After having wandered around the city for quite some time, looking for the right restaurant to celebrate our last evening in Florence, we decided to try this pearl. The food was delicious and enough to fill my insatiable boyfriend's stomach completely. Our favorites were the meaty and yet juicy lasagna as well as the brilliantly marinated boar. What really made the dinner an event was the outstanding service, though. Not only was the waitress fluent in English (which is not a given), but also super helpful and almost able to antipicate our needs. She understood the cultural difference at play and didn't treat us like stupid tourists, but knew what aspects of the cuisine needed explanation and which might not. We're happy to plan a stop here whenever we're back in Florence! Best wishes!

One of the better restaurant in city center near the dome. Placed typically on the street (and inside too). The restaurant inside was clean (including toulets) and nice. Food was tasty. We picked meals marked on the menu as Tuscan. Some beef ragout with white beans and beef tripe. Food prices was average. The staff was a litle bit aloof, bud helpful. In total, comparised with many another restaurants in the center of Florance is this restaurant good choise.

Very cozy Italian restaurant near Central station Florence. We had lovely wine and starter. V nice food. Loved it.

The most beautiful little spot! Staying in Florence on my own, I came here two nights in a row to enjoy Ribollita - so delicious and warmed me up on these cold nights! The owner and staff are so lovely and accomodating and the food is absolutely beautiful. Will definitely be coming back again!

Place was very nice especially the waitress she was kind and very friendly. We ordered carbonara and lasagna carbonara was very good in perfect consistency. The lasagna was very tasty but it seemed a bit overcooked. All in all I would recommend a place vicious prices were good eight euro each.

Mediocre place focused on serving passing tourists. Bread wasn’t fresh, lasagna tasted like it was microwaved, spaghetti bolognese was nothing to write home about. The steak was alright. A/C is set to freezing, so if you sit in its vicinity you’ll have a very cold time. We won’t be back and neither should you. There are better places for this money.

I really enjoyed the food and service. The local wine was so good and I'm not a big wine drinker.

Impromptu decision to eat here, mostly because it was only a few minutes from my hotel s Giorgio, I had the place to myself as I was eating at an untraditional time, a long narrow place on a narrow street near Il Mercato Centrale , lovely Interior, it has a few tables and chairs outside too, and a heater for the cooler times. I ordered salad, grilled veg and sautéed spinach, these are my usual order anytime I come to Italy, and again, I was not disappointed, everything was delicious and fresh. I had two glasses of wine, the 2nd one was outside after my dinner, the server put the heater on and made sure I had everything I needed to be comfortable. The bill came to €30.50 . It's a lovely place. I recommend you try it.

Ossobucco was amazing, I highly highly recommend! This was the best food I ate in Florence, i actually ended up eating here twice because I couldnt stop thinking of the ossobucco. The sage butter ravioli and veg soup were also very tasty. The drinks were good (I got the aperol spritz and a beer) and the tiramisu was delightful.

Really simple, but delicious food. Definitely a great first impression of Florence's bustling food scene. Our server was lovely and funny. Highly recommend.

Good service with english speaking staff and menu. Antipasti I ordered had quite tasty patê and tomatoes. Wine glasses prices are a bit above the average, but still acceptable.

We stopped here after city walking on a very hot day! We just wanted drinks and because of the shade the street provides, it was very relaxing! I don’t give 5* because we didn’t eat at all

One of the best! This is the second time I am in Florence and after the first time I made an effort to find this place again because the food is extraordinarily good! The service is great, typical Tuscan cuisine with fresh and awesome food. And I know what great food is because I own 2 restaurants :)

Food were fine but the service wasn’t. The server brought up our order of appetizer, salad and pasta all at once. He never came back to clean up emptied dish so we had to stack unfinished dish on top of emptied ones. And he asked for service fee at the end, which we paid but didn’t think he deserved it.

Lasagna was good that much I’ll grant them. Service was quick too. I ordered a glass of the house red though and there was an off note to it like a moldy bathroom smells. Also it cost me more than I’d expect a meal in Italy to. Overall you pay for a good setting, being in the heart of Florence and the food is decent. Just don’t order the house wine!
