Food is great, service is very quick! Mississipi beef is amazing! Staff are speaking english!

I order crispy bacon burger it was really really unprofessional burger that I ever ate in my life they just made burger in so hurry it was not order even chicken patty lettuce leaves came outside from burger and it's not Mal with burger it's horrible

Well… Where I can start? The server was rude and apparently hates USA costumers, my wife and I ordered both steak and she asked about how we wanted our meat cooked we both said medium well and apparently here they don’t use or know that term. She said either Medium or Well Done nothing more. I tried to explain her medium well was in the middle of both between medium and well done, she cut me off immediately saying “That’s in America, here in Italy is either Medium or Well Done”, we said okay that’s fine and picked Medium. 25 minutes later this picture I added is the steak I got. It was the hardest, uncooked and impossible to chew steak of my life, at that point I paid and left that place forever. Never to return… thanks God.

Went here for lunch, waited to be seated no one came. We had to ask them to be seated. There were lots of free table. Ordering- There were 3 waiter which we ask all 3 of them to order, they said only one person takes order. Ask the waiter who takes the order twice, was ask to wait rudely. Food not worth it. Bad vibes

I went with Mexican in-laws, they were not impressed with the food. Service was non-existent. We waited 30min to be seated and when we were the waiter would help other tables instead of all of the tables in the back. This meant a couple that got there 20 min after us ate and left before we got our food. A waitress then came in saying she was new and learning... We have no problem with that we do have a problem with the previous waiter avoiding us after he saw us waiving him down.

I went there to eat dinner. I came at 18:30 when the restaurant just opened. When I was ready to order I ask the waiter to please take my order, he ask me to wait, I waited, I asked again after a few minutes and got the same answered. I left after a while waiting for none to come and take my order. I don’t know how the food is but the service wasn’t good.

We're from the US and the food in Italy can be hard to get uses to. But Old Wild West has amazing American tasting food. The servers were very friendly and would check on us throughout our visit. I had the chicken wings. They were very tasty.

The ambience from the restaurant is really great, but the service has immense potential. Somehow you can feel, that the motivation of the team is missing, where is the smile in the face, when you serve guests? Is this, how you would like to have your service, when you are at an reataurant? The restaurant didn't open on time - opening time as per description on the door is 18:30. The Burgers are tasty, but by the time the plate reaches the table, the french fries are not hot anymore and that with only 20-30% occupation rate in the restaurant. I have no clue, what the restaurant manager does. Read the ratings and do something about it! Please improve.

Not my first time here but it was a stop before the movie, I took the wrap san Diego which was delicious 😋, the only thing that the service was a little bit slow when we expected our stop will be fast. We also had 10% off when we showed the cinema tickets.

Insanely slow and bad service. Ordered a takeout and it was cancelled out of the blue, without any explanation whatsoever, after I waited for it almost 2 hours. If I could give negative stars, I would. Do not recommend.

The staff is happy to help and serve, and always smiling. I have been and ate here a couple of times, and everytime I've been here, I always enjoyed it. I would personally suggest Santa Fe, but instead of spinach, try it with vegetables.

Good American style Western theme restaurant. Close the Hilton Garden Inn Florence. The food has good portions and tasty. I also like that they have some Brazilian and Argentine dishes.

I came to visit my friend here in Firenze and we wanted to eat burgers after watching the World Cup. We had to wait a lot, service was slow. We ordered 2 hamburgers, they took a lot of time to bring the food, it was cold and not like the pictures in the menu. We finished eating and stared feeling sick right away. We had to run back home and we got diarrhea and started throwing up. We are both with such a stomachache after eating here. It tasted kinda good but idk what do they put on the food but it’s not good. Never going back. Feeling super sick.

This chef should be fired. He has no idea whatsoever what he is doing. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. This is what you get when you order nachos and PAY EVEN MORE FOR EXTRA CHEESE.

They were so racist and rude to us. Didn't even bother after we kept calling them.. We waited for nearly 30 minutes to get an order.. So disappointed and I really love old wild west 😔😔
