Service was extremely slow and dissatisfying. We were a simple 2 top and ordered soup and salad. The salad was good, the soup was ok, but the service was incredibly bad. When our server, Ashley, brought the soup she set the tray in front of the booth blocking my wife's side. This would not be an issue normally. But she proceeded to leave the empty tray there which blocked my wife from being able to exit for the bathroom for over 15 minutes. Ashley walked past the tray 7 times before she finally removed it. Ashley did not bus the table of extra plates and bread baskets the entire meal. Refills were brought on time but everything that was brought, was brought at the pace of lazy.

I waited 40 minutes and not a single server asked me if I’d been helped nor was I brought anything to drink not even a glass of water. Proceeded to see hostess sit down a family party of 5-6, immediately a server hopped out of the closet from right in front of us, and goes straight to them. I’m assuming she thought she’d get a bigger tip if she went straight to them. She didnt bother asking if we’d been helped after she was done. Just walked straight by us. The whole duration during this incident our red light to “call our server” was on. What a joke. This is what they allow under their management? It’s completely unacceptable. I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD. Saddest part is I’m a regular. Cold fold ? Hey it happens. Forgets an order? We make mistakes but this is where I say never again. I USED to spend money here for special occasions, best believe I’m letting all friends & family know about this. Thank you for your time.

Told 15 - 20 minute wait, for everyone in the pictures, even single people. But look around and you can count 10 plus workers at any given time standing around BS'ing. Maybe less workers standing around and more waiters/waitresses, and this place MIGHT be ok. Such a joke.

This is not for all olive gardens just this location. Unfortunately the pasta that me and my boyfriend ordered was not good at all. My pasta had just a spoonful on it and when I went to stir it up, it looked like little lumps like the sauce wasn't fully stirred and cooked all the way before putting it on the pasta. And the steak I ordered a medium was well done...my boyfriends pasta was kinda the same but with more sauce🤷🏾‍♀️. Not sure if it was just a bad day but it was for our date night at home. The olive garden off 114 does a great job so I say again it's not all of olive gardens...

They ruined our son’s 16th birthday dinner. My son and I both ordered Tour of Italys and substituted the fettuccine Alfredo with extra lasagna. What we received instead was one piece of lasagna, cut in half, then placed next to each other with chicken Parmesan that was burnt and disgusting, truly akin to a hockey puck. Adding insult to injury they had the audacity to charge me extra for the substitution. When notifying the server, she informed Felix, the manager on duty. Felix took off the substitution charges but never came to our table to apologize or attempt to make things right. He was more concerned about closing for the evening than taking care of patrons. Dinner for four was $100. Never again at this establishment. Felix, your kitchen staff is horrible and you sir require customer service training. Look at this food! How do you allow this to leave your kitchen? I regret coming to your restaurant. This was a special occasion, and you ruined it for us. There are no words that can express our disappointment.

Usually I love olive garden and I go twice a week. My boyfriend and I went last week and we just did not have a good time. Nobody greeted us for 15 min until it was time to seat. And when we did get seated, our waitress was very nice, but were very understaffed. I worked in food service, I understand how it is. but bread and salad came out 10 min after our food dishes! I really enjoy eating those as appetizers. We did not order much and only got water to drink. The bill was $40! Was not servers fault, but I just feel like she should of taken care of a couple things on the bill. I used to do that if I knew service was not up to par. I just don't think the meal was worth $40 for what we got. we only got the part of the bill where it showed total and tip only. I did not get a receipt showing what we ordered. My boyfriend and i were not in a good mood and ready to leave so he left $50 and we left. We won't be back to this location :(

I took a family member here today and Bre was our waitress. She was very kind and considerate and laughed with us. Very personable. Salad and Bread sticks: 🥗 🍅 🍞 This is the only restaurant chain that will chill your salad bowl before serving you salad. When I visit other restaurants I always like to ask that now. They've set the salad standard. Our bread was fresh and warm. We ordered a fruitful feast with quite the spread today. Drinks: 🍷 🥂 🍷 Glasses of the Lumbrusco wine which I recommend if you like a mild red sweet. It's perfection in a glass Also the peach 🍑 Bellini was refreshing with the Italian dry presseco. Dinner: The tour of Italy 🇮🇹 Is always a classic satisfying dish to take home and if you're a vegetarian the spaghetti marinara is adequate. The portion seemed quite small for that option but great overall service and meal for the area. For dessert: we indulged in the strawberry cream cake 🎂. Oh my GREATNESS! Don'tcha dare miss out on that one even if you have to take to go! 🍓 We definitely will return here when in the area again. 👋 🔉

Walked in, no wait. Convenient tablet to order drinks and kids' food. Waitress gave us a free dessert. Food was good and affordable. Environment was welcoming.

The Server was top notch. The food was good but was nothing spectacular. The price was a little much for the quality of food I was given, the food wasn't bad but wasn't great either. Everything was clean and in order except the dust that had to have collected on the tables light over a few months. I have allergies and it set them off nearly the entire time I was there. Overall a good dine in but don't expect to be blown away

Worst experience at an Olive Garden. We came in and the hostess led us to and walked away from a booth before we could ask about a table. We asked a young female (long blonde hair and skinny) at the computer if she thought it was fine if we used the table instead. She kinda huffed and said she had no idea. She said she guessed we could. She very quickly realized that she was our server and tried to turn it around after being rude initially for no reason. She simply said "sorry i just got here." She forgot to ask half our table what soup they wanted and said she just assumed they didn't want any. We had to continuously remind her we never got bread or the soup (my mom had done unlimited soup and pasta so she had no entree at all while we had received ours) and became more and more irate with us and the other tables. She was visibly huffing and puffing as she sped by repeating that it was the kitchen's fault, although our issue was never with the food as that was good... it was her attitude and lack of customer service that ruined our evening. Lastly, we never got drink refills so I reminded her again and she said "you'll need to wait I'm helping someone else" to which I did quirk back that "we are customers too and have been asking for an hour" because at this point I was very frustrated. She walked off without a word and, given that we were sitting by the kitchen, we could hear her angrily clacking glasses around. She came back and pretty much slammed all of the glasses on the table and walked off again. Our table of six was pretty much speechless because none of it was necessary. This is one of those times where I was scared she'd spat in them or something so we opted to pay and leave. The whole experience was horrible and she was clearly not in the mood to work the holiday. We usually go to the Alliance location but came here because the location is not as busy. That was my suggestion and I apologized to my family for having made it. We will just opt to wait a long time to be seated up north instead.

Lunch and service was great! I enjoyed the spinach dip its a winner The lasagna and baked Ziti was delicious I took it to go. My margaritas and apple moscata was so yummy I'll be back

Sad to say, mediocre at best. While our server Rebecca was sweet and professional, the food was nothing short of ordinary. The specialty drinks though, were marvelous, and the endless soup and salad and breadsticks really did never end. Not to mention the dessert, it was fantastic! But, the atmosphere seems a lot more formal than family friendly. Still if you are craving Italian, decent place to go for the first time. 6/10

Our waiter Cody was very friendly an on point. Always asked if we needed anything. I ordered the chicken masala with mushrooms and spinach and for dessert pumpkin cheesecake and my boyfriend ordered endless soups and salad.

Update: Olive Garden contacted me and gave me a gift certificate equal to the $ spent. They are making it right. I’ll be giving them another shot as I love their food. Thank you customer relations. This is the salad I received in my online order. Could not eat the wilted brown salad. The portion is large, but what’s the use of a large trashy salad. The eggplant Parmesan was delicious as was the breadsticks. The salad was in a clear container and should have been caught and not allowed to leave the restaurant.

The Shrimp Alfredo was Delicious! The Raspberry Lemonade was Tasty! I would Definitely Recommended! 💯

The service provided by our server Brittany was excellent. Just check the chicken to make sure it is cooked all the way, one of my strips of chicken was still pink. Other than that everything was great. The manager did make the situation right after they had found out. Just be careful.

Very friendly server. He was very attentive. Went for lunch with a friend. Some things took awhile to get to us, but overall it was enjoyable.

Husband and I gone for lunch and it was great!!! Brittany was our server. She was prompt, knowledgeable and on it. The food ordered, came out fresh and hot. We even ordered the $5 eat for later meals and even those were great. Next time we go back, we'll definitely ask for Brittany and you all should too...she's a great & pleasant server!

It had been a good 25 years since I had been here, and as an adult, I was surprised to find it had grown up with me. The food was fresh, and the flavor was fine for an Italian chain. The staff was very professional and friendly - they kept us well stocked in soup salad and bread sticks! Atmosphere was better than I expected- really not a bad date night spot. Some items on the menu I would rate as overpriced, but there are other options which taste good and are very reasonable. Overall I was pleasantly surprised!

My BF and I went here on Thursday, 02/17/2022 for dinner. Our first waitress(Brittany) was top notch!! Very knowledgeable about the menu, and delivered exceptional customer service. Our dinner was delicious!! Hot and delicious flavor. About half way through our meal, another server ( Rebecca) came over to our table, introduced herself to us and explained why she was taking over. Very friendly, efficient and polite.We both ordered desserts and overall, the food and service was phenomenal!!!! We DEFINITELY will be back!!! 😃😃

This was curbside pickup. That part was good, but when I got home and ate my fettuccine Alfredo, not so much. There was not enough sauce to cover the meal. It was really kind of dry. The bread sticks were good and the wife enjoyed the chicken marsala.

We usually do not eat out because we are a family of 5 with 2 kids 5 and under. But today was a special occasion for us in celebration of our kids "Meet the teacher" day in preparation for the upcoming school year. We chose the right place today. The service was top notch who was very attentive to our needs, so much that we were inspired to tip her very well. The food was great as I remembered Olive Garden to be. Thank you very much for the great service.

Went to lunch with family. Had the Seafood Alfredo. Very good. I love the taste of scallops. The waiter was nice and competent. The chicken parmigiana that was ordered was a little overcooked but that was the only issue.

Our waitress was the worst very condescending and a smart a**. She had a negative comment about everything. Food was overpriced and not that good. Salad and breakfast was great as always but that's the only positive I have. Haven't been in years and most likely won't be back.

Food was good,very consistent. The six dollar to go meals are a great value and next day lunch. Waiter was good but talked a little too fast sometimes. Enjoyed our time there.

Service was GREAT what nice feeling to have such a pleasant lunch and catch up my sister. Staff was polite. Haven't been there in a very long time. Check it out and enjoy
