Staff were polite and one lady at reception spoke very good English and was helpful with enquiries. Breakfast was a huge spread and way over the top for choices - fantastic. The restaurant food was also delicious, but read the fine print as 24% is added on for taxes and service. The room was comfortable with excellent bed and full bedding (not always a given in Iran!). However, we stayed two nights and we had to ask for towels to be brought to the room each day. Beats me why they had to remove them after one night (we had hung them up too). They even cleaned out the soap and neglected to leave us with replacements - the other ones were far from used-up too!! There is a kettle for making hot drinks, but no cups or coffee/tea to put the hot water. The bathroom is tiny compared to the rest of the room and in their haste to fit it out they have provided only a western toilet which is quite small to sit on with a lid that does not stay up. Little things....

I’ve booked this hotel based on my previous experience, as I’ve enjoyed my stay 4 years ago! But this time I was shocked with the big drop in both quality and cleanliness! Beds was really uncomfortable, rooms wasn’t that clean with a lot of insects and stains and the toilet facilities was broken! Yet their breakfast is one of the best. I hope that they will consider returning back the hotel to it’s previous condition.

This isn’t a five star hotel by any standard . The rooms are quite average but the view of tea garden with small hills in the background are quite nice. The room where we stayed was smelling a lot. We had a rude shock at the breakfast table as the staff was a bit rude. But reception was good. They helped us with the currency as we were carrying only Euros. Yes their price is little higher compared to the hotel standards . The management need to look into it.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff were helpful and polite. Room service was fast. The bed was so comfortable. The mini fridge had a small freezer which was helpful. New towels and shampoo everyday. We stayed for two nights and were surprised to see they changed the toothbrushes for new ones. The bathroom could be better but it was good. Breakfast was not great, but jam and cream was awesome. Overall it was great. Highly recommended!

Very comfortable room with a nice view. Breakfast was average and no wifi in the room. They said there was wifi in the lobby but nothing worked.

the best hotel possibly you can stay at in Iran. It is PERFECT in all respects. breakfast is wonderful on a par with Shridon or Hilton really. Staff is well-behaved and professional. The swimming pool is really relaxing and well-designed. the location is awesome.

The reception is not polite at all. Literally 3 star. Carpets in rooms are very old and not clean. The view is good. Breakfast acceptable. Lunch and dinner not recommended at all.
