I had visited this hotel three years ago and it was nice,clean and comfortable hotel. My last visit was on June 2018 and I found something had been changed in terms of services. They need to rehabiltate furniture and bathrooms. The hotel is still clean but don't think it's 4 star hotel.

Staff is very helpful at the reception and in the restaurant. Breakfast very very good. in addition, the staff agreed that the children should eat a meal in the room because they slept longer than time breakfast is served. Clean room, comfortable beds. One thing to change - air conditioning didn't work properly.

Stayed: 3 nights Location: Excellent Room: Never make up our room but did bring us clean towels upon request. Room size OK, view Ok. Very strong water pressure. Breakfast: No choices, only Persian style. No cold cut, no sausage, no fried / scrambled egg, no nothing. Only hard boiled egg but they couldn’t do it right, the shell was sticking to the egg, every hard boiled egg I ate in that 3 days was like that. Overall breakfast experience was terrible.

I stayed eight nights at the Safir Hotel, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was relatively good, the pool was small and private (you have to pay for that). For a few days that the hotel was crowded, things went a little late. Parking had short distance from the complex. overal, I give them score 75 out of a hundred

Good staff, but terrible management. The last two nights of our stay the air conditioner did not work properly and the room was hot. The management did nothing about it- they just said this happens sometimes!!! We would have appreciated knowing that in advance and would not have stayed there. The manager just listened to us and did not even care to offer an apology!!! Such a disgrace!!! If you are traveling to Isfahan in summer stay away from this place. Beside that terrible experience our rooms were ok. They definitely need an update. One of the bathrooms in our apartment had an awful smell. Otherwise the unit was clean.

The hotel îs very well place near a very populated area with shops and if course you can walk 15minutes to The Sio si Bridge

the air conditioner didnt work properly and it was very hot. we talked to the staff and they told us that we changed settings and now its good. but it was awful. we talked again and they changed our room. every time we went for lunch or dinner we waited about 1hour. the only positive thing about hotel was breakfast that it was good. it was like a 3 star hotel not more

The hotel is located close to Abbasi hotel which is well known in terms of its accessibility to the famous monuments of Isfahan. It was also clean and convenient.

If I could give it more stars I would! The staff is friendly, courteous and very respectful. The included breakfast on the rooftop is a must! It gives you a beautiful simple view of what's around you and a vast assorted selection of food, beverages and on the weekends sometimes even a band! The location is perfect, it's walking distance from Naghsh-e Jahan Square, it has stores nearby and fast food places everywhere! My favorite part is that you can book this online, using a credit card (it routes through Europe, so don't freak out if your invoice says something else)

Very good service at the reception - the lady who booked the bus was great! Rooms pretty good. Excellent breakfasts. I recommend highly.
