We grabbed a room last minute here, and it is COMICAL to me that it was cheaper than the boring big name alternatives. The grounds are beautiful, with flowers and gazebos and lots of space that makes you want to lounge about with a book. The room was every bit as comfortable as any hotel room (though note: Celeste Room indeed has a REAL FOOTED TUB and it was wonderful, but my mother could NOT have stepped into it). And the breakfast??? My God. Fresh scones followed by an honest to goodness real and incredible entree. Absolutely a wonderful start to our trip and highly recommended.

First room they put us in toilette did not flush. Put in another room that was an upgrade. Very nice room. Woman at check-in stated we had to make an appointment time for breakfast and gave me time slots to choose from, and I chose 10 am. At 10, I was matter affected told breakfast ended at 9:30. Absolutely no attempt to keep customer happy or attempt to make it right. Customer service policy really needs upgraded! Also, house is very close to train track. So close the train whistle and sounds of trains kept me awake during the night.

Charming bed and breakfast in a Victorian home. Rooms and bathroom were clean, the beds and pillows comfortable, the complimentary breakfast was a full sit down which included great coffee, juice, warm scones, fresh fruit and a choice between two breakfast choices. I chose the French toast. I would stay here again on my next trip through Eugene. It exceeded expectations in all ways. The staff were all incredibly friendly and they aimed to please.

The staff is exceptionally friendly. The room and decor are elegant with a jetted tub which is a great addition. It was very clean and well organized. The two course breakfast was superb. We will definitely be staying here again if we find ourselves back in Eugene.

The Inn is in a beautiful spot and the staff is welcoming. We very much enjoyed the complementary glass of wine, and the breakfast. We were a bit disappointed the that the jetted tub didn't work (would not turn on) the hot water dispenser was also not working, nobody answered when we called 0. Overall, though, the room was very nice and quiet and comfortable.

Someone had posted a review that they would stay here even if it were 10X the price. I second that. I came in on a dark and rainy night. The inn looks like a story book place. Just beautiful. I was greeted by lovely lady, she showed me my room. We walked down to the carriage house where my room sits within a beautiful courtyard with a water feature. The room Is clean, with a soaking tub, much needed from a long and scary drive from Bandon. This place is just so inviting and tranquil and the people are nice. They really are doing it right. I'm gushing. I can't wait to stay here again.

Cute vintage cottage vibes, nice cozy little room and clean updated bathroom. Flower garden. Close to the train tracks so morning train sounds, but not too bad. Safe parking lot.

Absolutely beautiful place! The room we stayed in was so beautiful and comfortable. The staff was super nice as well! The property is so well taken care of, and the main building is very cool!

We stayed one night at this lovely B and B. The room was small, but it had a nice layout so that we could get our overnight bags open without putting them in the walkway. The only complaint that isn't their fault is the train that came by at 3am or so and was blaring the horn a lot. I'd recommend earplugs if you have a hard time getting back to sleep if you're woken suddenly by a loud sound. Other positives: breakfast was included, and it was actually very nice and made to order! It's not a buffet, which is great. Also the location is about at prefect as you could want. We saw a concert at the Hult Center and it was an easy walk. Plus, there are several breweries, bars, and restaurants very close. And even a couple of wineries. I'd recommend J Scott winery, Coldfire Brewing, Alesong brewing, and Tap and Growler, which are all very close.

Always stay here. The staff are wonderful. The grounds are so beautiful and enjoyed a glass of wine outside under the oak trees visiting with other guests. Highly recommend.

Small but adequate rooms, great setting and location. Staff interactions were not the most welcoming. No issues, but not very friendly.

Soo very happy this place came up in our search for a place to stay! A hidden gem that made our short stay in Eugene extra special! The staff was wonderful! We each received a complementary glass of wine and were offered breakfast but we chose to get brunch in town. Although the breakfast options sounded delicious. This inn has so much charm! It was clean, cozy, and welcoming. We look forward to the opportunity to stay here again next time we are in Eugene. Thank you so much!

We stayed here two weeks ago, in the Campbell room. The room is actually larger than the pictures on the website make it look! The gas fireplace made the room very cozy. Everything was clean and tidy. I regret that I can't remember the attendant's name but the woman who was on duty that night was a delight. Very friendly and informative, and reminded us of the complimentary glass of wine (which was quite good). When a pair of guests came in who had not been able to get dinner anywhere yet (this was around 9pm), she made up a little charcuterie sort of plate for them. Really went above and beyond for all of us! Breakfast is very good and may be a bit adventurous -- they offer a sweet and savory option and the savory option that morning was spinach with a panko crust and balsamic tomato reduction. It sounded so fancy but I wasn't ready for spinach at 8am! Their brioche french toast with lemon-raspberry curd and berries was quite good. Other mornings, if you are lucky, they are serving eggs benedict, and it is superb. Yes, you can hear the trains at night. They are sporadic, but ultimately don't bother me. If noise from outside bothers you then you will want to bring earplugs. Otherwise it's a very quiet site. I really had a great experience here and can't wait to come back!

The main house is absolutely gorgeous and the grounds the same. The carriage House that we stayed in was nicely kept. We had everything we needed for a nice evening. A couple minor complaints was I couldn't get the heater to work right and the bathroom sink kept backing up. All typical things I suppose. My biggest gripe was that loud train horn late at night early in the morning.

A great place for our stay in Eugene. Nice room and beautiful grounds. Delicious breakfasts and a glass of wine in the afternoon to wind down made for relaxing days.

This establishment is perfect- business, gypsy, student, lust soul- you are treated the same. I paid less each night for amazing rooms than in other private and corporate hotels. Spend a night here. You’ll always remember that night.

A lovely inn, with nice rooms. Driveway is awkward to maneuver, and breakfast was okay. Would have liked a cold water/water bottle fill-up option downstairs, with the tea and coffee, instead of water bottles in the room, but I would stay here again.

I truly enjoyed my stay! There is room for improvement, but overall I'd definitely come back. Pros: +Beautiful property +Claw foot tub +Convenient location +AMAZING breakfast 😍 +Comfortable mattress +Well appointed room (desk for working etc) +Super affordable, excellent value for money Cons: - Housekeeping could use some attention to detail 🙈 There was hair in the tub and spent toiletry tubes in the shower caddy. I specifically chose my room for the tub, so I just used some disinfecting wipes I had in the car clean it since I noticed late in the evening. -While the historic building is understandable, things like carpets and furniture are fairly careworn and could use with some updating. -Noisy. I could hear my neighbors talking at a normal volume and the train does go by. I'm a heavy sleeper, but some updated windows and sound muffling measures would go a long way -Linens are just OK. Towels are stained from bleaching and very scratchy, sheets are thing and nothing special. I had three flat pillows which seems like a weird number of pillows anyway. -I asked to checkout at 12 as I had an 11AM call. Housekeeping was knocking on my door just after 11, so I don't think that was communicated unfortunately. I'm definitely game for giving the place another shot next time I am in town. Everything else was neat and tidy and mistakes just happen, so I'll assume my housekeeping issue was a fluke and just be more aware earlier in the evening next time. tl;dr - if you're pretty fussy, a light sleeper, or more accustomed to a luxury hotel stay this might not be for you. If you're happy to have a comfortable room and excellent breakfast for an affordable price, this is definitely it.

Stayed here twice, once in October 2019 and again in February 2021. Great experience both times. Nice staff, beautiful rooms, stunning views, lovely outside and garden, great food, wonderful amenities. Makes you feel at home and welcome. Will definitely come back ASAP many more times, whenever I travel back to see my family in California (I'm from Washington).

Stayed at Campbell House when I visited Eugene for a concert at Matthew Knight Arena. Beautiful place, excellent room and amenities with a great lil wine happy hour in the common area. Loved the location - very close to great shops and restaurants and very quiet. Only stayed the one night but next trip I'm definitely going to stay for more!

Cute and quaint B&B! We had a very cozy room (perfect for a couple) that suited our needs. Staff was kind and helpful. If we visit Eugene again, we will be sure to stay at the Inn again!

I dropped by today to confirm a reservation for my daughter. The desk clerk was pleasant and helpful, but the general manager, Brett, is amazing. He made sure I not only was able to confirm but showed me the room and gave me his business card. Stellar service and much appreciated.

I planned a reunion/40th birthday girls trip here, and everything was perfect. The staff was amazing, and Brett went above and beyond to make sure everything was great. The breakfast was amazing, the rooms were clean, well appointed and comfortable. The grounds were so well kept, and created a charming oasis in Eugene. Loved it, and would highly recommend.

Such an adorable little B&B! Spotlessly clean, gracious staff, and, wow, what a gorgeous building. The breakfast is delicious (they even made me a special meal to accommodate dietary needs!). Make sure you go to breakfast early so you can snag a table with a view. I wouldn't stay anywhere else on a trip to Eugene.

This place is so tranquil. The grounds couldn’t be more inviting with cozy seating areas, beautiful plantings, and the sound of water running in small fountains. The made-to-order breakfast was delicious. And there are several restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

We had such great time at the Campbell House! The location is ideal for easy downtown access; the grounds are lovely with many outdoor seating opportunities; all of the staff were friendly and very helpful; and the breakfasts were delicious. I happen to be on a very restrictive diet and every day the chef made a special breakfast that I could eat - and that was with no advanced warning! As an added treat, in the evening each guest is offered a glass of wine to enjoy in the garden or wherever. We will definitely return here the next time we are in Eugene!

We accidentally put ourselves in the position of needing a place to stay when our Airbnb time was spent but our flight was scheduled for the next night. To say it was fortuitous is an understatement, having discovered The Campbell House Inn while scrolling for the least expensive stay that we could find while avoiding Model 6. My my, we did well. The biggest surprise was how few people were there, yet the good folks who were made our stay an even greater pleasure than the elegant, perfectly appointed surroundings already provided (in abundance, we can't emphasize enough.) We cannot wait to come to stay again and again.

Lovely stay for just a single night at the Campbell House. The staff were thoughtful and kind, our room was comfy and cozy, and breakfast was absolutely delicious (and served up by a sweet waitresses) so much more than we expected. We’re looking forward to coming back again when the weather is nicer.

This place is a hidden gem near downtown Eugene. Our room is the smallest. It's simple, tidy and clean. There are heater and AC. We didn't expect they do "served breakfast", French toast and omlet with housemade scone with fruits. Walk distance to shops, restaurants, bars, parks and trails. We are very happy about our stay. We would love to stay there again.
