This review is for a 45 minute foot massage and not the full body massage, fir which I suspect my review would be different. In summary I would rate the actual foot massage as a 4 and the ambience, which is important to me, as a 1, so I averaged it out as a 2.5 and rounded down. I had a man give me a massage which I am not used to, but since this was my first foot massage, I looked at him as I see a chiropractor or physical therapist. He had very strong hands so my left foot got a beating and only after I cried ouch a few times that he adjusted the pressure. The right foot was better. The foot massage seats are at the reception area which was very noisy and busy with the owner in the back doing something or welcoming someone. There was no music so when I asked for some, she put Chinese music on here which made me ready to get up and start dancing, so I told her I will play my own music on my own phone. I played one of my favorite Spotify playlists on meditation retreat. It too me a few minutes to remember I had a headset, so I put it on and drowned most of the background noise. I then closed my eyes and about half way into the massage I was able to relax. While there I can hear the full body massage action in the back rooms, so I assume the ambience there was more better but again, no general music in the background. Again, to me the ambience is important and this I will rate this only a 2. Attached is a photo from where I was sitting but avoided included the masseuse and the owner unit for privacy reasons.

Absolutely wonderful! Hidden gem of a place ✨ After weeks of travel and non stop walking around in Florence in some heavy platform DocMarten boots, I found this place by chance, it looked empty. What they lack with location and interior design they make up and go beyond with pure skill. They knew exactly what to and seemed to have been able to track back every step I’ve taken and undo the damage. Absolutely amazing, 1000/10 would go again! Also fun fact we when in as a mother&child, and they were a mother&daughter duo. Turns out my mother and the daughter share a name!

She detected a pain in my shoulder before I told her. Need to said that I was walking, she told me that she wasn't available until the next hour. So I returned. Also, it was specific only cash, but I read beforehand, so I was good. It was 40 corpo and 20 mnts that feel like an hour she press hard, but walking almost 8 miles each day, I need it. I didn't want to be pampered, it was to treat my nodes and deets and I got it. Ready for more days of walking.

I called earlier today to make an appointment for a back massage and feet. It didn't sound like she had time for back so I asked for foot massage for 2 people. She agreed and then said they only take cash, I clarified because I didn't want to pay extra at the ATM because of conversion rates. She said cash only, I was relaying this to my partner and she hung up. So I assumed she was busy and that we just needed to get cash. So we did and paid an extra $16 for conversion rate. Walked 20 minutes to get there and she says "sorry we're busy". I explained that we made an appointment and called and she said no we didn't. I then showed her my phone and she said "oh yea you said you didn't want to pay cash and hung up". That's not what happened. Bottom line, disappointed. She hung up on me and then didn't even take us. Edit for the owner: No YOU hung up the phone, not me. How would I know to confirm an appointment I made 4 hours prior to scheduling it when you didn't tell me that I would need to call back? Your English was fine, your customer service was not. Take some responsibility.

CASH ONLY Excellent. Superb massage - I did 40 min back and shoulder and 45 min foot. She knocked €5 off for the combo I tipped €10 because it was so good. Minimal oil usage, which is great when you’re travelling. Very professional, well trained. English ok but she was trying to tell me something about my feet so we used Google translate. We worth the price.

I went in with my neck & shoulders in a lot of pain from backpacking traveling and the lady at this place took care of my pain and left me feeling so well and relaxed. My 45 minutes neck, shoulders & back massage was the best thing I did at my stop in Firenze. 200% recommended 😊💯 thank you!!

This was one of my best foot massages I have ever had. It was also one of the weirdest booking experiences... I confirmed over WhatsApp, but wasn't exactly sure of prices or what to expect. When we arrived, she thought we were someone else, and needed to call another employee in because me and my friend wanted to get massages at the same time and it was only her working there. It all worked out though, and despite it being pretty warm, it really was an excellent massage and a great value. Would recommend. Make an appointment through WhatsApp ahead of time though

I had both Chinese reflexology and back/neck & shoulder massage and they were very good. Really strong as this type of massage is but good techniques and nice therapists. Really close to the station so if you go to Florence for the day and do lots of walking, it is ideal to visit before heading back. It is better to book as it is a small place with only 2 therapists.
