Good Mediterranean halal good. We were in the area and wanted to try good halal place to dine in. This restaurant worked out perfectly for us. Updated fresh look, clean seating area and bathrooms and LED ceiling lights makes it very attractive while enjoying delicious meal. We tried the platter combo which came with everything and we also tried the Jido's burger. Everything was great. If you are not sure about what to order, I'd suggest to ask the owner. He helped us a lot! We would recommend it!

I was excited to see that there's a new Middle Eastern place near me but I was also a little skeptical because I haven't found a good one around here. I decided to give them a try especially because their prices are so reasonable. We got the 6 person platter to try out and it didn't disappoint. The food was plenty, it would definitely feed more than 6 people. Everything was delicious from the chicken/beef kabobs, shawrma, cream chops, and stews. The flavors are just right and everything was cooked perfectly. We will definitely be back to try more. This place is better than anything we've had from Sterling Heights and Dearborn! Update: I ordered a whole lamb (Kouzi) for New Year's Eve 2022 and it was delicious. Everyone that are it raved about how good it was. The meat was very tender and the flavor just right, not too salty or spicy. The rice was also good and not too greasy. We had a person with a nut allergy and they were very accommodating and put the nuts in a separate container. I would definitely order again for another occasion.

I love coming here when I am in town. The friendliest service that makes you feel like a member of the family. The food is delectable. The flavors are vibrant and bold. So far everything I have had has been excellent. I highly recommend you make a visit.

Hands down one of my favorite Middle Eastern food I have had! The food is very fresh and tasty! I couldn’t help but overstuff myself! It’s the type of food that you just want to keep eating! Great service and hospitality! Would definitely come again in the future :)

Absolutely incredible! From the cleanliness, to the decor, to the music, and especially the food. Period. Everything was mind blowing only good! You can tell that they have a passion for food and for people at this place, ordered sandwiches and curry and different appetizers and was blown away by each one! Highly recommend the Turkish coffee turn the meal off as well (as long as you don’t have to sleep for the next two days). Chris, our waiter, was extremely helpful, kind and funny so ask for him if you stop in!

The food and the service here are outstanding. Authentic Iraqi food prepared with love. The shawarma and kabobs are very flavorful. Falafel is fresh and delicious. The soups and the salads are yummy. My brother enjoyed his curry fish and my dad loved his lamb (Kouzi). Highly recommend.

The restaurant was clean and inviting. It was laid back and friendly staff. The taste of the food was amazing and delicious - not too spicy. The food arrives hot and presentation was great. It was an all around great dining experience. I highly recommend it.

This was our first visit to this family owned restaurant. We were served by the owner, she was lovely. She recommended dishes and chatted with us. If we were locals, we’d be back often to try more things on the menu.

This place could be easily missed as it’s tucked back into a little corner at the end of a strip… but that just lends to it’s “secret gem” charm. The food was delicious - from staples like garlic sauce (which is the best I’ve found in the area) and hummus to plates of their house special chicken shawarma fries! Plus, the service was so welcoming and personal. He accommodated all my family’s needs and provided suggestions for things the kids would like. It was all around wonderful experience and will definitely live in our regular restaurant rotation now.

Fantastic food and typically more than we can finish! We got the 6-person tray for 9 people and STILL had food left over. This place has the best ground chicken kabob I've ever had. So good!

Service was exceptional. The food was fresh but I was taken back by how much cumin you could taste on the chicken. It was off putting. The fattoush salad was so so sweet and tasted like they added unnecessary sugar. The cost of the food, WAY OVERPRICED!! Large hummus plate with chicken was $18.99. The hummus was the only "on point" food item. For the price we paid, I would've expected fresh baked bread, not pita in a sandwich bag. Overall, the taste of the food with the insane prices, won't be returning.
