Great hotel in a really good location close to the beach and old town. Also the staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help us with an early check-in, especially Edi!

Was in town for a few days for a family wedding. location was great as we was walking distance to beach and the old town. I personally thought the staff were amazing and was always happy to help. The room although was basic, it was cleaned daily and was a good size.

Great hotel in a fantastic location - easy walk to beaches, old city and plenty of cafes. Very comfortable beds and good water pressure in the shower. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A little bit pricey for what it was and tea/coffee making facilities would have been good, but we booked pretty much at the last minute in high season so can't complain. Would definitely stay here again.

I was incredibly surprised by the level of service at this hotel. Genuinely friendly and helpful staff, a welcome note with my name in the room, a true pleasure. Locations is perfect, only a 10min walk from La Concha. I would stay again!

i would definitely stay here again - originally made a late booking here for a last minute trip, but what a pleasant surprise! friendly and helpful staff; super close to the surf shops/schools on zurriola beach, which is v convenient for lessons; 5-10 minutes' walk from the old town, 12 minutes to playa de la concha, 10 minutes from the train/bus station; rooms are spacious, spotless, clean and new; quieter than the old town at night. gracias por todo 😊

Great service and great location. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. The Gros neighborhood has great restaurants, bars, and is a short walk to the beach. Only 10 minutes to walk to Old Town.

I really recommend Hotel Bed4U Zurriola. It's located close to all most important places in the city. Rooms are quiet, clean and well equipped, but the best thing about Hotel Bed4U Zurriola is the staff. Full of energy, willing to help and extremely friendly. For sure I'll go back there during my next visit in San Sebastian.

Hotel is well located and the receptionists do all they can do to satisfy their customers. I will add some small details to the bathroom such tissues, a paper waste basket by the desk. It’s well kept and we definitely will come back.

Well located near Zurriola beach. Fantastic front desk service - they always greeted us, checked on how we were. Appreciated how the front desk took the effort to reserve tables for us at popular restaurants (which is crucial as many Donostia places fill up quickly). Spacious, clean rooms.

Great location, close to the beach and a short walk to all the pintxo places in old town. Plenty of space in the room. The service was also excellent! Edi was extremely personable and helpful with recommendations. He went he extra mile to make sure I could get my laundry done.

This is an excellent hotel. Much more than a two star rating. I have nothing negative to say. Location is great. Rooms are a very high standard. Reception staff are really friendly and helpful. Really great choice and good value. I would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Bed4U Zurriola San Sebastian. Rooms were spacious clean and comfortable. Staff were amazing and so helpful recommending places to see and the best way to get there. Location is so convenient to the town. We will be back and would definitely recommend as a great place to stay

I like the hotel, clean, friendly staff, very helpful. At first we didn't know there were 2 hotels with the same name, the locations were different and far from the tourist center. Finally we were able to get a hotel near the tourist center but at a more expensive price.

We would rebook this beautiful hotel anytime and can recommend it strongly. It may not be in the Old Town, but it's perfected located to be as well at the beach and in the Old Town in a couple of minutes. Also it shows you a more local side of San Sebastian. The bed was a dream and it alone is worth coming back. The service was just excellent, friendly and welcoming. The room was perfect in size and equipment, only thing 'missing' would have been a fridge, but that's definetely not indispensable.

We enjoyed our stay at Bed4U in San Sebastián. There were many amazing restaurants and bars all in walking distance and grocery stores too. We walked to the end of the street right to the beachfront and the promenade. The room was modern and had a large window that opened for a great view and fresh air. It was above a busy street (we wanted to be in the city near restaurants and bars), but once we closed the window we didn’t hear the street noise. It was a good value for our money with the location and how nice our room was.

Our room was spacious, and clean. It appears that the hotel has recently been renovated. There were two elevators, which was very surprising since it isn’t a very large hotel. The front desk staff were helpful, and welcoming. With all of that, and the location, I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in Bed4U Zurriola in September 2023. The room was on a higher floor and was spotlessly clean. Being a higher floor and with excellent double glazing there was no noise at night. There is an ajoining cafe where you can have breakfast. If you are driving there is an underground car park in Plaza Catalunya about 90metres from the hotel which provides discounted parking tickets. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the pedestrian area of the old city which makes it a excellent location. Our stay was made particularly enjoyable by Katerina on reception who speaks excellent English and gave us lots of tourist information and restaurant suggestions which were all excellent. I would have no hesitation in returning to this hotel.

For a budget hotel, it was very comfortable, clean, and well situated (close to bus station, old town, the outstanding aquarium and a variety of restaurants and bars). It offered a very adequate continental breakfast. Staff were helpful - especially the receptionist Nina, who gave us very good advice about things to do and see.

This hotel is a great stay very friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, breakfast was just what we needed. Looking forward to comeback and stay here. Great location.

Quite possibly one of the best surprises in San Sebastian. This budget gem has large, modern rooms at unbeatable prices. Staff is friendly and is very willing to indulge in your poor Spanish (they do speak great English as well). Quite room, comfortable bed and a very nice shower.

The rooms are small and the street of the hotel is noisy. I couldn’t open my window. For the same price, I rented a nice apartment in San Sebastián. There is nothing remarkable about this hotel.

We had a great stay at HotelBed4U Zurriola! After a delightful stay in their Bilbao property, we were thrilled to stay with them again in San Sebastián and it did not disappoint. The beds are super comfy, having the Ability to watch Netflix in our room is a rare and very thoughtful creature comfort we really appreciated (not that we had much time to take advantage of it), the rooms are clean and quiet. The rooms are simple but nicely decorated, the prices inexpensive and you have everything you need and more. the hotel is only a 5 minute walk to the Casco Viejo, and it’s maybe 140 m to Playa de Zurriola with all the surfers. There are some great local dining options too in the neighborhood if you need a break from the touristy spots of the old town. (My apologies for readability, editing a long post from the google app is not easy!) Cristina at the front desk was so helpful and welcoming and charming, she gave us some personal tips for her favourite spots to visit, and told us about her own personal connections to the food scene of the Basque Region. Really cannot recommend this hotel more highly, anywhere we see a HotelBed4 property, it will always be the Hotel 4 Us!

I stayed here on two occasions on my trip for over 10 days. The hotel itself is very modern, extremely clean and the staff are all very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is conveniently located a few blocks from the beach with some great restaurants and cafes nearby. While conveniently located, the rooms are extremely quiet making for a peaceful stay.

We would not go back. Room very small, which I know they indicate the square feet of the room when you book it, but we doubted that was accurate. You have to ask every day for new paper cups for the room along with new coffee every day. Room doesn't come with a hair dryer, you have to check one out from reception. Bed not very comfortable and they don't put a sheet on the bed. Just a very thick comforter, which gets way too hot. The location is very good, however. The staff at the desk are also very nice.

So happy to have found this hotel ! Great location in the Gros neighbourhood (my fave). Though overlooking the street it was very very quiet. Everything is simple, clean and streamlined. Modern decor, comfortable bed (4 pillows, thank you very much). Good sized bathroom with a great shower. Delightful staff at the reception. It was a chilly day and I called down for a hairdryer. Someone was knocking on my door in about 2 minutes flat with one. The room was very spacious and the TV was HUGE. BTW for those who haven't a clue, like me: Smart TV you can connect your phone and watch your netflix or youtube account on the TV. Thank you Bed4U ! We'll be back

Very clean, basic hotel. 5 min walk to the beach. Breakfast was really good quality, but a bit limited. It was perfect for my business trip and location allowed me to access great restaurants, the old city and the beach with ease.

Fabulous hotel. Everything was modern and clean. Location was perfect - so quiet yet only a few minutes walk to all major attractions. Cristina, Mikael and team were all fabulous - so friendly, happy and helpful. Breakfast was a great start to the day. The room was large and silent. I couldn't ask for anything more and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is minimalistic but it‘s fine. Location is great, lots of places to eat all around and very close to the old city. It felt safe to walk around. The only issue is check in and out, if you come by car. The parking is 100m away and it is an additional cost, even if you get a discount. All staff members were extremely helpful. 🙏🏻

The staff were lovely and so helpful. The room was high quality, stylish and clean. The breakfast was good and they accommodated for me being gluten free. The location was perfect for exploring the city- it felt safe and easy to go to all the city sights. We had a wonderful trip and would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was in a great position, easy walking distance to the beach and old city. It was very clean , fairly basic rooms but great for the price and location, the staff were extremely helpful. Parking was available for a discounted fee nearby. We would recommend this hotel to anyone

Great “budget” hotel. Room we got was spacious. Very clean and comfortable. Good location few minutes walk to the main parts of the city. Only downside was the breakfast was very poor. Reception staff very friendly and informative. 👍

My partner and I stayed in Hotel Bed4U Zurriola San Sebastian for 3 nights mid-October. We had a great experience; the staff are very helpful and welcoming, the room was very comfortable, anything we needed (iron, hairdyer, etc.) the front desk was able to supply no issue. The hotel is in a great location; 2 min walk to sea front, many options for food/drink within 1-2 min walking distance, 5-10 min to old town.
