Came here for a weekend birthday stay, absolutely lovely. Staff were friendly and accommodating, rooms were clean and comfortable, will definitely stay again if we're in the area!

The stayed here for a week while traveling for work. The front desk was very friendly and professional. The breakfast was hot and fresh. Coffee was hot with various options for creamer and sweetener. The room was very nice with a mini fridge and microwave. I did opt out of housekeeping but to my surprise they cleaned my room anyways. Perhaps, there was some miscommunication. Laundry was complimentary. The gym was pretty good sized. Overall, I enjoyed my stay!

Jacob is fantastic. He greeted us warmly, answered all our questions, and generally took care of us in the manner I'd like to become accustomed to. The amenities are top notch, what you would expect from a Hilton property. I just got into town after a couple weeks in the woods teaching wilderness survival skills, and the room is like a little slice of heaven! A bed?! Wonder of wonders! A pillow not made of tree parts?! Be still my heart! Seriously, though, it is a very nice accommodation on a fairly quiet street, and not unduly far from the Airport. Definitely going on my list of go-to places!

Always a pleasure to stay at this location. The management and staff are always helpful, professional and friendly. The rooms are fresh and clean, the strawberry Belgium waffles are delicious and the fitness room afterward to work off the waffle is clean and well stocked with equipment. Thanks again… Will see you folks again. =)

Had a great stay over Memorial Day weekend. Drove 6 hours, checked in very late - with our large good-natured hound dog. Staff were welcoming and respectful. Fine area for dog needs. A few homeless encounters were non events. Everyone was cool. The breakfast offerings were the best we've had in more expensive places. Will stay there again when visiting Eugene.

You won’t find a more caring staff in Eugene. Attention to detail and cleanliness. Delicious with much variety breakfast options 😎 awesome!

Awesome hotel with great service! We ran into some issues but staff was super helpful at every turn. I don't love the location, but other than that it's a great place to stay.

Stayed here for a Ducks game, which is a less than ideal location for such a thing. It's about 3.5 miles from the stadium. Not bad, but this location is probably best suited for those heading to the airport. Other than location, the staff were very accommodating, the room was clean, and the breakfast was above average. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay here last week! Matt went above and beyond to accommodate us and welcome my dog. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and had everything we needed. The lobby with coffee bar, snacks, and breakfast to go bags was more than we expected. This is a lovely place to stay and a very attentive staff team. It’s also a short drive to the airport and easily accessible to other areas in Eugene.

Very helpful with a late check in. When I called to see about a room the lady got very confused when I tried to reserve so I gave up and we showed up. Did find dirty socks under a bench in our room but the rest of the room seemed clean.

Amazing friendly staff. Rooms were clean and well appointed. We will continue to stay here when we need an overnight in relation to flying in and out of Eugene, Oregon.

Be aware this property is unsafe! There are homeless people throughout not only the lobby but the property in general. Management ignores the safety concern and turns a blind eye to it. If you want to feel safe, especially for the price you're paying, keep looking. There are other Hiltons in the Eugene area that has a more strict, secure property that is much more customer service oriented. Obviously this location is struggling since they were not willing to acknowledge our safety concern.

The generous staff is more then i expected it was the best room service by far and the elite staff was all good and I cant believe the patiance and professionalism shown to the first-timer that comes here. The wife watched in awe as her stress levels dropped. Thanks hampton

Back in 2015 I left Marriott and decided to try the Hilton brand. When I checked into my very first Hilton it was in this Hampton Inn location. At that time I was only a Hilton "blue" level and my plan was to work my way up to silver and Gold. I was put in room 411 which was a large suite, (yes, I remember 411 which is not hard to forget). I was so impressed I kept staying at all different Hilton Brands until I hit Diamond level end of 2016. Ever since then I've only stayed at a Hilton location all over the world from Hawaii throughout Europe and North America. Thank you Hampton Inn Eugene, this location is responsible for my success an enjoyment of the entire Hilton portfolio. (By the way this place always has the best coffee choices 24 hours a day)

This property is priced higher than most in the area but doesn't deliver to justify that. Friendly front desk team. Clean room. But very noisy/old windows. Dreary, poorly lit rooms with cheap waiting-room bulbs (do they know soft white bulbs are what most hotels use?). And of course the 20 year old InnCom system, which always guarantees inconsistent room temp.

Stopped off at the Hampton on West 11th for the night. In town on business. Check-in was super fast and efficient. The staff was very professional and friendly, and the facility was bright, clean, and well maintained. The parking lot is a little small, and the room was a bit noisy, but not to the point it bothered me too much. I definitely plan on using this as my first choice on all my future Eugene trips and I recommend this hotel to everyone

Such a caring, kind staff. They were so attentive and were very accommodating with my hearing loss. The facility is excellent. Very nicely decorated and all the amenities one would need. The bed was very comfortable, the towels were soft, and they had an extra blanket and pillow in the closet. The breakfast bar had a waffle maker with toppings and there were lots of toppings for the oatmeal. They had quality breakfast bacon or sausage, potatoes, and different egg dishes each day. One of the best facilities I have ever stayed in.

Lovely, clean, and comfortable hotel and rooms. Friendly and helpful staff members. Beautiful indoor pool. Complimentary hot breakfast. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here while attending a friend's wedding and we were very pleased. The rooms were spacious, the bed was comfortable and the counter in the well lit restroom was actually large enough to fit all of our toiletries neatly! There was breakfast served in the mornings which was solid, but nothing extravagant, which was to be expected. The hotel's location is about 10 minutes from downtown, which was convenient.

Clean, well decorated, wonderful staff, comfortable beds and pillows. A bathtub! Love this hotel! The breakfast is wonderful and the pool was really nice and clean. I would live here if I could. 😊

We had a great stay at this hotel. From the staff to the breakfast in the morning we will be going back. Shaun the front desk person was amazing and got me amenities I had forgotten at home. Crystal the maid staff was extremely helpful with getting me new towels when I didnt want my room serviced and Stefan, who I met during breakfast was a pleasure to speak with. They all made me feel at ease and at home. Take time to stay there yourself and youll understand.

Overall GREAT stay! I seek out Hampton Inns wherever I go. I just finished up a 2 night stay at the Hampton Inn Eugene. The staff (front desk, housekeeping, food service, maintenance) were phenomenal. Breakfast selections were amazing as always. Rooms VERY clean and updated. The little details are never overlooked. Plenty of amenities which was exactly what I needed after being on the road for 18 days straight. Complimentary laundry room, pool, toiletries, all day coffee, water and evening cookies. Only 2 “cons” if you’ll call them that. 1. The extremely heavy-footed guests above me were banging around late into the night so I was hoping for a sleep without ear plugs but was not able to do that. I should’ve upgraded to the 4th floor before check-in but was hoping for the best. The hotel can’t control that so I certainly do not hold it against the organization. The other thing was, I arrived on Friday and the pool was FILLED with clean towels. Not only in the shelving but on each and every chair (nice touch). By Sunday morning there was one lonely towel left that I was able to snag but just something I took notice to. I realize very few guests use the pool in comparison to how many people are actually here but I definitely utilize a pool and seek out a hotel with one each and every time. The positives would definitely have me recommend this Hampton Inn to any friends and family that may be coming to the Eugene area. Thank you for the hospitality and friendliness. A weary traveler felt welcome and comfortable the entire time. The Hampton Inn is the only hotel I ever choose their pillow over my own that I don’t leave home without. It’s the little things…

We enjoyed our stay at this Hampton Inn in Eugene. The rooms are simple but clean, comfy bed, cold A/C and the location was in a slightly run down area but we felt safe. Breakfast was typical of Hampton, some hot choices and pastries, etc.there was top notch-service at check-in, Jacob is very professional, welcoming and helpful and I imagine he is a true asset to your company. We would stay again!

What a great experience! I have stayed in so many hotels over the years and I know good service when I see it. The staff at the desk yesterday evening when we checked in made us feel so welcome. The hotel was clean and well run. Nicely done!

It took us a little to figure out how to work the remote for the TV. But we enjoyed the hotel. Breakfast in the mornings was great. The young lady that works there (Deb) not sure but she provided great service. The front desk guys supplied dynamic service offering water and snacks. This hotel just happen to be less than a mile from our sister and my dialysis clinic is right across the street from the hotel. This makes the hotel very convenient when visiting Eugene.

The Receptionist here are very engaging, helpful, friendly and welcoming. I was greeted right away, check-in was easy and quick. The rooms where very clean and comfortable. No complaints. And a very nice breakfast selection in the morning to start of the day. Will definitely continue to come to this location in Eugene.

The staff at the Hampton Inn Eugene was professional, attentive, and very friendly. The room was clean and well-appointed. We had everything we needed. We were passing through Eugene going home from a trip to the coast. We had slept in three different beds on this trip and the bed at the Hampton was, by far, the most comfortable. The breakfast every morning had a nice selection of items. Those that my husband and I chose were all very tasty. I would recommend the Hampton Inn Eugene.
