Five stars rot Denny’s this Veterans Day. Great service even though the place was packed. Complimentary Original Grand Slam breakfast. Michael took great care of me and all the other tables in his section. A great way to start the day!

Awesome food but my God them girls were tweaking so hard. I swear we thought the one chick was gonna chew her jaw off. The other girl was crying how busy is was (only 6 people counting us) and didn't know what she was gonna do, I felt bad for the guy cleaning tables having to deal with them girls, lol it's all good the food was cooked perfect why I'm giving it 5 stars.

Friendly service, very good food, loaded dishes and a calm and cozy atmosphere. Great for a true American breakfast that fills you up until dinner. Their pancakes are fluffy and coffee is fresh, would definitely come back here in the future.

We haven't eaten here in quite sometime, but it was wonderful and we will be eating here ALOT more often. The pancakes were so fluffy & amazing!! 😋 IHOP, Dennys is coming for you!

Our server was really nice The only disappointing thing was that the milk shake didn't come with extra in the tin like it was advertised. A bit price for a shake. The food came out hot 🔥. It is a bit on the slower side. Just a heads up

We are here with my parents last week and it was great. The little old ladies seem to still be going strong but I sure wish the next generation world step up and take over. These ladies look like they need to retire and enjoy their remaining life. Anyways, the food was great and I would recommend if you are ready to spend an hour or more eating. I recently ate Denny's had the best waitress ever her name was Shana. She was kind fast and returned to check on us often to be sure our coffee and had plenty of water. After finishing our meal. She came over and asked is we needed anything else. Best waitress ever. I highly recommend that anybody that goes to Denny's in fort Smith as they sit in her station. You're the best Shana Barbara Babka

If I could leave 6 stars I would. Michael was an excellent waiter for our table. We had a foreign exchange student who couldn’t speak any English and Michael spoke to him in Spanish with ease. He attended to our table with good speed even with having to serve other big tables that came in. He was also very nice with the children at our table and was very patient with them while they were trying to order off the kids menu!

I called the local number for Denny's and got a call center 😡. I placed an order for carryout. I explained exactly how I wanted the order and the person said she would note that. I ordered a Cali club ONLY bacon, lettuce and tomato on white toast. When I picked up the order, it was a regular Cali club and a side order of white toast. I then told the cashier/waitress of the issue and explained what the problem was. She said she would get it fixed and even confirmed what I had wanted. She brought my order back and I figured it was correct as she had earlier confirmed what I wanted. When I got home and opened it up, it was bacon, tomato and ham. I was still charged for the side order of white toast that I did not originally order and the order was still wrong. If you patron this particular establishment, I suggest you cook your own food. I will never return to this location. For a BLT with hash browns and a chocolate shake, it was over $21! 😡😡

Lunch started off good, had the 5 pepper sauce chicken skillet. Pepper sauce was really good, potatoes were excellent as well. Then our waitress handed us over to someone else and everything went down hill. Couldn't get a refill, couldn't get a to go box, couldn't even get the check because noone was there... went to the register to pay out, waited for almost 5 minutes and a cook from the back (the one that cooked my skillet) noticed us and came out and rang us up.. Dennys your cook was excellent and very polite, but ya waitresses, not so good. They deff needed retraining or something.

Nancy was our wait staff and she took great care of us. We ate off the seniors 55 menu and were amazed at how delicious and healthy the food was. We will definitely be back!!!

Came in with my family to have breakfast and our server Des was great! Also the GM was awesome! Restrooms were super clean! Food looked and tasted delicious! Definitely will be back!

I ordered a burger and onions rings. I got 6 onion rings which they up charge over a dollar for. Ridiculous. Paid over $16 for a burger and 6 onion rings. Over priced. And don’t listen to their “ready in 10 minutes” I waited 25 and they only had 3 parties in house at 11 oclock at night. Ridiculous. Pickles all on one side, had to deconstruct in order to put it together properly. Waste of money. Edit: as I’m eating the burger I realize the burger is over done and dry. If it wasn’t for the sauce it would be a choking hazard. no wonder I waited so long it seems like they forgot to take it off the grill. And you’d think taking that long they would put it together properly. Onion rings are over done and tasteless. Almost $20 and I’m still hungry.

Service was fast and friendly... Our server was nice and helpful... The food was delicious and came out looking and smelling so good.. we have a big family so it took a lil bit to get the order out but was worth it... The bathroom was very clean as well and for me that's a big deal... Well hope everyone else has a great visit as well

Food was perfect. Best milkshake I've had in years. Staff smiling and friendly. Accommodating my every request and oldies music. I can't wait to go back.

Best Denny's restaurant I've ever been too. Jamie with the glasses was an extraordinary server. The food came out hot and amazing with a great smile on the waitress. Get the Southwestern Benny. I highly recommend the delicious meal.

Love their coffee mugs. But their service at times is very slow.

Mike is an excellent server, not only did he compliment my choice in food, but he knew all the right times to come check on our table, and he gave me double fries because hes a real one. love this guy. edit: HE JUST BROUGHT ME A MILKSHAKE THIS GUY IS AMAZING

We had Jenn for a server and she was so warm and welcoming!! She made us feel we were the only there. Great service Jenn!! I wish all servers had such a warm smile and personalized service with a wonderful personality!!

Our waitress Jamie did an amazing job. She was very intentional with our group while doing the other things she needed to do as well. I was pleased with my Denny’s experience. It makes me want to go back and try out their pancakes!

Staff was perfect and very attentive. Restaurant was clean. 2 pieces of toast, only one buttered, hashbrowns weren't cooked thoroughly, sausage links had a funky freezer flavor but at least they didn't look like the old precooked microwavable logs, the bacon was the best of all and still only mediocre. Rootbeer was cold but kind of flat. Reminded me of why it's been sooooo many years since I last ate at a Dennys.

My son and I decided to eat breakfast here and we left before we got our food because we found a booger looking substance in my son's drink. I got up and walked over to the manager and he slammed the drink down on the cabinet and said what do you want me to do? I said nothing but we aren't eating at your nasty filthy restaurant. The manager was very unprofessional and I would not recommend this place at all. He needs to be taught how to correctly do his job and customer service in general.

We hadn’t been to Denny’s in a very long time but we had such a great time at this location. The chicken fried steak and southwest Benny breakfast were amazing. The portions were a good size and we got full. The coffee was really fresh, too. The star of our visit was our server Tony, though! He took great care of us, was incredibly friendly and polite, and made our breakfast such an enjoyable experience. We will be visiting often and asking for Tony. :-)

Excellent waitress staff. Took a long time for the food but this is expected because it's all made fresh. My sons kids meal was generously sized. Free refills. Their pancakes were light and fluffy. My eggs were cooked to perfection. The bacon was way over cooked for my liking but my son ate it. All in all great place to eat and visit with loved ones.

TERRIBLE. WE HAVE BEEN WAITING for over 30 minutes to eat. Waited over ten minutes to be seated just to be yelled at for not signing in name on a sheet. Like we knew !! And we are STILL waiting for our food ! Just to be asked if we even ordered !! Twice !! The young waitress was the only thing that WAS GREAT. SHE WAS VERY SWEET. Never coming back tho. 👎👎👎👎

All around great place. Few months ago a new Gm took over really awesome guy!! Ever new night manager, all staff. Awesome Awesome people!! I cook there at night. Stop by day or late nights. We love Denny's! Our server, Bayley was extremely sweet and tried her best to be accommodating. We went on Christmas evening and the wait time was insane but they hurried and got us in there! I would highly recommend hiring some new help at the restaurant and staff should definitely keep personal issues with work private and not discuss in front of customers.

Service was okay. Didn’t have menus to start. My water had a floaty from some previous food in it, so that was gross. If you order steak medium, it will be well done, so order your meat a few levels down to be sure. Coffee is bad roast. Took them forever to reheat my friends’ steak.

Until today, I can't remember the last time I ate at a Denny's. I'm glad we stopped for breakfast. Waitresses were friendly and attentive. Food was yummy. I was a little concerned that staff did not wear masks especially when overhearing one waitress saying she had been out several days with the flu. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Pretty good. Go at 10 if you expect to eat by 11:30. No the servers faults, they try hard. Ours was out of breath and close to tears. This place over works servers. So be nice to them. Food and coffee was good. Server was nice. I ordered 7 drinks and she brought them out quickly. She kept my coffee refilled. I never had to ask for a second cup, because I kept getting my coffee topped off😏. This was the youngest server on the floor. Don't discredit the younger servers. The older ones are good as well. The older one who has dolly parton hair is the sweetest as well. She also does wonderful work.
