They
should've
changed
there
tiltle
to
B&B
instead
of
hotel!
We
were
2
families
stayed
here
in
2
double
rooms
for
4
nights
at
end
of
October
2019.
Staffs
were
very
kind
(but
not
very
helpful)
because
the
management
was
awful.
The
quality
of
beds
were
very
bad.
The
room
title
was
double
but
as
you
see
in
photos
there
were
2
single
bed.
They
didn't
match
these
single
bed
professionally
so
there
was
space
between
to
beds.
Mattresses
were
very
old
so
you
can
feel
the
springs
and
too
noisy.
When
I
asked
the
staffs
about
a
better
beds,
they
said:
"Mattresses
are
all
same
and
old.
They
supposed
to
bought
new
mattresses
couple
of
months
ago
but
we
ran
of
money
because
of
the
renovation!"
The
bathroom
was
very
smelly,
the
fan
didn't
work
properly
and
the
bath
tub
was
blocked
and
weren't
fixed
during
our
stay!
The
aircons
were
disconnected
and
they
didn't
fixed
it
during
our
4
nights
stay.
The
heaters
were
working
just
on
the
3rd
night
and
they
broke
it
again
when
they
tried
to
fix
the
aircons.
So
they
asked
us
to
wait
until
morning
so
someone
can
come
and
fix
them!
The
breakfast
was
moderate
but
if
something
remain
from
the
day,
they
serve
it
the
next
day,
or
even
the
day
after.
You
definitely
won't
experience
such
kind
of
food
service
even
in
poor
restaurants.
I
really
wonder
how
Isfahan's
authorities
rated
this
hotel
as
4
stars!
