Really great food for an affordable price, great atmosphere, I ate there on a Sunday night and there was basically no one which I thought was too bad, because this place is really worth it !

I enthusiastically endorse this establishment. It deviates from the conventional Italian restaurant paradigm. Nevertheless, its courteous staff consistently delivers delectable culinary creations. If you seek a nearby dining option, I unequivocally recommend this establishment😃

This place is not your typical Florentine restaurant. The food design and menu is a lot more up market than the price point belies. We visited on a Sunday and it was fairly empty. The owner told us they catered mainly for locals, who tend to visit during the week and not on the weekend. Well it’s everyone else’s loss. We loved the food here. It felt quite special but without the hefty prices. The grilled Octopus and Seared Tuna dishes were so delicate and fresh. Of course they also have pasta dishes, which are a little more interesting than the normal Carbonara or Pomodoro. You would be missing out if you glossed over this restaurant. Definitely worthwhile visiting if you want to try something which doesn’t include the typical Florentine steak.

Best bistro in the town. Really a great place to enjoy fresh fish ,great tartare and very very beautiful place. Highly recomanded and the best experience. Keep going on like this guy's.

This place is the best restaurant I have been in years. I have visited over 30 countries and eaten at the best restaurants in the world and I can honestly say that this is one of the best. This chef will surely receive an award and the restaurant will be booked solid. So you better get to this place soon now that you can!!

Taking advantage of tourists. If you speak English they will charge you extra. I would recommend somewhere more trustworthy. When I confronted the waiter they ended up giving me the money they owed. Buyer beware!!! Edit: I did not receive a receipt. I wanted to sit at a table but couldn’t due to no room. I then purchased some drinks while we waited. Purchased 2 beers and was charged €7each. When I went outside and enjoyed my beverage I saw that the drink purchased was €6 on the menu. I went in and asked and the waiter then smiled like he knew he was caught in a lie and then gave me my two euro back. We did not stay for dinner after that. It’s not hate it’s what happened and predatory.

Homemade tagliatelle with prawns and lime zest as a starter and beef fillet with truffle as main course were simply fantastic! The service was very good, my wine was served exactly as requested (with the steak). The best place in Florence from what i have experienced here so far. Highly recommended!!

In the center of  Florence I found "Murales Bistro" restaurant (@ristorantemuralesbistro) and It was love at first sight. I was impressed with the high quality of food, the people,  the atmosphere,  the mood, the music, the design, the murals and the prices. The harmony between what you have on the plate and what surrounds the plate is perfect. I come to eat,  drink, have a good time and repeat. Highly recommended!

Nice and quiet place, the tartars were very tasty. The service was good.

The bistro has very good food, freshly made and we really enjoyed it. We got also the booking from fork application and get 30% discount so it was really cheap for the quality we got :) especially we enjoyed the meat marinated in wine and the tiramisu :)

Murales Bistro is everything you could want from an Italian restaurant. We ate here twice in our four night stay because of the food AND the staff. We were blown away by the freshness and attentiveness and the elevated menu options. You could watch the chefs work while enjoying a fun atmosphere. We could not be happier with this find and recommend it to anyone coming to Florence. Go! Support this amazing restaurant! I had the feeling that this place is trying to build a fine-dining experience (a la bistro) but they are not yet there… therefore, my expectations were not entire met - although the food was great! ✅ the bread selection was amazing. most tasteful bread I’ve had in Florence! ❓the salmon antipasto was very mediocre. there was no connection between the salmon and the rest of the plate ✅ the prawn tartare was a great surprise. it could be more in terms of creativity and complexity of total taste but it was nice ✅ the soufflé was great ❓the wine selection is limited (but that’s quite similar in most restaurants here) I’d definitely come back here next time but without the expectation to get something extraordinary/exceptional. Murales is perfect place to get a great dinner. it’s a Bistro+

My friend and I stumbled on this cute restaurant while roaming the streets of Florence trying to decide on dinner. We were drawn to this menu because of the diversity of dishes somewhat different from what we have seen in the area. It was a relaxed vibe inside with the added pleasure of being able to see the chef and kitchen staff work. Food was delicious. I recommend the beef. I will be back soon to try the duck breast and dessert.

Hidden gem - the murals are an interesting modern counterpoint to the Renaissance reminders that you stumble into everywhere in Firenze. We a group of 7 walked in when the restaurant opened and had a good time. The dishes were presented beautifully and tasted as well as they looked… the service was just right. Leaving us alone to enjoy our dinner and conversation… our favorite dishes of the evening were: Appetizers: poached egg and carrot, calamari and chips, shrimp/burrata on fritters & the fish of the day.

Honestly, we stumbled across this place accidentally and it was the best pasta of my entire life. It was late afternoon and the venue was quiet but still had great atmosphere. The staff were all very kind, spoke English well, and let us take our time. I ordered a linguine with prawn and lime in a slightly creamy sauce - a mix I'd never had before - and I cannot describe the joy it gave me. It was well priced, good value, fast to arrive and just the right serving size. My heart wanted more but my belly said no.

This restaurant is amazing! The owner GG is very nice and accommodating. The dishes are unique and flavorful surrounded by a fun atmosphere. Definitely give this spot a try.

The food looks amazing, but usually that goes together with the basics of pairing flavours and aromas. I can't say that was the case at Murales..! I just found they're trying to be something they're not. Food looked very nice, but they didn't achieve much more than that. The result was fairly pricey, just as the wines they offer.

After a lot of positive reviews, we’ve decided to have dinner at Murales Bistro. We’ve passed the entrance of the restaurant because it was hardly noticeable. After we’ve found the place the first thing we saw that the lighting was too bright and there were only 6 guests having dinner. We’ve decided to stay and that was a big mistake. The host was only interested in one other couple that was in the restaurant. Even though there were only 6 guests inside the host hardly had eyes for us and it took a while before he noticed us. The food was ok, but the service far below par. The open kitchen gave as good view of the kitchen. We saw the chef was working very disciplined en everything looked very clean. Maybe when this place would hire a real host to serve the guests this place will have potential. If it continues like it was tonight they probably will not have more guest over a Saturday night as they had this night. So I give three starts and that is only because the quality of the food.

Just in the city center of Firenze, one street from Piazza de la Signoria you can find this amazing restaurant with a lot a amazing food prepared in front of you. The quality is excellent!!! Recommended!

Ottimo! Amazing place with exquisite cuisine, one of the best Pasta alla Carbonara I've ever tried (and I've tried a lot)). Modern and classical menu at the same time. Great balance. Opened just a month ago, so not very known for the moment. Great place to have a lunch and dinner and not to be disappointed (that is quite possible in the center of Florence)

Fine plates in a contemporary intimate setting, but tuna tataki was overpriced , and the music could be more exquisite.

Was looking for fresh fish, and found this place. Walkable from down town, super cute decor and the fish was very fresh and well prepared. Had the tuna tartare and tuna tataki which were both fantastic. Also got the potatoes and salad. (Salad didn’t have dressing but I put olive oil on it (kind of strange but maybe that’s fine on purpose? ) After dinner they gave us free glass of lemoncello! Overall a great dining experience. Not quite 5 starts but pretty close.
