super fast. The rooms were nicely appointed, and the lobby was very nice well. We did not eat the breakfast because of a time crunch, but we passed by, and it looked quite good. I would stay at this hotel again.

Staff was top notch from beginning to end. Stay at both properties on site. Conveniently near several national food/shopping chains. Breakfast was as expected.

Not sure what goof ball decided that you shouldn't be able to run the fan all night in the hotel room but that is VERY important. Penny smart , pound foolish. You can do hot , cold and fan speed but not perpetual fan. With how much noise is ALWAYS in hotels , you MUST be able to use the perpetual fan life hack.

Had sweet experience here, so close to where we were meeting at a church conference. Great breakfast with hot food & good coffee!!!

Very clean! Good sized room and bathroom. Comfy bed and pillow. Up to standards with the Marriott brand.

I had a reservation but had to check in after midnight. I was greeted at the front desk with an exceptionally warm welcome by Ms Margueriete and her good energy. She made my check in smooth and quick and wished me a good nights rest. The lobby is spacious, my room was tidy and clean. They have indoor pool and a well equipped fitness room which were both clean as well. I didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast but I bet it’s good lol. Then upon check out I was greeted with more good energy by Ms Chelsie. I asked her for the lady’s name from my check in, come to find out it was her mom lol She get it from her momma! Lol Employees like these ladies make you happy with choosing this hotel to stay.

Chelesie was a beautiful hostess who worked lots of hours. When I got there, she greeted me with a warm smile. Kids LOVED the clean room, free breakfast and big bed!! Walk in shower was PHENOMENAL.....BTW. Only hiccup was that we stayed 2 nights, didn't get a room clean, or towel replenish. But it's the only hotel in Kentucky I will visit. Hypoallergenic sheets sell me all day long!

The hotel is nice and so is the location. My stay was fine but at check out i was accused of smoking in the room when i did not. Their evidence was they saw tobacco in the trash can. Said ill be charged 250 for it. I was washing clothes at the time and they said they deactivated my key and i would not be able to get them until i paid. This is some BS.

Nice, new hotel. This place looks great. The room and bath were very clean. Plenty of hot water. The towels are nice and big. The check-in clerk was friendly and efficient. The breakfast is more than adequate. Housekeeping staff was very accommodating and helpful. All around - very nice.

My family travels frequently. The staff at this property was the friendliest, most accommodating staff I've had the pleasure of staying with. The property was clean and beautifully decorated. Perfect location from a safety standpoint. If we ever find ourselves in Louisville again, we will stay here!

The hotel and room appeared clean. The room smelled lovely and the king sized bed was comfortable. The staff was all very pleasant and helpful. The parking was easy and plentiful. The area around the hotel had a lot of things like food and shopping and felt safe. Just 20 minutes to downtown. The only thing negative I can say is there wasn't so much as coffee by 8 am when I came down for breakfast. However the most important things were perfect.

It was a good hotel. The rooms had crumbs in them but not too many. The bathrooms were clean. The front desk was very friendly and was quick to respond to requests. The lobby was very well kept too.

This turned out to be a solid budget hotel. Many of the Fairfields have been nicely remodeled and this is one of them. The room was great. From the bed to the shower, the only thing I would change is the pillows. They went flat on minutes. Also I do appreciate a continental breakfast and most of it was ok. But the waffles definitely tasted like they were weeks old. I was there for 3 days and they were bad everyday. But the bagels, eggs and sausage were good.

Great hotel for a last minute stop on a trip to Chicago. The only issue we had was someone on the other side of our joint room door watching a movie loud. Otherwise, it’s very clean and updated.

This is a very good place to stay. Breakfast was excellent. It's conveniently located near my neices home. I enjoyed my stay. Theirs lots of restaurant and shopping 🛍 nearby.

Been staying here for work the past few weeks, although none of my other coworkers received calls.. I did, questioning why my belongings were still in the room as they literally gave my room to someone else at 3pm in the evening. Proclaiming they were sold out for the rest of the week even though when I called they said they wasn’t and had plenty left. Very odd. Now I’m separated from my team and have to be picked up 30 minutes away for work every morning. Also, for some odd reason they started charging my coworkers and myself $20 per day via personal debit card but couldn’t explain why the sudden change to us but nobody else being charged which seems like fraud to me. As far as everything else wise, this place is extremely clean and really quiet. Super nice. And that’s why I gave 1 star.

Great.hotel.. rooms were nice, staff were nice and it was a great experience for me and my family.. Its very hard to find a hotel with a nice bed and a wonderful shower with hot water and trust me you won't be disappointed. There was a group of baseball players which you think would be loud and stuff but we didn't hear a sound and slept like a baby.
