Conveniently located, open late for night owls like us. Fast service. The basil/pesto pizza sauce & crust was not my absolute favorite but the mushroom topping tasted great.

We went there after seeing so many good reviews. Sadly, we were disappointed. We had ordered Bruschetta however, it was cold as if chef just gave us fresh loaf of bread. Pizza was also okay okay. Didn't find anything exceptional. It was supposed to rain and we were seating outside with no more people in queue. I requested them to go inside if table gets empty. They said NO and I was okay with it till I saw them offering other customers to move inside as rain started. Atmosphere was very noisy. But can't blame the restaurant as it is located in very busy area. In the end, I gave feedback to the lady and she waived Bruschetta from the bill so can say that some staff was surely reasonable.

Extra tasty and Quality pizza. Kind and friendly service. We tried several pizzas and they were alla excellent. Amazing dough, tasty ingredients. Real Italian pizza. P. S. The only negative is the 2,70€/person for the service.

This is the best pizza I've ever tasted in Florence. Pizza that is consistently excellent and comes in a wide range of styles and toppings. Additionally, the service is quick. With this location, you can't go wrong.

The gluten free dough was such a good surprise, it was the best I've ever tried. All the pizzas we tried were awesome, really tasty and I would definitely go back! Paradise, our waitress, was lovely and kind; it's always appreciated to get such a nice service. Highly recommend if you wanna eat a good pizza while in Florence! The only reason I'm not giving 5* is because it was quite hot in the restaurant, but apart from that, nothing to say! Nb: the gluten free dough pizza is the one with the burrata in the middle - I'm telling you, it was delicious!

If you are looking for a pizza spot in Florence, I highly recommend visiting Mister Pizza. You will find a variety of delicious pizzas there that match with a nice craft beer. A cosy place with nice music. What's also very important is you can go there with your dog! I would also like to say very positive words about the waiter, Daniela. Very nice person who fluently speaks Italian, English and also Spanish. Amazing!

The Mister Pizza next to the duomo is really good - I've gone there several times over the years and love it each time. This one, however, is really bad. The pizza was soggy and strange combination of completely burnt or raw. HOWEVER, this is not the reason for my review. I came here last week and was asked for my COVID pass whilst the waitress started questioning me on where I'm from. I said 'the UK' and she said 'no...originally'. Given that she didn't ask anyone else (there were several other locals and tourists who came in - one of whom was not wearing a mask) for their passes but she asked for mine when commenting on my ethnicity, it felt like the only reason she asked is because of my skin colour. I asked her about it after and she said she 'forgot' to ask the others for their COVID passes, and that she wasn't treating me differently. I would like to believe that's true but, going forward, the staff at Mister Pizza need to be consistent - either ask everyone or ask no one.

Right from the start, Katy, the waitress, was exceptional. She was kind, caring, attentive, helpful, and friendly. Her friendliness made the entire evening even more enjoyable. And now, as for the food, it was simply delicious! I started with the Prosciutto and Burrata as an appetizer, followed by the Pugliese pizza and a chocolate dessert. The food was prepared quickly and had an authentic flavor that made me feel like I was in Italy. Katy managed the entire restaurant with skill, ensuring that every customer was satisfied. Her service was impeccable. Furthermore, the price was a pleasant surprise. I paid less than 40 euros for everything, including the starter, pizza, dessert, wine, and water. I consider it a very reasonable price for such a delicious culinary experience. In conclusion, Mister Pizza is definitely a place I would recommend to anyone looking for excellent pizza and outstanding service. Thanks to Katy and the restaurant for making my evening so special. I will definitely be back!

Great late nice pizza spot. We got great service and splendid pizza with appetising crust. The ability to get vegan cheese to account for the Great Fast was a huge plus.

One of the BEST gluten free pizza I've eaten! The crust was absolutely amazing (fluffy, light, chewy, tasted like REAL SOURDOUGH), tasty tomato sauce and just enough cheese! I hate that I don't live in a country where this place is - otherwise I would order pizza from Mister Pizza all the time. Thanks for making my Florence trip even more amazing! We spent three days in Florence and ate at Mister Pizza twice :D

The anchovy was too salty for me. Nice vibes and good service. The dough is also chewy and good but I think they could have been more generous with the toppings.

I can say that MISTER PIZZA IS THE BEST! Their light pizza was very addicting, my friends never stopped ordering after I offered them a slice! It's also good that they are offering a wide variety of gluten free pizza, perfect for everyone, right? I will definitely comeback here!!!

The Toscana Pizza was very tasty. You could tell they specialize in making pizza and are good at it. The service was very nice and got my mother a beautiful salad improvised out of ingredients they had even tho they don't serve them usually. The products are of high quality and i very recommend this place

Their gluten free pizza is my most favorite! With their wide variety of gluten free pizza, I was able to choose based on my liking and without worrying too much due to health reasons. I love Mr. Pizza! Typing this review even makes me hungry. Can't wait to eat their pizza again!

I don't give five stars easily. So glad I tried this place! I had walked by Mister Pizza for weeks. Its modern design gives it the appearance of a newer chain restaurant. As a tourist, you want to go to the old rustic "authentic" Italian pizzerias, and this just doesn't look like that from the outside. I read a food guide though that recommended this place, especially for gluten-free and lactose -free folks, and since it's close to where I'm staying I thought I'd try it out. And I'm so glad I did! I got the Sicilian, and it tasted great. The cheese, pistachio, and the CRUST made it amazing. I would be sad for any gluten-free or lactose-free friend who thought they couldn't enjoy pizza in Italy. While I got the normal version, I'm confident that their dietary options are as good as the real thing. Most notably though, my server was fantastic. Her name was Nastaran, and I really loved that she smiled. For no reason. It made my night getting dinner alone served by her. Thank you and keep smiling Nastaran! p.s. I can't tell you how many biking delivery boys were constantly in and out of here. It must be popular with locals too.

10/10! The gluten free pizza is amazing—the best gluten free dough my friend and I have ever had. The servers were also incredibly nice and very quick! The only downside is that it is quite small and very busy, so you may have to wait for a bit to be seated, but you can also make a reservation! The terrace is also very nice. We liked it so much that we went twice!

We were trying to find a place to eat a good pizza and we stumbled across this place. The pizza was great, I would say the best I’ve ever had. Please give my compliments to the chef. The staff were very friendly especially Noemi, making the place come alive. Every restaurant should have people like Noemi, friendly and with a smile on their face. If you find yourself in Piazza del Duomo you should definitely check this place out.

Me and my friend liked the pizza! But we need to wait over an hour to eat. Several people who arrived after us received the pizzas and even though we asked several times it took this long.

The pizza was good. The wait for the pizza to be cooked was short. Customer service was good. I would return!

I recommend this place if you are pizza lovers, my favorite was pizza with mozzarella and truffles, and other pizzas are good. The pizzeria is located in the city center and the ambience is solid for this type of restaurant. The staff was very kind and this is one of the reasons why I give 5 stars to Google Maps. The pizza was okay (below-average but not terrible) but the experience we had the service was so uncomfortable. We received a “voucher” online for a free pizza and the waitress’s explanation of what we get for this voucher was entirely misleading. She told us we could spend up to a certain amount of money and get it for free with the voucher we had. She told us to go ahead and order started etc (which we wouldn’t have otherwise wanted) and then in the end charged us for everything. Her attitude was very bad and I would recommend to never use one of their vouchers!

So good we came twice. Delicious gluten free and lactose free pizza at Mister Pizza. Menus are available in English as well. We loved the tiramisu and cremoso al pistachio (both GF and LF). Fantastic friendly service from Pardis and thank you to pizza chef.

Terrible. My recommendation to the chef is as follows: (1) Take 1 EUR from the service fees you collect from your customers for the worst pizzas ever, (2) Take a daily trip to Rome, (3) Go to the Trevi Fountain, (4) Use the 1 EUR described in step (1) to make the following wish: "I hope I will make a decent pizza in 2024" Best investment that MisterPizza can make for themselves. The service and behavior of the personnel was like commons and artificial. Pizza was ok with the geeens but better can be found with a sincere atmosphere. The service fee per person is high, it was said that a part of it goes charity but I prefer help the charity myself. I would like to thank the restaurant owner for the comment and kind reply. However, I can now add something that I was hesitant to write. You said that you can benefit from wi-fi service within the service fee, so why when I asked the waitress if I could get the wifi password, she replied that we cannot provide wi-fi?! Unfortunately this confirmed my opinion about your serving staff. She is being personal not professional.
