Very clean and convenient place but the temperature was a bit hot for the middle of the day. really delicious food and tea , steak and burger was perfect, although I didn't like its ginger tea, herbal tea was perfect

Beautiful atmosphere and delicious food! The menu is very poetic and very difficult to choose from.. specifically when you are hungry! Our waiter however was very helpful.

Chenje is so so ,Enayat shah not good , Mahiche polo is good but it didn’t have that much taste and the fries were good chicken barbecue was a little messy so it was hard to eat and for the joje it had the taste of smoke for khoresht mast it was a good experience for once

What an unfortunate waste of space. The place is amazing. You can spent hours here. Its the complete opposite about food. Its really hard to finish your food after the first bite. And its not even reasonable price for this level. Even at half price would be hard to justify. Such a shame you cant enjoy this beautiful place with even average foods. 2 star is only for the place and respectful waiters, i havent had a burger this bad in a long time.

It has a nice big open space and private rooms, good for group of people. The food is a little bit weird and not the best. The menu and food names are hard so you have to read each one and consult with waiters.

The restaurant is beautiful, food is OK. It's defo worth going. We had a great time! The menu is very creative and interesting, it is ancient persian! Ha Downside was that I asked for a veggie tagine - persian style - but found meat in my meal!

Nice place, yet you can't enjoy it. Prices too high for the taste and quality. We couldn't even finish the order. Given names, i shall say, strange that does not give you any positive feeling. So first and last!

My expectations for the quality of the food were much higher considering the location and history of this restaurant, but unfortunately, I was not at all satisfied with the quality of the food. I hope the management of this complex will investigate because the staff is excellent and the service is excellent, but the quality of the food does not match the prices in any way.

Food: The food was freshly cooked, served hot but it did take a while for them to prepare (approximately 35 minutes wait time). We ordered "Dizi", Javaher Polo, Mastooreh, and Hummus. The Mastooreh tastes very similar to Koobideh Kabob. The Javaher Polo is Chicken and rice very similar to "Zereshk Polo". Chicken and gravy was very tasty. The hummus was also very well prepared and served with deep fried Pita bread. Service: The service was superb. Very friendly and helpful staff. Atmosphere: We were seated in the Pavillion. It was clean, well setup and not too congested. Each table has a heater underneath that keeps the table and customers warm while the wait for their food. It may be too hot for some people but heat can be adjusted.

Pros: Tasty food. I liked the marinations being used for kebabs. Great service, rlly nice staff, like all of them are good. Cons: Pretty expensive compared to the served portion. The menu is tryna be narrative and storytelling, but in reallity it's silly and useless. Just mention the names. Accessibility is not good at all. Air conditioning system not well-designed.

Great Food and Atmosphere, but Staff Behavior is a Major Letdown Rating: ⭐ I recently dined at a restaurant situated in a charming area of town, and I have to say that my experience left a lot to be desired. While the food and ambiance were pleasant, the behavior and attitude of the staff were downright appalling. Their rudeness and lack of friendliness completely overshadowed any positive aspects of my visit. First and foremost, I was shocked by the staff's disregard for reservations when the restaurant was busy. Despite making a reservation in advance, they seemed to have completely forgotten about it. This lack of organization and consideration resulted in a lengthy wait, causing significant inconvenience and frustration. To make matters worse, when I called the restaurant to inquire about the delay, I was met with a staff member who not only hung up on me but also responded in an incredibly rude manner. Their dismissive tone and offensive remark of "we know what to do" were completely uncalled for. It's disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism and basic customer service skills. As if that weren't enough, when I mentioned that I would share my experience in a review, the staff member's response was even more disrespectful. They nonchalantly told me to "do whatever [I] like to do" before abruptly ending the call. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable and does not reflect the values of a reputable establishment. While I must acknowledge the positive aspects, such as the quality of the food and the pleasant ambiance, it is important to stress that a restaurant is more than just its cuisine and atmosphere. The behavior and language of the staff play a crucial role in shaping the overall dining experience, and in this case, it was undoubtedly a major letdown. Therefore, I regretfully have to give this restaurant a one-star rating. The food and atmosphere may be enjoyable, but the rudeness and unfriendliness of the staff overshadow any positive aspects. It is my hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the need for significant improvements in staff behavior and customer service.
