Only Grameenphone Center in Fraidpur town. You will get all customer service of GP from this point. Their service is good but still, they can improve. No parking. Not wheelchair accessible.

This customer service center is very poor in quality service. The service provider also untrained and non-professional. I do not recommend to visit this point.

I do not have any negative issues about there behaviour, in fact it was well upto the mark. The reason i gave them 4 star because of there location. Its not a place for everyone to go easily because its little bit far from centre area, even its a hospital area which is so crowded and not even a single space parking. So please try to change the area and come closer to new market area.

The service officials are not Grameenphone permanent employees, they are actually contractual, nevertheless service is up to the mark.
