delivery
in
August
1402.
I
declare
the
following
regarding
the
quality
The
hospital
was
undergoing
construction
repairs,
and
the
materials,
dust,

sanitary
conditions
were
awful
Not
having
a
private
room
The
quality
level
of
the
food
was
very
awful
and
when
the
food
was
being
transported,
it
was
mostly
open
on
the
food
This
hospital
is
an
educational
hospital
and
they
provide
your
body
to
interns
and
interns
for
training
and
you
have
no
right
to
protest
The
time
of
delivery
was
diagnosed
very
late
and
the
baby
was
suffocated.
Mrs.
Abbasi
was
on
shift
at
that
time
There
is

lot
of
noise
in

room

premature
children

ICU,

the
children
are
together,
and
there
is

infection
and

and

hospital
and
