Firstly I would like to say, do not stay here, the woman who greeted me was extremely rude and unfriendly. She snatched my booking out of my hand and ordered my passport. I said my husband was still in the car and where can we park. she raised her eyebrows and looked at me as if I was an idiot, and that the whole process was a big trouble to her, she grabbed a map and pointed about 2 km away to public parking. then said give my your passport. The place was dirty, dark and very old. It smelt. I decided this was not the way I wanted to spend my holiday. She did not speak any English and just kept raising her eyebrows as if the whole time, warning DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT A GOOD HOLIDAY

The place smells very bad and the customer service is very poor. THIS IS A GUEST HOUSE, not an hotel, consider this before you book.

THANK YOU for another amazing stay! Stayed at this hotel 3 years ago. Love their DELUX room with garden view. Nicely renovated room. Fair price. Kettle, tea, coffee for everybody’s use in the shared space. Super friendly host. Came without any reservation and they checked us in within 5 min. Highly recommended.

Air con is a con..had much better stays for less elsewhere but needed aircon so thought ok.. place was a bit of a back street dive. There was a heatwave then too sun came up on one window and down on other so had to keep the black curtains shut all day couldn't open the windows cos it was even warmer. It was depressing and they have me a little fan. It was the most expensive weekend I've had and having no relief at all from the heat meant it wasn't enjoyed either.

Ok place. Not so great. The bathroom shower was broken. Also the flushing system was so slow in the comode. But the receptionist was very good and helpful.

10 minutes walk from the center We made a mistake with our reservation, and the place was willing to help us free of charge. The room was comfortable. It's on the first floor, but the elevator did not work when we were there.

Communication was great with reception for late check in, room was clean and great location.

Good location, we arrived late but they were nice and allowed us to check in late. It was so clean but the mattress was a bit hard.

Beautiful room in the heart of Florence!! Value for money. Kind staff. But it need refresh inside.
