Location is good but entrance is not easy to find. Room is good as clean and well organize. They have extra blanket, coke, tea & coffee provide in room free of charge. Wi-Fi speed ok as well. Check in process is Wonderful as staff introduce a lot of things to help us. Price is a bit pricy vs quality for all in general. Recommended ;)

This is one of the nicest and friendliest places we have stayed so far in Italy. Simona is the BEST hostess anyone could wish for! The rooms are nice and clean and get cleaned every day. Very very very friendly welcome, post Arrival and arrival … Simona is very knowladgeble and tells you all about the sights and the City. From us it’s a full 5 star review and every Euro well spent! PS. check out their website for good deals and same or cheaper prices to keep the money where it belongs! To the small hardworking businesses like La Torre dei Salterelli!

Positives: great location, good beds with a good size. Good wifi. Negatives: - there was a pungent smell from the restaurant below, which affected our sleep. We told the staff, but they only sprayed the rooms with some perfume, which want enough to curb the smell. - the air conditioning was weak, but as a disclaimer, it was a hot week in Florence that week. - the fridge in our room wasn’t working, which was a bummer.

A well located and comfortable two-star hotel, but they could work on their transparancy towards customers. Few things that are exceptionally good are: 1. It’s really clean. I’m allergic to dust, so I brought my air purifier with me. In most hotels, that device will immediatelly go on max because of the amount of dust it detects. Not here. 2. The pressure of the shower is good. Most hotels have a weaker stream. 3. We always bring our own hair dryer, but you don’t need one here because it’s that good. 4. The location is terrific, it’s a few steps away from the square where Palazzo Vecchio is located. So you’re in the heart of the city. Most sight seeings are on 10-15 mins walking distance away from the hotel. 5. Very decent price. We paid around 190 euro’s for two nights in August ‘21. One note: If you have laundry, they can act as intermediary for you. But I absolutely do not recommend it, the third party who takes care of the laundry charges a lot (3 shirts, 2 shorts and 4 boxers costed me 30 euro’s..) They say it’s ironed, but they don’t fold it properly so you won’t notice the difference. Also, they damaged my shirt with the iron machine.

This place gets the highest praise. It was a welcome respite. With very friendly and helpful lady and just a few steps from Ponte Vecchio. The room was very quiet and clean. The shower was so nice and very modern! They give you many freebies including a bottle of wine! However there is no breakfast.

Superb location, very clean, very helpful staff (Simona and Pietro). It is difficult to find (especially as it appears to operate under 3 different names), the elevator is tiny, and there is a bit of a weird smell in the hallways. As is typical, the rooms are scattered throughout the apartment block. Shower was excellent and modern, and considerably more spacious than usual. There is no breakfast served, but that scarcely matters because of the number of places just a short walk away. For a short stay right in the heart of Florence, recommended.

I loved this hotel. They thoughtfully provided everything you need on a trip: coffee maker and hot water boiler with coffee, tea, sugar, etc., small refrigerator stocked with water and soft drinks on the house, small room with comfortable chairs, a table, a place to put your luggage, windows with blackening shades. They provided incredible directions and very helpful information without even asking. The staff (especially Guilio who greeted me cheerfully late into the night and made sure I arrived safely, contacting me by WhatsApp inquiring on my arrival time) was so friendly, I was delighted to interact with them. I wish I had stayed more days. The only one small negative was that the floor in the extreme corners was not swept well, but admittedly, I didn't get a chance to tell them so that they could fix that. The location was absolutely perfect, and on a small quiet side street, but literally feet away from everything.

Clean, friendly staff, adequate facilities, and small but comfortable rooms in exceptional location. Highly recommended.

The location is great but this isn’t a hotel it’s a guest house. It’s in a block of flats, the building is old and has an odd smell to it. The junior suite is pretty much like a small one bedroom flat and the walls are thin, you can hear outside noise. The bathroom is kinda small and there is rustiness as well. The best thing about this place is the location if not the rooms are very basic and it’s not easy to locate.

Not a hotel and would not describe as a B&B as there is no breakfast. Good location but very difficult to find as there are no markings of a hotel. Friendly staff, but not not much in the way of amenities. Nice touch with a free bottle of wine - thanks! The room was large and nice which we enjoyed. The shower facilities were very basic and I would imagine would be quite difficult for a large person. Good value, but not 5 star.

A very well placed hotel that is just in the heart of shopping area. Hotel entrance is a little hard to find......has attached the picture of door. Hotel room is spacious and we'll kept. Toilet was clean and well furnished. Even has air freshener beside the bed. Nearby had all the shops and food much needed with a great pizza shop just from the rear exit area. Overall would love to come back for stay if revisiting florence.

Great location and the room was well appointed and quiet. The electric shutters in our room meant that it was still dark even when the sun was setting - perfect for a good sleep. The memory foam bed was very comfy. Staff were very friendly.

The best parts of the property are that it is located very close to many of Florence’s most famous landmarks and the staff was helpful. But it misrepresents itself as a BNB (no breakfast, couple floors in an otherwise residential building) and is lacking in many other amenities for the price (room had bare concrete floor, no hair conditioner, oily/stained carpet in hallways, only one key which can be difficult with 2 people since you need the key to turn on the lights, etc). Not worth 200+ euro. Would not recommend.
