Took my family here and the food was great. A lot of black people in Ft. Smith. Good for them.

There aren’t many decent buffets in the area. After moving back to Fort Smith, I was surprised that Western Sizzlin had went down hill and Catfish Cove was out of business. Golden Corral always has a pretty good selection… fresh items on the salad bar, several dessert option, rolls are almost always great, the roast is one of my sons’ favorites, pizza isn’t bad, and there’s always numerous options from mashed potatoes, green veggies, baked potatoes with all the fixings, usually some sort of meat being carved to order, etc. The place usually needs to keep up with cleaning the tables, floors, and bathrooms a little better, but I know that’s a little tough to keep pristine when so many customers are in and out all day. You can always ask your server for a cup of coffee if that’s something you want. Overall, we’ll be back occasionally. Lunch definitely seems to be the better bang for your buck. Military discount is offered… it’s not much (maybe 5% or so), but better than nothing. Either way, we’ll be back. Not somewhere we want to go every week, but once a month or so we usually feel like going👍🏼.

This Golden Corral is super clean and their food bars look beautiful. If you've been to the one just outside of Memphis or even the one in Little Rock, don't let that sway you from trying this one in Van Buren. It's a hundred percent better than either one of those. The staff were super friendly oh, the wait staff was second to none. Five stars all the way around from my family.

This has always been our family gathering place. The price for 4 was pricy with one kid kid buffet total amount $71. The buffet for the first time was disgusting. The salad bar fair but all mixed with other items but you could tell the lady was trying to keep maintained. The steaks were dry and over cooked to a jerky taste. We wasn't greeted at all by any of the cooks seemed to be in the way of there conversations. The dessert was also old the banana pudding was brown and peach cobbler was dried out. They weren't busy just a very disappointing time. Very disappointing.

It took my family here and they are really trying to recover after pandemic wiped them out. Go eat there and support local businesses. I would give them higher ratings but my wife asked for a steak well done and got back a leather belt. It is a great place to take kids and their dessert buffet has a lot of variety. I miss the chocolate fountain.

A lot of food tasted watered down. Staff was mean mugging us the entire time, including my son. Paid $30 and it wasn't good. I ended up eating a salad and a little bread pudding. Everything else I tried was terrible!

Spent 100 dollars for my husband and I and our 3 kids. Since when is 12 considered an adult? So the prices are too high then after paying 100 to get in there was barely anything good to eat. Could’ve spent less going to Texas Roadhouse with us getting an actual good meal.

Golden Corral has always been a "go to" for me and my husband. This last visit on 5/17 was so disappointing. I went to get my plate and asked the "grill master" for a piece of medium rare steak. He flopped, yes flopped, me a piece of meat that was so over cooked I couldn't eat it. Then I went to get some potato's and gravy and watched them POUR a new tray of potato's with the last ones. I have been eating mashed potatoes for 5 decades and I can promise you, potatoes should not be able to pour anywhere. The "grill master" kept wandering away from the grill and going into the dessert section, and came back with a handful of some kind of dessert. Then he would wander around the restaurant. It's no wonder that my steak was over done because nobody was behind the grill, watching it, and then my husband witnessed him coughing, when he finally did come back, over the steakes and not once covering his mouth. Golden corral has always been a place for me and my husband to go since it's just the two of us, but lately we've been watching it go downhill. I think the manager needs to take a long hard look at what's going on around him and make some changes before he looses all of his customers. We were not the only ones complaining about it.

It seems to stay fairly busy and full of people. The food is pretty good and it's a buffet style, so you can pick and choose what you want to eat. Customer service was very polite every time I've been there and helpful if needed. The price has gone up, but it's still not to bad for all that you get!

I chose Golden Coral Buffet at least 2xs a month for family that's un to visit or just dinner out, I haven't ever got sick from any food from here it's always fresh, hot or cold the restaurant is always clean, the buffet is always clean n most of the time the food buckets are kept full, if anything I would recommend the bathrooms to be checked on throughout the busiest times of the day. It's excellent food, different food choices, n always hot or cold whichever the food bar the food came out of, the workers behind the food bars are always busy making sure everything is fully stocked for the customers and also clean n presentable, the waitress or waiters are also so helpful if there's questions about what something is or even when the drinks needs to be refilled most of the time I have been here the drinks are kept full or a new glass of your drink choice is sitting on your table before your current drink is finished, they also take the dirty dishes from your table as the visit goes, I would highly recommend Golden Corral in Ft.Smith Ar to family, friends, or business associates for lunch or dinner.

Love coming here because you can bring your family and it always has something on the food bar that each of us like. Cool awesome atmosphere and the staff is knowledgeable and caring to your needs.

I paid over $17 for a senior buffet and most of the food I got was inedible. The macaroni and cheese was too mushy. The squash was tasteless. I ended up with a couple of chicken strips and a good salad. The french fries were okay. Even the pecan pie did not taste good and I am not a picky eater. Most of my friends tease me about being too easy to please whenever we go out to eat at a restaurant but not this time.

I used to love this place as a kid but the last few times have been horrible. Cold and bland food. The server was only at our table once to check our receipt and never stopped by to see if we needed refills on our drinks. I asked a lady in the bakery desert area a question she looked at me rolled her eyes then walked away without a word or an answer. The question was if she had any small plates or bowls as there were none out. Too expensive for the poor quality of food and the disdain the employees seem to have for the customers.

Had lunch here for the first time in several years. I was very surprised at the quality of food and the atmosphere was very nice as well. The food was fresh and hot and the buffet was well stocked, the dessert bar was well stocked too. Would definitely recommend this location.

Food is awesome. Restaurant has been completely remodel and is very clean inside with no weird smell! Service is good! Prices are through the roof! But lots and lots of options. Nice big meeting rooms in the back that can be reserved. Staff very accommodating to handicap.

We come to Golden Corral for dinner twice a month. Tonight we noticed they moved food items where they make no sense. Pepper, onions and mushrooms before the steak? It ends up underneath it...or the line of folks is in the way. Food was old, cold and run down tonight. The soup had 3" in it with a heavy crust on top. Not fresh and hot like it always has been. We hope this doesn't happen again. We would hate to have to go elsewhere.

Food all kinds great! Our server disappeared with different colored hair after introducing herself, but another young waitress helped us and all of her tables also! I did let the manager know of our waitress disappearing and tables full of dirty dishes. And commented on other waitress helpfulness.

1. For starters it cost us $47.09 for two of us and a 4 year old and that’s with a 10% discount. 2. My wife found mold on her butter packet when she opened it. We showed our waitress and she took it to her manager. She came back with a story from her manager saying it way dye from the ink on the film. (It was hairy and green, the ink was black) 3. The waitress came by asking if she could get us something. One of us asked for a to-go coke. She informed us it was ??? extra if we wanted it to-go. Sad day when one of our long time favorites fell this hard on quality. Even our 4 year old says I quote “it was shewy, let’s not come back”.

Thanksgiving buffet. It's $20 and with prices at the grocery stores, this is a pretty good deal. A tomato will cost you $2 now days at the store. Anyway, we left happy and full.

We came for Thanksgiving Dinner it was amazing we stood in line for one hour and 20 minutes it went smooth no one was upset Everyone was Happy it was Weird but GREAT the place did a fantastic job all the way around

When we travel we eat Golden Corral across the country it's always very good

Ok, bear with me. The exterior looks like a Golden Corral from 1987. The interior has been completely remodeled. Drink service and plate removal is instant and polite. Food options are comparable to good Golden Corrals. One time, I told someone behind the counter the lettuce was frozen and going bad, immediately replaced. That's the only thing that I have that could be construed as "bad". Great offering by a chain restaurant.

Golden corral is amazing!! Especially for holidays! They are super busy for holidays so me and my family we go the day before, So we don't have to deal with the crowds. A lot better than cooking at home. The turkey was perfect.

We had a rehearsal dinner in the party rooms and could not have been happier with the staff. They went above and beyond and management made reservations easy for us. Our food was great and it made feeding a very diverse crowd a piece of cake!!!

The food was really good, but the service is exceptional. Raedan has been our server both times we've dined here, and she was wonderful. She was attentive, kind, and welcoming. We never had to ask for refills and our plates were cleared almost immediately after we finished with them. Overall it was a great dining experience.

The food was very good. The place was clean table was clean and our waitress was nice. The only bad thing was that there's a few workers who talk bad about the customers. The workers speak Spanish, and I think they think no one knows what there saying. One of them behind the buffet leanen over to another worker and call me a fat pig. I speak Spanish and it hurt my feelings. I think you may want to check your staff.

Went in at 7:50pm and they close at 9. We were afraid the food would be getting old and cold, definitely not the case. Food kept coming out and was fresh and hot and well stocked. Everyone was very nice. Place was clean, food was good and people were nice, can't ask for much more than that.

The lady working our area made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us a few times during our meal. She was very sweet. Food was good, empty trays got replenished quickly. Great experience.

Recently remodeled and looked great! Very clean and food was excellent. The piece of steak I had was tender and juicy. It would rival any steakhouse. Where else can you go and eat to your heart's content with such a variety for under $20?

Went for a Date night had a great food. Everything was fresh or tasted it anyway. I had a little of just about everything and the only issue I had a was the dressing was runny but it was fresh so they probably put extra water to be absorbed over time. Had a great selection of desert I got ice cream cookies cake had hot fudge and hot Carmel.Our server was awesome she checked on us quite often. We will be back. Prices are according.

Breakfast with great company before bible class was excellent, really... I miss coming here and Mr. Daryll(sorry don't know how to spell your name...but your character is unforgettable 💯🤗) on the omelettes,eggs,etc. Is such a humourous gentle and fun-loving man and great cook👌🏾👏🏾🥰🥰🥰

It was good a little pricey for no more than we eat. I should have just got a Togo box. I understand some people eat a lot. Bread was tough and dessert was to dry. It was around 6:30 pm

Went on Jan 2nd. Clean place and friendly employees. The food was good and our waitress was very attentive and sweet. My husband had an omelet made and said it was very good and cooked perfectly. Awesome experience. 👍🏼

They are slow and act like they don't care. I stood there for 5-10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. I even ordered ahead and had to wait an extra 10 minutes for them to get the order finished. I waited there longer than it should've took to cook the order. Not worth the money.
