If I could give negative stars I would. Let me start by saying the ladies at the front desk were super helpful and very accommodating. What I continue to complain about is not their fault. My boyfriend and I splurged for a room at the Omni for my birthday … but ended up getting a Motel experience. The only thing I wanted for my birthday was a bathtub, of which the Omni had in one of their gorgeous deluxe rooms. Our check started out not great: we got here at 3pm (when check in started) to be told our room wasn’t clean or ready yet. I should have known something was off already, but then we got in our new room and realized the cheap sliding bathroom door was already broken … but we let that slide. Before we went out for dinner we checked in with the bowling alley/bar they have, of which the bartender told us they would be open til midnight. When we came back after dinner, we not only found out that the bowling alley/bar closed at 10pm, but also WATER in the WHOLE hotel would be cut off at 10pm as well. I called down to the front desk to ask what would happen if we needed to go #2, to which they replied “engineering could bring up water to add to the toilet”. Engineering did in fact bring up a 5 gallon bucket of water ………….. am I also supposed to wash my face with this?? In a luxury hotel?? When the water finally turned back on, it like 100 years of black chipped paint flew through the pipes. Please see picture as reference.

This was my first stay at this hotel and it will not be my last! It truly is a beautiful hotel! It even smells good when you walk in the door! Raven at the front desk was friendly and caring and my room was fabulous! •Beautiful •Great location (near 4th street live •Smells good •Great staff •Clean and beautiful rooms = Deserving of 5 star review. Attached 2 pictures of my view going to sleep and my view waking up during my stay.... as I said already... FABULOUS! Thank You.

Valet parking is expensive, and charged per day, whether you summon for your car or not. Otherwise the hotel is extremely nice and clean. The more basic rooms with a King size bed was spacious and quiet, I never heard any neighbors (if anyone was around us).

We've been on a week and a half distillery road trip and this was my favorite hotel stay of the duration! When we checked in, our room was not the type we paid for, and the front desk immediately upgraded us without hesitation. The bars had great drinks, cozy atmosphere, and the food selection in the market was awesome! We loved our room, too. it was clean and very nicely decorated. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Super busy the night that we stayed. Most of the staff were super friendly. The room was very nice, only the 7th floor, but the view is pretty good. Coffee shop was awesome. Pin + proof was cool, went twice.. the first time was quiet but received great service,. The second time was excessively loud and didn't stay. Reason for reduction of one star was standing at the bar, at the Library, and kept getting skipped over for service... Stood for 20 minutes then walked away.

Beautiful with lots to do! The rooftop pool is really nice. There was never a bar tender there when we were there but maybe it’s because it was already getting cold? We just brought our own drinks up. Otherwise the amenities and guest services were spot on. Super helpful bell staff in particular. Everything you want or need is here. You could easily never leave the building! But it’s also located right at the heart of tons of things to do. Will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel location. The hotelier FHAs clean and well maintained rooms. Exceptional food and drink throughout the first floor including a cool speak easy. Didn’t have any issues but the customer service was second to none. Valet is great as well.

I was not given the room type (king bed) that I asked for despite booking months ahead of time. (I was told that this was not guaranteed). They "upgraded" me to the top floor to make up for this but the room was gross and I was told there was really no other option. The furniture was dusty. There were old items behind furniture from previous guests (including what looked like pills or medication of some sort). There were dead insects and what looked like toenail clippings within the sheets of one of the beds. Overall this was a poor experience and I will not return.

This place sucks. I never write reviews, and I would never pay for a room this expensive except that my wifes employer was covering the bill, but I assumed it would be really nice considering it costs 3-5 times as much as other hotels in the immediate area. The lobby is gorgeous but the rooms are nothing special. Then they charge you $37 for valet parking and the only other option is an unconnected garage several blocks away, no free breakfast, no free wifi without signing up for their extremely confusing rewards program. It feels like they put all the money into the lobby but otherwise there is nothing luxurious about this hotel in fact you'll be paying more for basic stuff like parking and wifi.

This is a gorgeous hotel! I attended for a business conference. The lobby is stunning, the conference rooms are typical (including being too chilly), and the guest rooms are surprisingly well maintained. The conference food was above average. I enjoyed the well-equipped gym each morning, as well as plenty of good restaurants and the nearby foot bridge across the river. Lovely art in the hotel and surrounding streets. Would recommend!

The Omni Louisville Hotel is beautiful, but while you are there, if you don’t book a spa appointment, you have missed an amazing experience. Everything about this spa is relaxing and lovely! I went one day and received a signature facial. Right after that I went and made me two more appointments, another one for the 50 minute Himalayan salt stone massage for that week! I love it here and I’m sure you will too! Book your spa experience early so you don’t miss out! Enjoy!

Update: The Omni Hotel is a beautiful experience. This ability to be able to go to the Market, two restaurant's, and a beautiful restaurant are great. This place is not for those who want too get a hotel room and stay in, I would not recommend it. The room is a little underwhelming, with no microwave available in the deluxe room, a bourbon bar that is not accessible and only two towels unless more are requested. This is not to say that the Facility is not worth a visit though. If you are able and willing to spend more, you will get more. The market has beautifully crafted breakfasts, a small coffee shop, and a place to purchase essentials. The library is a good place to relax and work, and both restaurants, while a little on the pricey side, are absolutely amazing. The atmosphere is also a beautiful thing to be apart of. You are treated very well by all staff members all the way from the valet to the bar tender within the library. I would definitely recommend this place for those seeking a wonderful experience. I would not however recommend this place to those who are looking for a getaway on a budget. It is in no way budget friendly.

Too pricey, not family friendly, parking weird, stay just ok, not overly hospitable-maintenance man very warm though, building is beautiful, artwork nice, bowling is 65-125 for up to an hour, crazy! Could offer complimentary something with price -free bottled water cookie, happy hour snack something . No microwave in room. Parking weird, have to walk outside unless do $37 valet.

Nice hotel but avoid the 14th floor at all costs. The elevator machinery can be heard through the entire floor, near and far. Other floors mentioned not hearing anything, even with close proximity. Staff is average in service, my wife and I were stuck with two queen beds. We requested a move to a king room and understandably the hotel was full but staff never followed up as promised and we eventually had to get an answer in person.

Visited for a work trip. I was blown away by the aesthetic and design of the hotel. Not only was it beautiful, but the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It was a great combination of having a space we needed for work, but also feeling like we were able to get away. Highly recommend!

I did not stay in the hotel. I attended an event there. But the hotel is beautiful. The food was great. The event I attend was for their employees and just by that event I can tell that they really love to show appreciation for their employees. *I don't work there I was the guest of someone who does.

We had an excellent day. We were at the Omni for a convention. We had a problem with our shower and low water pressure. I let the front desk know and within an hour it was all fixed and they gave us two free drinks for our inconvenience. The food at the convention was amazing. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint is personal. They don't have any brandy or any Canadian whiskey so if you're from Wisconsin your Sol

Beautiful hotel located less than ten minutes from the airport. Stayed there to keynote a conference, check-in was easy, room was fine, no complaints. Shower had no hot water one of the days, but no biggie, I actually take cold showers all the time do it was fine, and when I told the front desk, they got on it immediately. Would stay again, definitely.

It was very tranquil, and the staff members were polite. I was able to sit, read, relax, and enjoy a glass of wine on a comfy chair after my massage. The sauna and shower areas were nice as well. It was an upscale spa experience, for sure. However, given the price, I'd not likely become a frequent customer.

Our shower was dirty. As we took showers that blue product disappeared. The coffee maker didn’t work. They stated they would bring a new up on the morning and they didn’t. The table between the bed had outlets both side, but only one worked, so I had to plug my CPAP behind bed. That is when I discover the uncover outlet’s. I would imagine that’s a fire hazard. I expect much high quality of care for the basic in this facility. They are also not much option for gluten free products.

Very nice hotel. Very clean and the staff are great. The single valet who can drive a manual was really great. I'm sure he was ready for me to go home, but that man deserves a raise. They have several stores, eateries and the like, but since it all closes so early I can't comment on any of it. Can't really fault them, since everything for several blocks in every direction closed at a silly early time. I'm sure it's good. And rather pricey, but you get what you pay for. Recommend.

This was the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. We were celebrating a milestone anniversary, and truly felt spoiled by the staff at every turn. Everyone went well out of their way to make us feel like royalty. Additionally, the hotel itself is stunning, and the amenities make it so you never need to leave to find everything you need and more. The food and beverages around the complex are wonderful, as is the rooftop pool and hot tub. We are already trying to figure out when we can go back!

Despite the hotel itself being great and the facilities beautiful, I had requested a quiet room, but was given a room located close to the road, despite being on a high floor. Additionally, during check-out, when we kindly requested an extension of one hour, the staff was not accommodating. When we asked for an extra half hour, we were informed that the check-out time was strict at 11am. I have stayed at many 4-5 star hotels, and they have all been accommodating and willing to extend our stay by a little bit. I am very upset that the staff was unwilling to help customers when we just needed a little bit more time to pack up.

The location cannot be beat and that is really what you are paying for. The rooms were clean and functional but nothing special and the suite next door had loud parties until 2AM or later every night we were there which really sucked when I had to be up early to attend a conference the next morning. I do highly recommend signing up for their rewards program; its free and the perks like free wifi and drink tickets are well worth the occasional marketing email. One thing to be wary of is their elevator doors are actively scary. I was here for a conference at the hotel and used them quite a bit - the doors will try and shut on you if you are not careful. It happened to me multiple times and others at the conference complained about it too.

Super friendly staff. Very clean. Surrounded by good food. I loved the bakery downstairs. I recommend picking up some macaroons, if you want to take a gift back home. The con huevos restaurant for breakfast is a must try. Over all it was clean and quiet i have stayed at various hotels around the area. This is the cleanest so far. Great for a solo trip, a family trip, romantic or a Spa get away.

This hotel pays attention to detail. Clean, positive staff, breakfast room service fabulous, close to Brown Palace venue 3 blocks, Spa is opulent look up Loretta in spa. Her enthusiasm is a highlight for both Omni support and hotel guests comforts and understanding of gym, spa and pool facilities valet parking well oiled in drop off and pickup. It's also gorgeous in its contemporary decor. The vibrant is really good. I travel often. I give it a 10. A perfect 10. I'll be back. The horse 🐎 lady will be back!

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your room. They compare countless booking web sites and typically will have prices much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This place is one of the highest rated in this area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you choose this place you for sure won't be disappointed. This was was one of best hotels I stayed in. It was very clean and the staff was 5 star. From the time we pulled in for valet parking, to the front desk, to the bar was excellent. We wanted to visit the adult beverage store but it was closed, The gentleman in the customer service area that worked the cash register close to Heine Brothers opened up for us just to see what you had. Top notch customer service from the entire staff! Most definitely one of my top pick hotels in Louisville.

Stayed for a conference. Cons: Booked a king room, they oversold by HUNDREDS and ended up with a double queen. No price adjustment, no beverage credit, nothing, just take it or leave it. Valet: The can't keep track of when things are ending, waited a LONG time for car to get back. Paying $40/night service should be better. Pros: plenty of meeting space, dining and bars are bountiful.

Beds have body shapes wore in them and pillows are terrible. Not comfortable at all. The homeless people harass you when you wait for valet and harass you while you are eating in the market side. No security keeping them out. Had a homeless person chase me down in the lobby wanting money. You really should have security keeping your guests safe. I didn’t feel comfortable wearing my wedding ring or carrying a purse. Valet just watches them harass you, guess it’s not their job to prevent it.

The hotel was beautiful, and the staff and service were above and beyond. The rooftop space is a huge plus with a bar (food and drinks), pool, hot tub, fire pit, lounge areas and twinkly lights. We also were able to walk down to Whisky Row from the hotel the first night and the 2nd night we stayed at the hotel and had dinner and drinks which was great. The burgers at the Neighborhood Services were amazing. The Falls City Market is the cutest place, and you can get good breakfast sandwiches, desserts and lattes. I will definitely go back for vacation when I'm not busy with a conference.

We stayed here for our wedding weekend (got married offsite close by) and it was absolutely perfect. The service was phenomenal - and it’s so helpful there is parking on site as well. There is something for everyone here - want steak? Go to Bobs. Want a massage? Go to the spa. Want to shop? Pick up a unique Kentucky gift in the boutique that carries unique, local items. And it’s absolutely stunning inside. Clean, sophisticated, glamorous, but not flashy. A truly wonderful hotel; without a doubt the best in the entire city of Louisville.

Hotel facilities deserve a 5! Only giving a 3 because when I called front desk wouldn’t accommodate champagne in the room for our special occasion even though we were obviously going to pay for the cost of it. They also gave a little attitude when I asked for housekeeping to come to the room. That said, Kerry at the front desk was amazing and the bar and restaurant facilities are top notch!

Great experience at Omni Louisville. My first time being back in the states with family and they gave me a top notch experience. Was greeted with a card in my room, signed by the staff, thanking me for my service which was GREATLY appreciated. The staff was great with answering all questions I had about the property. Had dinner at the Neighborhood Services and the food was AMAZING! Wife and I loved every bite. Was disappointed about not being able to experience Pin+Proof due to them being closed a 10 even those the posted time was 11. Other than that the entire team was great and I would not hesitate to go back.

Great location everything is in walking distance, comfy beds and pillows, room was well stocked and very clean and quiet. We enjoyed the pool and rooftop bar while we were there. The pool is very nice, clean, lots of lounge chairs and cute chairs and couches for hanging with friends probably not a kid friendly pool on the weekend. The pool had several adult celebration parties. The hotel is absolutely beautiful !!!

Nice getaway! It's upscale and so you'll pay more. The pool was fun and the room was very clean. The tub in the room was deep and so we took a nice bath with bubbles. I recommend if you're trying to relax and enjoy the hotel otherwise if you just want to sleep and the basics consider something more affordable.

Beautiful hotel. very friendly and helpful staff. lots of different things. The market with the coffee shop, a couple different bars, different atmosphere in each. Spa and a quiet room. a lil nighttime bowling alley like 3 lanes. very nice place to get unique pics to.
