We
always
enjoy
staying
at
Hampton
Inn
Fort
Stockton.
The
room
was
clean,
the
bed
comfortable,
and
the
breakfast
was
complete
with
a
wide
variety
of
choices.
The
only
reason
I
am
giving
them
a
four
instead
of
a
five
star
is
that
I
made
a
reservation
online
for
a
king
size
bed.
As
soon
as
the
app
allowed,
I
proceeded
to
check
on
online.
By
the
way,
I
love
the
online
capabilities
through
the
app
to
reserve,
check
in,
check
out,
and
be
given
a
digital
room
and
hotel
key.
In
this
case,
the
app
said
only
rooms
with
two
queen
beds
were
available.
I
called
the
motel.
The
hotel
clerk
was
friendly
and
apologetic
but
stayed
the
app
let’s
you
reserve
rooms
that
are
not
available.
The
IT
department
needs
to
address
this
issue.
In
addition,
we
went
straight
to
the
room
since
it
was
almost
9:30
and
tried
to
use
our
digital
key.
It
wouldn’t
work.
I
have
stayed
at
a
lot
of
Hampton
Hotels
since
I
sleep
well
in
their
beds,
and
have
never
had
a
problem
with
the
digital
key.
I
went
downstairs
and
the
hotel
clerk
had
keys
ready
for
me
and
again
apologized
saying
that
a
lot
of
times
the
digital
key
doesn’t
work.
As
I
said,
I
have
stayed
at
100s
of
Hampton
over
the
years
and
have
not
had
an
issue
with
the
digital
key.
IT
needs
to
address
this
issue
as
well.
